Hello Productions
We specialize in Pittsburgh wedding planning, whether it be full planning, month-of coordination, as well as wedding design. Hello Productions will take on all of the work so our clients can enjoy planning their special event. We will attend vendor meetings, create layouts, plan for the most appetizing courses and drinks to be served, and be on-site to make sure everything runs smoothly on the big day. We make sure every little detail has been discussed and use our experience to avoid all obstacles that may present themselves.

The Best Wedding Coordinators!
I cannot recommend Hello Productions highly enough! We were lucky enough to have Christina as our day-of wedding coordinator. Christina and her team made our day flow so smoothly. She went above and beyond our expectations to help make our day incredibly special. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she was incredibly easy to communicate with, and even willing to answer questions at any hour of the day if we had them. Her positive energy and preparedness during our calls leading up to the big day made all of the planning stress-free. Her expertise allowed for our planning process to run smoothly, and she was able to give us advice and input that we wouldn't have known ourselves. On the day of the wedding, she and her team were able to keep the timeline on schedule, assemble all of the decorations, and tear down/clean up in a timely manner. As usual with weddings, there were a few last minute problems that needed solving, and Christina was able to fix them easily, so much so that we as the bride and groom didn't even know that they happened. Out of all of our vendors, we heard the most compliments about Christina from our guests, who noticed her incredible dedication to her job as well as her execution of her services. Investing in the services of Hello Productions truly had an enormous payout in the end, and I would recommend them to ANYONE planning a wedding. Christina's passion for her job and expertise are truly unmatched, and so evident when working with her, there is truly no one like her! We really cannot thank them, especially Christina, enough for all of their assistance in making our day so special.

When my husband and I got engaged in June 2025, we had no idea where to begin. Having previously worked for an event planner, I knew just how much happens behind the scenes of a wedding day, so hiring a planner to guide us through the process felt like one of the best investments we could make. Today is a day to just be, not plan.” That moment has stayed with me, and I will always be grateful for her compassion and care. As our wedding day approached, Christina and her team worked tirelessly to ensure every detail was handled. Looking back, I honestly don't know how our venue would have come together without them. The only design direction I gave was “wildflowers”—I wanted the day to feel bright, relaxed, beautiful, and authentically us. Christina took that vision and transformed it into something beyond anything we could have imagined. The space felt absolutely magical. On the wedding day itself, Christina and her team handled everything seamlessly. Any issues that arose were resolved behind the scenes, allowing my husband and me to remain fully present and enjoy every moment. The team was attentive not only to the major logistics but also to the smallest details, making us feel completely cared for throughout the day. We are endlessly grateful to Christina and everyone at Hello Productions for helping us create a wedding that felt so genuine, personal, and unforgettable. Their professionalism, creativity, and care allowed us to celebrate with our family and friends in a way that truly felt like us. Incredible Pittsburgh-Based Wedding Coordinator
Alyson was an absolute godsend for my wedding in October 2025. After doing the initial planning on our own, we hired Hello Productions and Alyson to be our coordinator a few months before the wedding to help with all the details of scheduling, vendor management, and day-of logistics. Alyson was so prepared and helped us answer all the questions that we didn't even realize we needed to think about. Everything was so well organized that we had the wedding day planned and ready to go down to the minute about 2 weeks before the big day. It was so amazing to know that everything was figured out way before our wedding day, and then ON the day, it was so easy for us to relax knowing that Alyson and her team would take care of anything that possibly came up. I don't even know if there were any issues at my wedding because everything felt perfect to me and I was never even brought into any potential issues if there were any! All this to say, Alyson was absolutely incredible and so easy to work with, and I'd 10000% recommend her and Hello Productions to anyone planning a wedding in Pittsburgh 3
