What really stood out was how calm and supportive she was when the weather didn’t cooperate. I was stressed about it, but she handled everything behind the scenes and made sure the day still ran smoothly. Because of her, I didn’t feel any pressure on the wedding day at all. I was able to relax and enjoy it, even with the unexpected weather. I’m so thankful we had her. She truly made the entire experience so much easier and so much better!

Katie was our coordinator for our wedding on 5/17/25. I can’t thank her enough for all the hard work she put in to make our day perfect. She pays attention to detail and really is passionate about what she does. Before the wedding, we scheduled a meeting with our DJ to go over song selection and Katie had already sent him all the songs we picked along with a timeline. His exact words “man yall have a great coordinator”. Something that’s super important to me is communication. Any questions that I had, she answered right away and checked on us every week before the wedding. The day of the wedding, Katie helped set up the rest of our decorations which I didn’t even expect her to do! She noticed our cake stand was wobbly and fixed it. She even stacked our cake and put cute decorations around it. We also did sparklers for the exit and she noticed the sparklers we got needed more than just a lighter. She brought a blow torch so they would light! I’m telling you- attention to detail is her strong suit! Thank you for being apart of our special day and all the hard work you did from set up to clean up! You are amazing!!

I hired Johnnie to plan a baby shower for my best friend. She was so instrumental when it came to bringing my vision to reality and helped elevate my vision further with her ideas and resources. She was able to source everything that we needed, with a mix of cost-effective party elements and high-end party elements where it counted. She also is an extremely talented floral designer, so it was nice to not have to outsource another vendor for that. The day of, she was at the venue early to make sure everything was set-up perfectly, then broke down/cleaned up everything when we were done with the luncheon. Overall, she took a huge load off my shoulders when it came to everything that needed to be sourced and set-up for this event - I was very much able to enjoy the party and be a proper host, and didn't have to spend my nights and weekends with coordination leading up to the event.

Bold & Belle Designs and Events were an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, their communication was excellent and they were always on time, open, knowledgeable, and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The quality of their work and the value they provided was outstanding. Their pricing was reasonable, and they consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. They handled all of our vendor relationships with ease and kept the entire day on track, allowing us to simply enjoy the moment. They provide assistance for wifi when our wifi stopped working. Our bartender became Ill during our wedding and Cece was able to step in and assist since she has a Bartending license which was a life saver as well as called another bartender who showed up without hesitation! The caterer we hired didn't add cake cutting in so we thought we would have to do it ourselves but no, Bold & Belle stepped in and handled it for us even having back up supplies of plates and forks for us to use and didn't charge is extra. We recommend Bold & Belle Designs and Events highly enough for any couple planning their dream wedding.

