But as the months went on, the stress started piling up and we quickly became overwhelmed. Then we were introduced to Mckenna, and we hired her almost immediately. It was, without question, one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire wedding planning process. From the moment Mckenna stepped in, she made us feel completely at ease. We knew everything was in incredibly capable hands. She handled every single thing we asked of her, along with countless things we hadn’t even thought of. One of the best examples of the kind of planner Mckenna is was our hotel room block. The process with our venue had become incredibly frustrating and was actually one of the reasons we realized we needed a planner in the first place. On Mckenna’s very first day working with us, she called the venue and got everything sorted out. Even when issues with the room block continued to come up, Mckenna handled every single one of them. My wife and I never had to chase anyone down, worry about what was happening, or spend another second stressing over it. She stayed on top of everything throughout the entire process, and by the time our wedding weekend arrived, the rooms were exactly as they needed to be. That experience really sums up what it was like having Mckenna as our planner. She took something that had been a constant source of stress for us, completely took it off our plates, and made sure it was handled. Our wedding day was perfect, and so much of the credit goes to Mckenna. She went above and beyond for us at every turn. She is easily one of the most organized and attentive people we have ever met, but beyond that, she is warm, thoughtful, friendly, genuine, and just an absolute joy to be around. We are incredibly grateful for the amount of care, effort, and attention she put into making our wedding everything we hoped it would be. “We took on a lot of planning ourselves, and hired Rina to be our day of coordinator--or really month of coordinator--and out of all of our planning decisions, hiring Rina was one of the best decisions we made. Ahead of our first call, we sent a long document outlining the ideas we had--which she looked through and gave us useful feedback on as we considered what support we needed most. We had some unique ideas for how to do things our own way--and it was also clear from our conversation, that while Rina knows how to do a "textbook" wedding--she also knows how to listen to clients to help them make their unique vision a reality, even if that requires some creative thinking, crafting, or problem solving. When we did our venue walkthrough a month before the event, we sent Rina another long document, floorplan, and schedule the day before--and she once again arrived familiar with all of it. She had crucial suggestions, important questions we hadn't thought of, and proved again she was the right person to help us get prepared for the big day. That pattern repeated once more at rehearsal which was very efficient! The day of our wedding, Rina was punctual, professional, and in expert control running the show we had put together. She had already connected with all of our vendors, reviewed all the decorations we designed and how they set up, and was fully familiar with the timeline. When the inevitable surprises popped up, she was quick to roll with the punches--in a way that kept our plans on track! The entire event was not just beautiful, unique, and exactly the vibe we had envisioned--but it was also EXACTLY ON SCHEDULE, from set up to the paper lantern send off at the end! We are thoroughly impressed, and can't recommend Rina highly enough! She was our not so secret weapon. Let her be yours too! And make no mistake, while we had Rina as our month-of-coordinator--we would have absolutely hired Rina to take on the entire thing if we hadn't enjoyed planning so much (and even then, we couldn't have finished the plans without her input!). I will also say, having planned so much ourselves, it really made it very personal to us that the schedule we made, the decorations we crafted, and the timeline we envisioned were faithfully executed. It was so personal, that I thought it would be hard to hand off our cherished plan to someone else. Who could know it as well as us or care as much? But every conversation with Rina made letting go easy, because it was so clear she was listening to us, and understanding us. There is no one else we would've trusted with our plan except Rina.”

