“Lily was absolutely amazing. She caught our vision for the wedding and set everything up perfectly, even better than I had imagined! We had our wedding at the Monserate Winery, 2 weeks ago and it was such a fun day. Lily handled all the logistics, timing, details, vendors and probably so much more. The day flowed so smoothly and we got to enjoy the day, because Lily handled everything. We tried to stay within our budget, meaning a lot of DIYs and bringing in our own decor. Lily setup and packed everything!! It came out so good, like my canva inspo came to life. It was really nice getting to know Lily during our planning months, she’s so bubbly, prepared, and it was like talking to a close friend. “If you are undecided on a coordinator, just stop here. Carolyn made our wedding day the most perfect stress free experience. Any hiccups that happened she took care of without having my husband and I getting involved to worry. She communicated with us monthly up until the wedding to make sure we were on track with getting everything done and always offered to help with anything if we needed it. The timeline she made for us was perfect. We even finished early with pictures before our ceremony giving us even more time than intended to touch up and relax before the big moment. “There are truly not enough words to thank Clemence for making our dreams come to life. She was the PERFECT choice for us, and our wedding became a reality because of her. Booking a full-service planner is a HUGE decision. Out of all the vendors to choose, your planner is the one you spend the most time with. When we got engaged, we interviewed over 10 planners, and the decision for us was SO easy. Clemence brings both calm excitement and organized vision to every conversation. She is so thoughtful and receptive, but also knows how to get it all done. And every vendor she recommended for us was absolutely INCREDIBLE. We had such an positive experience from photos, DJ, content, florals, catering, makeup.... it truly was a dream team thanks to her choices!! On our wedding weekend, Clemence was at our beck and call. She was 10 steps of me (already a Type A person), knowing exactly what I needed before I would even ask. Not only did she keep everything on track, she made sure we had the best day of our lives by keeping the vibes high and really just caring for us on a deeply personal level. Most importantly, I never had to worry about our wedding day. I am sure 1000 things went wrong that I still do not know happened. “Kate was an absolutely incredible wedding coordinator. We hired her as our day-of coordinator for our wedding at Falkner Winery in Temecula, and she went far above and beyond what I expected from a day-of coordinator. From the moment we booked her, she put me completely at ease. She is reliable, communicative, organized, kind, and exceptionally good at what she does. As an event planner in my professional life, planning the wedding itself came naturally to me, but I was nervous about handing over all of the details on the actual wedding day. Kate made that transition effortless. Her attention to detail and ability to execute allowed me to be fully present and enjoy my wedding. I never once worried about whether the welcome table was set up correctly, if the dessert menu made it out, or if all of the little details I had spent months planning were being handled. I trusted her completely, and she delivered on every level. One thing that really stood out was her judgment and professionalism. For example, our wedding day was extremely windy, and our welcome sign kept blowing over. Rather than interrupting me with a minor decision, she reached out to my mom to discuss moving it indoors because she knew how important the placement was to me. Leading up to the wedding, Stephanie helped us stay focused, keep all the details moving, and feel confident that nothing would fall through the cracks. Then, about a month out, we transitioned to her associate Jenn Anderson as our day-of coordinator. We were a little nervous about switching that close to the wedding, but it ended up being seamless. Stephanie clearly set Jenn up for success, and Jenn was phenomenal — calm, proactive, and completely unflappable. “I can't say enough great things about Miranda and her team! From our first conversation, we immediately connected with her and she already felt like a friend. She quickly understood our vision for our wedding and what was important to us. She encouraged us to make it very personal and unique--she never shot down any weird ideas we might've had but also brought an experienced perspective, while also keeping us on track with all of the little details and scheduling. She was so well-organized and professional while also keeping things stress-free, light, and fun. There were no questions too big, too small, or too personal with all the drama that can come with such a big event. Miranda was easy to reach via text/email, and took the initiative to reach out and schedule check-ins when needed to make sure we stayed on track with the huge to-do list that comes with a wedding. Her vendor recommendations & other suggestions were awesome, but she also respected a couple of the areas where we found our own vendors with no questions asked. She truly helped us get every detail settled, down to the napkins and our catering order details. She took all the stress off once we got to the month of and leading up to the wedding day, confirming with our vendors so we didn't have to worry about it whatsoever. Our wedding day went seamlessly thanks to her--it sounds cliche but it was the most fun and beautiful day ever and we were able to really enjoy it thanks to Miranda. We couldn't have asked for a better planner and I would recommend her to anyone getting married in the SD area! She also helped us with signage for the day-of and did a beautiful job at a super reasonable price.”

“We had the pleasure of working with Sweet Blossom Weddings as our wedding coordinator. Our venue had spoken highly of them so we reached out and were very happy! We had a brief call with the owner, Melissa, and we could tell she was very kind and cared a lot about her couples. We chose the Pear Blossom wedding management service and it was perfect for our needs. Our lead planner, Emily C., jumped into action about 3-4 months before the wedding day. Emily wasn't able to attend our tasting but Melissa stepped in to help guide us and it was so much fun! Emily was so professional, kind, attentive and open to helping us whenever we needed. It was so assuring to have her offer to jump on a zoom call when we needed it! We were so thankful for her to make the timeline, offer recommendations on rentals and so much more. She was so incredible and played a big role in making our wedding day feel so perfect. Emily kept us even more organized and we truly don't think our wedding day could have gone any more seamless all thanks to her! If there were any problems, she handled them gracefully and coordinated everything with ease. We couldn't be more grateful to SBW and of course, Emily! “I knew from the first phone call with Dre that I needed her as my day of coordinator. I thought I had most things covered, being type A and a planner, but she really went above and beyond what I thought was needed and made sure all bases were covered. I was not worried about a thing the day of the wedding because I knew she had made sure all boxes were checked and the peace of mind was worth it all and more! She knows how to run the show and to keep things to schedule and always kept myself and my husband in mind through all the moments of the day. She was there through set up and through the tear down. She was professional but also made me feel at ease with her friendliness and her care. I cannot recommend her enough.”

“My husband and I didn’t know when we first started wedding planning that we would end up needing to change venues and find a wedding coordinator last minute, after already booking all our other vendors and planning a majority of the details. Karen was an answered prayer and thankfully was available to help us out with a 2 months Day-of Coordination package. Once she hopped on and worked with us two months out, we instantly felt relief & confidence that our special day was in good hands. Communication was great, her organization, her attention to detail and quick problem solving is unmatched. And she only works with the best - her assistant was just as amazing. Karen has a true eye for talent AND she genuinely cares! She has a special way of connecting with everyone and making you laugh and feel at ease even when the unexpected comes up. The wedding day came and everything went smoothly and beautifully! Karen was the glue between us, the guests, the vendors and our venue. We’re still waiting for our photography and videography to come back but from what friends and family have shared, they did an amazing job putting together the decor and all the details! My husband and I were in complete bliss and don’t think we ever had a worry during the day. It was funny because post-wedding, my husband and I were talking about how we should’ve hired a content creator because we were feeling so impatient with waiting for our photographer and videographer edits. Only to log onto Instagram moments later to see some beautiful stories from Karen and her assistant! AMAZING There is not enough money or reviews to thank Karen and her team enough. Karen is absolutely the best. In the words of my husband, she is the GOAT. He literally told me “You can give her all our money.” and honestly if we could start over, we would have hired and paid her for the Full Planning package for her expertise from beginning to end!”
