Description

Support from day one! Unlimited planning meetings and communication via call, text, or email. Full design and style guidance, budget management, vendor recommendations, and booking assistance. Includes vendor meeting attendance, monthly planning check-ins, detailed timeline creation, up to 14 hours of wedding day coordination, rehearsal management, vendor communication, setup assistance, décor rentals, seating help, and emergency kit access.

Wildflower Package Up to 4 planning meetings in person or via Zoom, plus unlimited communication by call, text, or email. Includes vendor recommendations, timeline and contract review, design consultation, venue walkthrough, vendor confirmations, and up to 12 hours of wedding day coordination with a lead coordinator and assistant. Rehearsal, ceremony, reception, and day-of logistics fully managed. Consultation call will have further details.

Petal Package 1 In-person and/or Zoom planning meeting leading up to the wedding. Unlimited calling/texting/email for questions, inquiries, etc. Final planning meeting, vendor confirmations, and custom wedding day timeline creation. Rehearsal coordination, ceremony and reception flow management, full wedding day oversight, setup support, vendor communication, timeline execution, and handling all day-of logistics to keep the couple stress-free.

Event Design Services include creating a cohesive and personalized look for your wedding day through color palette selection, décor styling, layout planning, and overall aesthetic direction

    So grateful for this team!!

    Mike and Taylor from Meyer's Precision Planning were absolutely the dream team for our wedding day. They stayed in touch with us right up until the last minute, always ready to answer questions and problem-solve on the fly. What really set them apart was how they thought ahead about every detail—they enhanced our floral arrangements and helped us set them up so we felt confident about how everything looked. They also had rental items on hand that added so much magic to our celebration. From setup and decorating through the ceremony and reception changeover, they divided the work between them and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. Taylor was my rock throughout the day, keeping me calm and cheering me on when I needed it most. Having them handle so much took the pressure off and let us actually enjoy our wedding.

Coordination focuses on bringing all of your plans together and managing the details leading up to and on your wedding day. Planning includes more hands-on assistance throughout the planning process, including vendor recommendations, timeline creation, design guidance, and ongoing support.