“Oh my goodness! Where do I start?! Candice/Signed in Pink Events was INCREDIBLE!!!! Talk about someone who goes above and beyond to bring your wedding day vision to life! I came across (Signed in Pink Events) as a recommendation from a bridal group on social media. After looking at some of her really positive 5 star reviews, I decided to reach out to her. I originally was looking for a day of coordinator when I reached out to Candice, however when I first saw her prices, I realized I could afford the month of coordination services which ended up being a great idea. I hired Candice/Signed in Pink Events over a year before my wedding on December 20th. From the moment I hired her, she IMMEDIATELY, put me at ease. She walked me through all of their services, the process, asked me plenty of questions to get a good feel of what I want and provided a lot of clarity for me. I quickly realized, she knew what she was doing! Candice and her team were hired for “month of coordination” however, Candice made herself available to me for whenever I had a question or needed some advisement. Over the year, she really helped me through the wedding planning process, even when I hired an untrustworthy beauty vendor. With her support and guidance, I was able to quickly get out of that contract and later went on to work with an AMAZING team of beauty vendors that Candice went back to verify. As type A as I am as a person, I truly felt that I could trust Candice’s judgement and knowledge and she NEVER steered me wrong! I was even able to relax a little bit with her supporting me. Candice also handled my wedding decor and I was THRILLED that I went with her. She managed to handle all the vendor stuff AND perfectly execute my husband and I’s decor vision. I checked in Candice at least every couple of weeks just because lol She is such a fun and helpful person, it was very easy to work with her and come to her for my bridal anxiety needs or general questions. By the time we were coming up on the time for her to officially begin her “month of” services, she knew EVERYTHING we wanted, how we wanted it, all of the vendors we were using, who she needed to follow up with, how to she was going to plan out walkthrough, meetings. She had her questions ready for vendors, welcome card for vendors, rehearsal layouts ready…just the whole 9 yards (and then some)! She had everything running like a well oiled machine leading up to the wedding day, and on the wedding day, she handled everything! I can’t tell you how many times she told me “I got you! Don’t worry about anything!” and she meant every word of it! She really had it! All the coordination between vendors, the decor vision, the schedule…it was all so smooth! And she got along with every one of my vendors! And they easily went to her with no issues. The day of my wedding was INCREDIBLE!!! All the decor was PERFECT!!! She went above and beyond!!! I was so excited!!! It was all worth it! She was the absolute best at what she does! No wonder she is an award winning event coordinator. She is an absolutely joy! “Where to begin? Ok Amy and her exceptional team were the BEST DECISION my now husband and I made! Our journey began meeting Amy at an LGBT Wedding Expo because neither one of us have been to a gay wedding or knew anything about weddings, especially non-traditional weddings. Amy was so sweet, kind, and professional and reassuring with all of my questions. I interviewed 5 different wedding planners and chose Amy when I noticed the price was right and she offered so much help and assistance with everything a newlywed would need help with. Let me tell you, she lied about nothing to this date! Leading up to the wedding, 7 months until the big day, our all-inclusive venue went out of business abruptly! We had to start from the BEGINNING! I’ll never forget calling Amy panicking and feeling lost, angry, sad, mad, confused, defeated, etc. She immediately reassured me that everything would work out and she’d help us with everything. We had only a partial package with her and we were asking for services from a full package, and she reminded me that this was an emergency that we did not ask for. Amy and Abby sent over recommendations for venues, caterers, DJ’s, Cake, Photographers, Videographers, etc. and March 2026 I was one busy guy but I ran contracts through Amy and her team and they reviewed each one and gave the best advice possible without saying “You need to go with them” or just giving one option. Overall, almost everyone we went with was an option from Amy and her team based off what we wanted. Wedding Day! The fun part, our wedding was PERFECT! When I say we were not allowed to be on our phones and not a single worry in the world occurred, nothing bad was allowed to reach us at all. We had a point of contact (someone from our wedding party) to answer all questions and check on us at the hotel during hair and make-up. Amy and her team (Mandy and Emma) made the flow of our wedding work perfectly! Our officiant missed our vows section and Amy strategically was able to help fit our vows into the reception which seemed to have worked even better. Amy and her team truly were there for us every second of the wedding and most importantly gave us a second to breathe after the ceremony. Long story short, EVERYONE should have a wedding planner, but not just a wedding planner, Amy Frances wedding planning! Our day could not have been as perfect as it was without her. She has become our friend at this point. She is organized, she is a problem solver, she is understanding, she is everything when it comes to celebrating love! “The single greatest decision we made for planning our wedding was hiring Angelita (about five months in advance) to manage it for us. Not only did she go above and beyond repeatedly - in going to bat to get vendors to lower prices for us, in being just a text away every day the month proceeding the wedding, in putting up with three hour calls where we also discussed family dramas -- she was always friendly, professional, and a genuine delight, helping manage stress and ensure everything went smoothly, even when the best man was doing things like forget he needed a suit, or jeweler wasn't responding to bride's texts and I couldn't get a quote back for rings weeks before the wedding....it was Angelita to the rescue! She took over all communications with the vendors beforehand, organized and ensured everyone had their marching orders (literally when it came to her air-traffic controller maneuvers down the aisle). That the day-of was drama free, an absolute blast, and so much fun, we hoped for -- but that the months before were, was an unexpected joy, and that was because of Angelita. Payment was easy, and options were extremely flexible. AND she helped provide resources for our honeymoon planning, just cause!
