Hi, I’m Michaella! I started my career in the wedding industry nearly five years ago and have never looked back. I love that every wedding is unique, and am passionate about helping couples bring their personal vision to life. My goal is simple: to help you enjoy your wedding day stress-free. Through intentional organization and careful planning, I make sure every detail is in place in the months leading up to your big day. On wedding day, I work behind the scenes so you can relax and celebrate with friends and family! I can't wait to meet you! I can’t wait to meet you!

I take a personal, flexible approach to the planning process. My main goal is always to ensure that couples feel comfortable sharing their true opinions with me so that we can bring their unique vision to life!

This package is designed for couples who want expert guidance and thoughtful support throughout the entire planning process—from the first ideas to the final send-off. This experience allows you to enjoy being engaged while we manage the details, logistics, and vendor coordination behind the scenes.

We help refine your vision, curate vendor selections, and assist with design to ensure your celebration feels cohesive and intentional. We come alongside you to help choose rentals, finalize vendor decisions, and stay organized leading up to the big day. As your wedding approaches, we take the lead in coordinating vendors, finalizing logistics, and crafting your full wedding-day timeline, bringing all the small details together!

This package is designed for couples who’ve already done the planning, but need an expert to help finalize and bring together all the little details. We help curate a timeline, answer ongoing questions you have, and manage your entire wedding day to ensure that everything is executed according to your vision.

    Where to begin!!! We were indecisive at first about hiring a day of coordinator and hiring Michaella ended up being the best decision we made!! She was so much more than a “day of coordinator” to us. She was quick with responding to any questions I had months leading up to the wedding day and the day of she handled anything that was thrown her way with professionalism and knew exactly what to do. Our wedding day was exactly how I imagined and I owe it all to Michaella! By the end of the night she felt so much more than just a vendor to us and we couldn’t be more thankful and appreciative for her and all of her hard work! We would recommend Michaella over and over again!

    We are beyond grateful for everything Michaella did to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. We planned our entire wedding in just 5.5 months, and we truly could not have done it without her. From the very beginning, she was organized, proactive, and always quick to communicate with venues and vendors on our behalf. She helped us build a detailed day-of timeline and kept us completely on track—even when our morning ran behind due to hair and makeup delays, the wedding never felt rushed or off schedule. We worked with Events by Michaella for our Wedding in June 2025 and what stoods out most was how willing Michaella was to go above and beyond to make our day perfect. On the day of the wedding, we were informed that our reception venue would not be setting up the décor as previously planned. Without hesitation, Michaella stepped in and handled every single detail. When we walked into the reception space, it was beautifully set up and exactly how we envisioned it—all thanks to her. She was also incredibly respectful of our budget and helped us find the best vendors to fit both our vision and finances. Every recommendation she made turned out to be amazing, and we felt supported and informed throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator who is organized, dependable, calm under pressure, and genuinely invested in making your day everything you’ve dreamed of, Michaella is the one. We cannot recommend her enough!
