To make a long story short, my wedding planning career is the culmination of all that I have done and all that I have loved in my 20-something years of planning, design, service and hospitality. Kiss the Planner is a special event company based in Palm Beach, Florida that services destinations around the world. Kiss the Planner specializes in creative event design and planning while providing the highest level of service for its clientele. The professional wedding and event team at Kiss the Planner takes pride in producing seamlessly executed events of the utmost quality, while providing absolute peace of mind to their clients.

There is an excellent chance I may cry at your wedding. I am a sucker for people in love, great celebrations, dynamic design, overcoming challenges, making people happy and fairy-tale endings. I feel ever so grateful to earn a living doing what I love to do. I know how to ask the right questions and understanding even what my client is not articulating. Helping nice people to plan their special day is a dream job and I get goosebumps when I read the thank you notes. Description	With Full Service Planning, you have a dedicated partner and confidante to lead you through every step, so that you can plan with confidence and ease, and enjoy the process. Kiss the Planner charges a flat fee of $3,500 for Wedding Day Management, which includes three coordinators. For Full Service Planning, there is an additional 5% added to the bill with a minimum spend of $6,500, making $10,000 the starting price for Full Service Planning.	As a Destination Wedding and Travel Specialist, Kiss the Planner will take the fear out of the unknown and make your headaches go away when planning abroad. Kiss the Planner charges a flat fee of $5,000 for Venue Selection and Wedding Day Management, which includes three coordinators. An additional 20% is added to the fee for remaining services, with a minimum spend of $5,000 making $10,000 the starting price for Destination Wedding Planning.	With Partial Planning services, you won’t have to go it alone. Kiss the Planner charges a flat fee of $3,500 for wedding day management which includes three coordinators. With Partial Planning you will have access to a planning portal to streamline the planning tasks, and in addition will receive up to 20 hours of consultation help. This includes scheduled virtual meetings for guidance and support, budgeting management and a venue walk-through.	Wedding Day Management services allows you the peace of mind that someone other than you or one of your loved ones has the responsibility of keeping everything operating smoothly on the wedding day. Kiss the Planner charges a flat fee of $3,500 for Wedding Day Management, which includes three coordinators. You will have access to a planning portal for information and Kiss the Planner will button it all up so you can enjoy your special day.

Phenomenal Doesn’t Even Begin to Describe Aviva!
Working with Aviva was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very first meeting, it was clear that she is not only incredibly organized and experienced, but also deeply passionate about creating beautiful, personalized, and truly unforgettable events. What we didn’t realize at the time was just how far above and beyond she would go to make our day absolutely perfect. Aviva handled every detail with grace and precision—from the tiniest touches in our decor to the seamless coordination of vendors, guests, and timing. She anticipated needs before they even came up and took every ounce of stress off our shoulders. But what really set her apart was her heart. She genuinely cared about us, our story, and making sure our wedding felt like *us* in every way possible. If unexpected weather threatened our outdoor ceremony, Aviva had a Plan B, C, and D in place before we even had time to worry. When a last-minute hiccup arose with our flowers, she handled it so smoothly we didn’t even know there had been an issue until after the wedding was over. Every moment flowed effortlessly—and that was 100% thanks to her. Beyond her professionalism, Aviva brought such warmth, joy, and calm energy to the entire process. She made what could have been a stressful time into something we’ll always look back on with joy. Our wedding day was magic—and we owe so much of that magic to Aviva. Simply the best
Aviva was a godsend. From the smallest details to the biggest ones, she really made sure that every single thing was covered… leaving us with no stress and a feeling of total confidence that our big day would go off without a hitch. The result? Pure perfection. It was the best day of our lives and we got to simply dance, sing, and celebrate while leaving the planning and organizing to the best! I can’t possibly recommend her more highly.

Wedding Planners are a Must Have
As a vendor who provides decor and flowers for weddings and events, I can tell you that working with a planner is a dream. A planner provides the client with one contact. And vendors with one contact, the planner. Ensuring the simple construction of a beautiful event.
