Our wedding weekend was truly the best weekend of our lives, and without Carrie, none of it would have been possible. She brought every dream, every little whim, and every vision we had to life in the most intentional, beautiful, and grounded way. We had the joy of working with Carrie for nearly two years, and throughout that time she helped transform countless ideas into the unforgettable weekend our family and friends experienced. She was consistently joyful, brilliant, thoughtful, and kind through every single phase of the planning process. Somewhere along the way, Carrie stopped feeling like our wedding planner and became family. She navigated every challenge with remarkable grace and calm, shielding us from behind-the-scenes problems so we could simply be present and enjoy the experience. No matter what came up, she handled it with confidence and care. Not once during our wedding weekend did we feel stressed, rushed, or out of the loop. Instead, we felt completely supported, cared for, and free to soak in every single moment. That is an extraordinary gift, and one we will be grateful for for the rest of our lives.

My wife and I hired Carrie as the coordinator for our wedding at Deer Park Villa in April 2026. At the end of the night, my wife and I were talking and we realized that everything we wanted for our wedding had been perfectly executed. That would not have been possible without Carrie's hard work. She made it very easy for us by taking all the tough work of finding and coordinating the vendors, allowing us to focus on the big picture experience we wanted for ourselves and our guests. Everything from the catering, to the florals, the layout, the decorations, the guest experience, etc was exactly how we wanted it. She checked in with us every step of the way to make sure things were proceeding on track. When it came to the day of, it was very reassuring to have her and her team there making sure we knew exactly what was going on and what we needed to do. We both fed off of her genuine excitement for us. I can safely say that hiring Carrie was the best decision we made during the entire process.

When my now-husband and I first got engaged, I felt paralyzed by the planning process and the endless decisions ahead. The moment we met Carrie, that changed. Her calm, confident, in-charge presence instantly put me at ease—I knew we’d be in great hands. We chose the partial planning package, and working with Carrie was the perfect balance. She knew when to be hands-on and when to step back, keeping us involved in the design decisions when we wanted to be and taking the reins when we needed a breather. On our wedding day, she ran everything with such grace. We felt prioritized and cared for every minute. It was the happiest day of our lives, and I’m certain that without Carrie it would have felt completely different—more stressful and a lot less joyful. We’d recommend her a thousand times over (our friends even asked if she could do their weddings!). Thank you for everything, Carrie. 💗

We had our first wedding with Boheme Events, and it was absolutely perfect. Carrie and her team hosted us at Switzer Farm in Westport, California, and everything about the day was magical. The venue was stunning, and Carrie and her team were incredible—so kind, welcoming, and easy to work with. She showed all my drivers around, and everyone felt so appreciated. The whole experience was filled with sweetness, warmth, and love. Her team was truly the best. I’m really excited about what’s ahead, we’re going to have a lot more gigs together, and I can’t wait for the next one. Carrie is the best, Cheers to many more!

For all you type A ladies like myself -- do your self a favor and hire Carrie, you need Carrie as you planner. I cannot stress how important it is to hire a planner for your wedding and that planner needs to be Carrie, without Carrie our day would have been absolute chaos, she truly is one of the best vendors we hired and made our day a true dream. We cannot thank her enough - she went above and beyond and everyone saw in awe on just how amazing she truly is. We hired Carrie as our planner and designer and truly was the best decision we made. Carrie put together a truly amazing day that we will always remember as one of the best days of our lives. Carrie is such an amazing human and her attention to detail + personability is just a couple of her many strengths. When we hired Carrie we knew that we did not have to worry about anything since she had everything covered and she did. People asked me how my wedding went and it was perfect and they said oh you must have had people shielding you from the chaos - in fact there was no chaos and that is 100% due to the fact that we had Carrie. If you want a perfect wedding (literally it will be perfect) then hire Carrie & Boheme Events. You will not be sorry, since she will take your vision and 10x it! I could not be more happy with how everything turned out and its 100% because of Carrie and Boheme Events.
