The ability to pay online made everything much simpler for us. Most of our communication took place via email and the website, and we faced no issues at all. Our vendors collaborated seamlessly with Masterpiece Studio, ensuring that our wedding day went off without a hitch. We relied on Masterpiece Studio for day-of coordination, upholstery, and decorations, and they executed our vision beautifully. Additionally, the team went above and beyond at the end of the night, making sure I didn't leave anything behind. Overall, they truly captured my vision perfectly!

Erin and her team did a fantastic job with our Indian American wedding over Memorial Day weekend 2024 in Kingston, NY. Throughout a 1.5 year long wedding planning process, Erin was diligent, patient, encouraging, collaborative, detail-oriented, responsive, and 100% focused on what we as a couple wanted. Erin clearly brought many years of event and wedding planning experience to the table -- she balanced guiding us with best practices while also really listening to what we wanted. And, from our first meeting, we knew we could trust her completely, which allowed us to delegate responsibility to her and take things off of our plate. There were so many details and "event planning magic" tasks that Erin just knew to plan for and executed on. She and her staff also went above and beyond over the course of the weekend itself, handling countless things so that we could enjoy our wedding fully. This was her first wedding at our venue (which she found for us!), and she made it a point to build relationships with venue staff and to look around corners for potential issues that could crop up. She also did an excellent job managing and following up with all of our vendors, designing and iterating on floor plans, providing us with a timeline and checklist of decisions to be made, all while being cheerful and positive throughout. Our wedding was logistically fairly complex, and she was the reason it was all able to happen. Lastly, we were consistently impressed by her deep knowledge of Indian wedding customs and traditions, despite not being of South Asian descent herself. Alyson was so prepared and helped us answer all the questions that we didn't even realize we needed to think about. Everything was so well organized that we had the wedding day planned and ready to go down to the minute about 2 weeks before the big day. It was so amazing to know that everything was figured out way before our wedding day, and then ON the day, it was so easy for us to relax knowing that Alyson and her team would take care of anything that possibly came up. I don't even know if there were any issues at my wedding because everything felt perfect to me and I was never even brought into any potential issues if there were any! I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. On the day of, McKenna and her team were so efficient and handled everything so that my husband and I could relax and focus on ourselves. We got to our venue and everything was already done and ready to start the day! McKenna was amazing at time management throughout the day, and she was so helpful to not only us, but our families, wedding party and guests as well. Everything went perfectly on schedule and all the crazy ideas that we had came to life with no issues! It was truly the best day of our lives and it wouldn’t have been possible without McKenna’s help! I cannot recommend Lush Event Co. and Rachel enough!! Our wedding day was flawless! We chose her full-scale planning package and it was so worth it! We had just moved to Pittsburgh when we started planning and knew nothing about which vendors to use or even which venue to pick. Rachel made our lives so much easier by setting up tours of venues and finding us something that matched our vision and met our needs. Throughout the entire planning process, she was always available to answer questions and offer guidance. She kept everything organized on a Google Drive that we had access to and she was always available via email or text. Her knowledge of vendors in the Pittsburgh area was so impressive. Every vendor she recommended received a 5-star review.
