Chantilly Lace- Exceptional!
Our daughter got married at Magnolia Plantation and Gardens in Charleston on 6/12/26 and she hired Chantilly Lace as the partial planner for their event. Our coordinator was Sara Price and we could not be more happy with the professional service she provided. She reviewed each of the vendor contracts and made incredible recommendations to ensure verbiage was included to protect the bride and groom and the services being provided, when applicable. Sara kept the planning timeline on track, scheduled regular calls and created a REALISTIC 'day of' timeline by coordinating with each of the vendors and that kept the event on track to make the most of the celebration. She and her assistant, Jess, were absolute rock stars with the set up and breakdown of the ceremony and reception. Sara provided support from initial contract signing thru reception send off & clean up that went above and beyond expectations. Highly recommended!

10/10 Recommend- Work with Krista if you Can!
When you do the Partial Planning package, you are hiring a professional project manager who genuinely cares about your vision and can help guide you to make it a realty. We worked with Krista, who was direct and conversational, making it easy to ask questions and work through decisions together. She was extremely adaptable, staying flexible with our needs like scheduling meetings only after 7pm and helping us understand what's really important and what can be cut when making our Pinterest dreams come true on a budget. Her expertise with contracts and vendor relationships was also extremely helpful— she helped us understand what contract elements were boilerplate and what we needed to push back on. She also helped make sure we were considering the details we didn't even know to worry about, which gave us peace of mind throughout the planning process. The only feedback I have is that the email inbox set up can make it difficult to track correspondence chains, and that we had some issues being cc'ed on all correspondence with vendors early on. There were instances I wished I could shoot over a text to clarify something, but that privilege is reserved for the final month of planning- when things are actually urgent. On the day of, the coordination brings your dreams to life without you needing to think about anything but marrying the love of your life. Their photography background meant they structured our timeline in a way that helped our photographer capture every moment without us ever feeling rushed. We had a lot of moving parts-- horse and carriage ride, different location for ceremony and first look, full tent flip rain plan, different buildings for both brides getting married, 14 bridesmaids, 4 separate companies for rentals and 2 separate companies for bar and food-- and the Chantilly Lace team made sure everyone knew exactly what our vision was and how to pull it together. The Best Wedding Team!
The team at Chantilly Lace was AMAZING! We don't love taking photos and they made us feel extremely comfortable and had our backs the entire day! We would HIGHLY recommend utilizing their entire package that includes photo, video AND coordinating. Having a team that worked all together is the way to go. Sara was the BEST coordinator and we could not have asked for anyone better! HIGHLY recommend the Chantilly Lace team for all of your big moments!

A Dream Team for a Truly Stress-Free Wedding Day
I will never forget the feeling of being able to turn down the noise on my worries on my wedding day. As a very type A person, I usually have a hard time letting go of control—I was genuinely worried I’d spend my wedding tweaking details or straightening napkins, because my attention to detail never turns off. But on my wedding day, for the first time in my adult life, I was able to truly relax and “go with the flow.” Jess was the absolute calm in the storm. She was cool, collected, and so reassuring at every single interaction. Jess helped me articulate my vision, think through details I never would have considered, and made me feel completely supported—especially during a tough season in my family just 12 weeks before the wedding, when it felt like there was never a good time to talk about wedding plans with my support system. She made sure I never felt alone in the planning process and was so patient with me, even when we revisited the same decision or topic more than once. Jess never added stress to vendor or communication drama; she was a quiet, fierce advocate for me and our vision. After our stormy ceremony, when my makeup started to split up, Jess literally did my makeup touch-up for me—just one of countless examples of how she went above and beyond. Having the 12-week coordination and day-of package was a total game changer. I felt so confident that everything was handled, and my family was able to be fully present and enjoy the day. Chelsie was always one step ahead, ready with water or champagne whenever I needed it. Both she and Jess were my advocates throughout the day—whether it was changing up the dance floor vibe with the DJ or keeping an eye on friends who were a little too enthusiastic with the celebrations. The planning, video, and photo teams worked together seamlessly, and we are beyond happy with our decision to work with Chantilly and Lace. I can’t recommend them enough—if you want to actually enjoy your wedding day and feel truly cared for, this is the team you want by your side.

SO thankful for Sara at Chantilly Lace!
We worked with Sara for partial planning services for our recent wedding and couldn’t have been happier! She was so kind and helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. She provided many suggestions and was always available to answer questions and provide support. On the day of, she was a calming presence and worked so hard to ensure everything went smoothly. Our family and friends even commented that the day felt relaxed and that Sara did a wonderful job directing everyone when needed. I appreciated her so much, as the wedding planning process was stressful and anxiety provoking for me and she helped ground me every step of the way. Could not have done it without her!!
