We're making your dreams become reality! We take care of everything so you can have extra fun, extra laughs, and extra love on your special day. We've been planning/coordinating small/large scale events since 2015 and took a gap during the pandemic. During this time Krystal founded an award winning Media Agency tailored to wedding photography. While doing this she saw the disconnect and stress for brides during day of coordination and how that would result in rushed pictures or not getting their dream shots due to poor planning. So she called Fabiola and said we need to dust off our clipboards & help! That’s how Extra Confetti Events was born!
Everyone deserves a great wedding day and to be fully in the moment to enjoy it. That’s why we have started Extra Confetti Events! :) The stressful task of management is handled with care by our team, we support you in everything so all you have to do is relish in your love!

Three cheers for Krystal and Extra Confetti Events! We also had Ennese (I hope I'm spelling that correctly) on the day of. I hired Krystal in the last 6 weeks or so of about 10 months of wedding planning. It was feeling like I was running out of steam at the end of a marathon, and she got us over the finish line. I cannot say enough about how kind and responsive she was. She answered every email and text, and never made me feel rushed. Although her team was specifically for day of coordination (and most other things were done), she was so available in the weeks leading up to the day. She made sure all vendor communication happened (and we received compliments on her and Ennese' work) promptly and clearly, helped me work through some sticky timeline points, made sure all the decor was planned out and pitched in with our decorator. She even went above and beyond with our families to keep things smooth. And when I left my wallet behind, she tracked it down! Basically a wedding superhero in very fun earrings. ECE is professional and so pleasant to have around. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat!

Best day of coordinators!
Working with Extra Confetti Events was honestly the best decision we made for our wedding. Krystal and her team were in constant touch with us leading up to the big day, always keeping us in the loop with clear updates and friendly check-ins that made us feel supported every step of the way. From the seating chart to the decorations to the timeline, they handled every single detail so we could actually enjoy the planning process and our special day, instead of stressing about it. They thought about things I would not have any made sure nothing was forgotten. We had to move our wedding inside at the last minute due to weather and they made sure that everything was seamless and beautiful. You can tell they genuinely care about what they do—the quality of their work and attention to every little thing really showed on our wedding day. We didn't have to think about a thing, and that peace of mind was priceless. We can't recommend Extra Confetti Events enough.

Fabiola and Krystal were absolutely flawless from start to finish. I truly don’t know how we could have had our wedding without them! From the moment they stepped in, they made everything feel organized, calm, and completely under control. They handled every little detail so seamlessly that I was able to fully relax and actually enjoy my wedding day.
