    “She Let Us Be Present on Our Wedding Day”

    I rarely leave reviews, but I had to this time. I’ve been home for a little while now, and I still keep thinking about how different our destination wedding would have been without A’yesha. I honestly don’t think I could have enjoyed it the way I did. When we first got engaged, I thought we could handle planning a destination wedding ourselves. I quickly realized there was so much we didn’t know. Between picking the right resort, helping everyone with travel, deadlines, and all the little details, it became a lot. Booking A’yesha was probably the best decision we made the whole time we were engaged. She was always there when we had questions, and trust me…we had a lot of them. She never made us feel like we were bothering her. She would explain everything, give us honest advice, and somehow always made us feel like everything was going to be okay. What really made the biggest difference was when we got to the resort. She was actually there with us. Seeing her walking around with the resort wedding team, checking on things, talking with vendors, making sure our family and guests were okay, and just quietly making everything happen behind the scenes let us actually enjoy our wedding. I wasn’t answering questions all day because she already had it covered. There were probably little things that came up over the weekend, but if they did, we never knew about them because she handled everything before it ever reached us. That’s exactly what you want on your wedding day. We got to spend time together, laugh with our family, dance all night, and just soak it all in. I wasn’t checking my phone or worrying about what was next. I was just being a bride. By the end of the week, A’yesha didn’t feel like our wedding planner anymore. She felt like someone we’d known forever. She genuinely cared about us, our families, and every single guest who made the trip to celebrate with us. If you’re trying to decide whether hiring a destination wedding planner is worth it, my advice is simple…do it. And if A’yesha is available, don’t wait. Looking back now, I honestly can’t imagine doing our wedding without her. She gave us the chance to be fully present, and that’s something we’ll be grateful for forever.

    I had to laugh when I read, “Trust me… we had a lot of questions.” 😂 You’re right… we did! And I loved every single one of them. I’d much rather you ask me 100 questions than spend one minute worrying about something you shouldn’t have to. Seeing you both actually enjoy your wedding weekend instead of being the point person for everyone was the biggest win for me. That’s exactly how it should be.     I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Ayesha. She did so much more than plan our destination wedding. She genuinely saved it. The day before my wedding in Cancun, I realized I had left my wedding veil at home in New Jersey. This was not just any veil. It was a family heirloom that had been passed down from my great grandmother, and it meant everything to me. The moment I realized it was missing, I completely fell apart. I honestly thought there was no way I would be able to wear it on my wedding day. I almost asked a family friend to fly back and get it, but I couldn’t bring myself to take them away from celebrating with us. They deserved to enjoy the wedding, not spend the day traveling. I called Ayesha hoping for advice, never expecting what she would do next. Without a second thought, Ayesha made a plan. She had her highly trained assistant take over and manage our welcome party while she personally flew to New Jersey, used the key I had left with her to retrieve my veil, and got on the next flight back to Cancun. She walked into my room the night before my wedding with my veil in her hands. I cannot even describe the relief and gratitude I felt in that moment. It was one of the most selfless acts anyone has ever done for me, and because of her, I was able to wear the veil my great grandmother passed down to me on one of the most important days of my life. That is who Ayesha is. She is thoughtful, resourceful, calm under pressure, and completely dedicated to her clients. She handled every detail of our wedding with such care and professionalism, and when an unexpected crisis happened, she didn’t make excuses. She found a solution. Experiencing that level of service changed everything for us. There is no one else I would trust with our travel. Ayesha is now our travel advisor for every trip we take because she has earned our complete trust. She is truly top tier, and if you are thinking about booking with her, do it. You will never regret having someone like Ayesha in your corner.

    Absolutely Incredible from Start to Finish

    We initially considered working with a destination wedding company, but after speaking with A’yesha, we realized we wanted someone who would truly advocate for us throughout the entire process. One of the biggest differences was that we were never handed off to someone else or left wondering who to contact. A’yesha remained our dedicated planner from our first conversation through our entire wedding weekend. That continuity made such a difference and gave us so much confidence throughout the planning process. She helped us navigate resort options, coordinated with the onsite team, answered our questions, and kept us informed every step of the way. When we arrived for our wedding weekend, having her there in person was invaluable.