Working with Bre was easily one of the best vendor choices we made while wedding planning. Our wedding ceremony became a kind of “pop-up” style event and Bre rolled with every decision and last minute detail we threw at her. With her day-of coordination package, we were able to have 2 pre wedding meetings and a rehearsal the day before. I went into the rehearsal feeling nervous about how things would go and left feeling so reassured and excited! The day of the wedding Bre checked in with me and made sure things were running smoothly. I felt so calm and confident walking up to the venue knowing Bre was in charge and bringing our vision to life! The whole day went beautifully and I know it’s because Bre was working her magic behind the scenes. She stayed until the last moment of clean up and made sure all our personal items and gifts made it home with us. We hired Jacinda for month/day of coordination and it was honestly the BEST decision we made while wedding planning! We got to work with Jacinda and LeAnna and they were absolutely amazing! They were so organized and easy to work with, we had full faith in them to help us execute the perfect day. Added plus, they are so fun to hang out with! LeAnna was on top of everything the day of, if something went wrong we have no idea. I was a DIY bride and LeAnna made my vision come to life! We also decided to sneak into the bridal suite for a private dinner (absolutely recommend doing that!) and LeAnna made sure the room was set so nicely for us, with little tea lights and everything. Where do I even begin? Liz is truly a one of a kind human being. I don’t think I could ever fully put into words how exceptional she is. We didn’t originally plan on hiring a wedding planner. But about nine months out, I quickly realized I needed help. Choosing Liz ended up being one of the best decisions we made. She guided us through every detail with ease and confidence. Not only did she help manage our entire wedding, but she also planned our honeymoon, which turned out to be beyond anything we ever could have imagined. One of our top activities in Aruba opened for reservations the day after our wedding, and Liz booked it immediately that morning to get us in. She booked all activities and restaurants for us. Anytime I had a question, which was often, she responded within minutes or simply called me. She made everything fun, approachable, and stress-free. She kept detailed tabs on every task and ensured nothing slipped through the cracks. Even when I had the majority of vendors and plans in place, she refined everything with such precision. She understood my personality and how overwhelmed I can get, even when things are technically “done,” and she guided me through everything with patience and grace. The week of the wedding, she checked in frequently. On the day of, she was phenomenal. Every detail was set up exactly how we envisioned it. Labeling bins and décor helped her and her assistant move seamlessly, and I’m so grateful because she executed our entire moody/vintage aesthetic vision flawlessly. Two days before the wedding, when I couldn’t find greenery anywhere, Liz made one or two calls and found it instantly. I’ll never forget when I urgently needed our honeymoon flight information for our rental car info and she literally pulled over on the highway to send it to me. That is who she is, someone who goes above and beyond in ways most people wouldn’t even consider. Her pricing is more than fair, and her service is worth every single penny. Whether you need full-service planning or just check-ins, she adapts to exactly what you need. I had most things planned, but still had countless details and small several questions lol. No matter how minor or silly they felt, she always responded with kindness and expertise. Our FaceTime meetings became a highlight of the planning process. Occasionally, her pups or her daughter would pop into the frame, making everything feel personal-not like a business transaction, but like talking to a friend who genuinely cared about us and our day. Liz is an amazing planner, but she is an even better human. Humble, compassionate, creative, organized, and incredibly knowledgeable, especially with florals. I made my own centerpieces, and with her guidance, they turned out exactly how I imagined. Russell and I are endlessly grateful she was part of our wedding. Sara was amazing for my wedding! We had a fun theme that many vendors didn't even want to work with, but Sara was there for it! Our wedding had a dress code of footie-pajamas and a really casual, fun setting. Picture lights out with glow stick centerpieces with board games on each table and colorful party lights while everyone is wearing different footies. So much fun! Sara even showed up in her footie pajamas and didn't kill me when I told her I wanted to pop confetti for our last song of the night.

Leshelle was incredible and truly made the wedding of our dreams come to life! We had a relatively short timeline from when we reached out until the big day AND we live outside of NYC now so were planning remotely, but Leshelle helped keep us on track and manage deadlines. She provided several strong recommendations for vendors and helped us vet the ones we found ourselves. As we got closer to the day, she took over full management of vendor communications and helped troubleshoot and provide options for a problematic vendor last minute a week before the wedding. The day of the wedding Leshelle, was right in the actions ensuring all the vendors strictly adhered to our time schedule. Our wedding day couldn’t have gone smoother and that is a direct reflection of Leshelle’s actions. Even more than that we felt like we had a true friend and ally during the whole process as time and time again, Leshelle acted as both a sounding board and steady hand that provided reassurance during the most stressful times of planning. Our only regret is that we didn’t take advantage of her full planning service package!

We had Amanda as our day of coordinator for our wedding in December 2023 and she was an absolute pleasure to work with and I feel like she stepped above and beyond with helping my vision come to life! She was so easy to work with, answered all my questions, and was really able to educate me on things I wasn’t aware of or hadn’t considered. My husband and I had just 4 months to plan everything and there’s just no way I could have done it without her help along the way! Where do I start?? Well at first I wasn’t planning on hiring a planner but my venue required it, and boy what an amazing decision. Rebecah was so sweet, great at communication, and even had amazing resources for things we didn’t even think about! From the pre-wedding phone calls, to the day of the wedding, Rebecah was fantastic. If anything went wrong….well, I wouldn’t have even known because the day was flawless and so smooth. She had things like a flower wall, chargers, donut wall etc that helped elevate the ceremony.
