We had one chance...
We have one daughter. One chance to get this right. And we did... Thanks to Julia and her team! Julia was the key to our overwhelming success. From the first call to the sendoff, Julia and her crew were ON THE BALL! Her advice and support during the planning phase was superb. She warned us that things would come up...and when they did she handled them beautifully. We had several people comment that it was the best wedding they had ever attended. And Julia made sure we stayed within our budget. Thank you, Julia and team! Simply AMAZING!

Truly the Best Wedding Planner Ever
Hiring Julia was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, she was incredibly organized, attentive, and truly on top of every single detail throughout the entire planning process and wedding day. I had a million questions during our year and a half of planning (very Type A bride over here!) and she was always patient, reassuring, and happy to help no matter what. The week of our wedding brought rain, and I was so stressed and emotional about the weather, but she kept me calm the entire week leading up to it and especially on the wedding day itself. She handled everything so seamlessly and executed every detail so perfectly that I was actually able to relax and fully enjoy the day. Even with the rain, our wedding turned out more beautiful than I could have imagined because of her. She is truly amazing at what she does and cares so deeply about her couples. If you are looking for a wedding planner, look no further — she is simply the best.

Hire Julia Noelle !!
My husband and I were married June 2025 at Hilton Head’s Honey Horn plantation. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Julia and her staff! From the very beginning, she was incredibly organized and always on top of every detail. Any time I had a question, she responded so quickly and clearly that it took a huge weight off my shoulders throughout the whole planning process. What really stood out was how calm and supportive she was when the weather didn’t cooperate. I was stressed about it, but she handled everything behind the scenes and made sure the day still ran smoothly. Because of her, I didn’t feel any pressure on the wedding day at all. I was able to relax and enjoy it, even with the unexpected weather. I’m so thankful we had her. She truly made the entire experience so much easier and so much better!

The BEST day!
From the moment we booked Julia Noelle Weddings as our month-of coordinator, we knew we were in good hands. Julia's communication style is consistently clear and timely, putting our minds at ease throughout the planning process. The quality of her work is truly extraordinary - she is incredibly thoughtful and always seems to be thinking 4 steps ahead! There are too many examples to give, but two that stood out were when she called the police to have them block the street for our ceremony so there would be no background noise in our video, and when she made sure everything ran on time. Julia was extremely well-organized and communicated everything so well for us. We only hired her as a month-of coordinator, but she went above and beyond to ensure everything would go smoothly, even taking care of things she technically wasn't responsible for. The only thing we would have done differently is to have hired her to plan our entire wedding!

Hire Julia!
Julia truly made our wedding spectacular. We hired her as a month of coordinator, and it was the best wedding planning decision we made! Our reception venue was very DIY, and we needed a coordinator that was willing to help with set up as well as piecing together a final timeline that worked with all of our vendors. Julia went above and beyond and made our venue look even more beautiful. From our very first planning call, it was clear we were in good hands. Multiple vendors I worked with even mentioned to us how impressed they were with her (and you know wedding vendors work with a lot of different planners). If you’re a bride questioning whether you should hire a planner to help you get over the finish line, do it—and hire Julia! You won’t regret it!
