“We truly can't recommend Taylor and her team enough!! I thought I could do it all without a coordinator and ended up hiring her a little over 60 days before our wedding, and I am SO glad I did!!! From the moment we booked, Taylor was incredibly knowledgeable, organized, and reassuring. Every time we had a question, she had an answer, and she made the entire planning process feel so much less overwhelming. About a week before the wedding, I remember asking her on our final planning call if there was anything I still needed to do or if I needed to reach out to any vendors. She smiled and said, "Nope, everything has been taken care of." Looking back now, I can't imagine trying to manage all of the last-minute details while also communicating with every vendor, confirming timelines, and making sure everything came together. Taylor handled it all behind the scenes so we could actually enjoy the final week before our wedding instead of stressing. On the wedding day, Taylor wasn't feeling well (she even got an IV!), but you never would have known it. She was absolutely incredible from beginning to end. We didn't have to answer a single vendor question because she had everything under control. She bustled my dress, helped fix my hair before the after-party, made sure we always had food and drinks, kept us on schedule without ever making us feel rushed, handled every setup and cleanup detail with her amazing team, and brought our vision to life exactly as we imagined. “Working with Korina was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From the first time I met her, I knew she was the right fit for us. She is so warm, relatable, genuine, and easy to talk to, and our styles aligned so well. We chose the partial planning package, but Korina truly went above and beyond for us throughout the entire year. She was there for every question, decision, and detail. “Our venue required a Day of Wedding Coordinator. I chatted with a few but could not find the right fit. Thankfully I found Rachel! We clicked right away. She understood exactly what I wanted and needed. We met with her and Christina for our rehearsal and they made everything so easy. Even got a little surprise for my daughter! “10/04/25 Krystal and her assistant ;) , were our “day of” coordinating team, even tho Krystal was putting in work weeks before the day. The second they arrived, my stress level decreased by 10000%. They walked in the room and said, hey we’re here! And got started. This was a diy wedding basically so they had to deal with all the coordinators I had booked plus the timeline of the day. Without them idk if anything I planned would have work lol! 10/10 recommend. They were also fun additions to the day as people and I enjoyed hanging out with them ! Thank you so much for making this day run smoothly. Best day ever !”

“Miranda was absolutely amazing. We worked with her for a year to plan for our Sonoma wedding. She was recommended from a friend whose wedding she also planned and it was stunning. Even though she was not from the Sonoma area, she did an amazing job finding everything from the venue, to the vendors, photographer, and DJ. She has great attention to detail and really makes you feel at ease in the planning process. We had absolutely no idea what we wanted or what we were doing, but she made both me and my husband way less stressed on every matter. We even had a last minute DJ issue and she found us a new one right away. She helped set up food tastings and made sure we were on track for the big day in terms of seating charts and other small details. The wedding was perfect and she did a fantastic job telling us exactly what to do and where to be. She even helped my brother, the officiant, with what he was suppose to say during the ceremony, as this was his first time officiating. She did the signage, decor, literally everything and alleviated all the stress and jitters on our day. I couldn’t recommend her enough to plan and help on your day. I’d hire her again ten times over! I have been officially working as a professional wedding planner since 2017. My love of all things weddings and events began at an early age. I worked at a country club in the summers before my freshman and sophomore year of college, I worked on the food and beverage staff which included being a banquet server, and can you guess which was my favorite shift to work, you guessed it, the weddings. Once I got to the point in my life where my friends were starting to get engaged and I was a bridesmaid in their weddings, I found myself taking on extra duties and wanting to be more involved that it hit me, I need to pursue being an event planner.

“We had the pleasure of working with Sweet Blossom Weddings as our wedding coordinator. Our venue had spoken highly of them so we reached out and were very happy! We had a brief call with the owner, Melissa, and we could tell she was very kind and cared a lot about her couples. We chose the Pear Blossom wedding management service and it was perfect for our needs. Our lead planner, Emily C., jumped into action about 3-4 months before the wedding day. Emily wasn't able to attend our tasting but Melissa stepped in to help guide us and it was so much fun! Emily was so professional, kind, attentive and open to helping us whenever we needed. It was so assuring to have her offer to jump on a zoom call when we needed it! We were so thankful for her to make the timeline, offer recommendations on rentals and so much more. She was so incredible and played a big role in making our wedding day feel so perfect. Emily kept us even more organized and we truly don't think our wedding day could have gone any more seamless all thanks to her! If there were any problems, she handled them gracefully and coordinated everything with ease. We couldn't be more grateful to SBW and of course, Emily! “My husband and I didn’t know when we first started wedding planning that we would end up needing to change venues and find a wedding coordinator last minute, after already booking all our other vendors and planning a majority of the details. Karen was an answered prayer and thankfully was available to help us out with a 2 months Day-of Coordination package. Once she hopped on and worked with us two months out, we instantly felt relief & confidence that our special day was in good hands. Communication was great, her organization, her attention to detail and quick problem solving is unmatched. And she only works with the best - her assistant was just as amazing. Karen has a true eye for talent AND she genuinely cares! She has a special way of connecting with everyone and making you laugh and feel at ease even when the unexpected comes up. The wedding day came and everything went smoothly and beautifully! Karen was the glue between us, the guests, the vendors and our venue. We’re still waiting for our photography and videography to come back but from what friends and family have shared, they did an amazing job putting together the decor and all the details! My husband and I were in complete bliss and don’t think we ever had a worry during the day. It was funny because post-wedding, my husband and I were talking about how we should’ve hired a content creator because we were feeling so impatient with waiting for our photographer and videographer edits. Only to log onto Instagram moments later to see some beautiful stories from Karen and her assistant! AMAZING There is not enough money or reviews to thank Karen and her team enough. Karen is absolutely the best. In the words of my husband, she is the GOAT. He literally told me “You can give her all our money.” and honestly if we could start over, we would have hired and paid her for the Full Planning package for her expertise from beginning to end!”
