After graduating from high school abroad, Bhagwan returned to the DC area where he started his music career. Soon after returning to the US, Bhagwan picked up the electric bass and began collaborating with a local heavy metal band. This led to a more studied approach to music at the Grove School of Music in Los Angeles. It was here Bhagwan graduated from heavy-metal, learning the difference between major and minor scales, chords and arpeggios.

I took a huge interest in the entertainment industry. It started a little before then, but that’s when I got into DJing. I fell in love with playing music for others while working at a roller-skating rink. (Wisconsin Sk8 University) I later moved on from the roller rink where I became a DJ assistant for a solo DJ who specialized in weddings. Let’s just day that gave me a whole new love for the job.

I am active playing at concerts, festivals, restaurants and private events in Central Pennsylvania, and play or have played in Philadelphia, Washington D.C., and New York City. I am also a recording artist and have produced six CDs as the Dave Wilson Quartet, which have received national airplay and been reviewed favorably in major publications.

Devin is inspired by all things mysterious and spiritual in this life, taking on the parts that are often daunting and celebrating the sense of community and creativity that comes from them. The music I create is a reflection of the life we experience - all of the doubt, grief, pain that troubles us but all of the love, luck, and faith that nurtures us. I am inspired by artists like Bruce Springsteen, Dave Matthew’s Band, CHON, Pink Floyd, Mac Miller, Angels & Airwaves, and to be honest, a whole lot more.

Hi, my name is DJ Roscoe but I am also known as DJ Chop! I am from Southern Maryland and started DJ’ing about 5 years ago.
