Caristia was born from Cara’s passion for helping people celebrate life’s most meaningful moments. (Okay, okay… maybe there’s also a touch of her soft spot for hearing your love stories, too!) With nearly two decades in the hospitality industry, Cara’s experience spans everything from corporate galas in downtown hotels to managing some of Western Pennsylvania’s most iconic venues. Even when she was leading corporate events, weddings remained her true calling, and since 2021 Caristia has been her full-time devotion.

Her insider understanding of how venues and vendors operate ensures that every detail clicks seamlessly into place. Cara will guide you in crafting a celebration as unique as the journey that brought you here. She leads with calm confidence, thinks quickly on her feet, and always brings warmth, kindness, and composure - even when the unexpected happens. Most of all, Cara truly loves what she does.
