Two gals making your dreams become reality! We take care of everything so you can have extra fun, extra laughs, and extra love on your special day. We've been planning/coordinating small/large scale events since 2015 and took a gap during the pandemic. During this time Krystal founded an award winning Media Agency tailored to wedding photography. While doing this she saw the disconnect and stress on brides during the planning process and how that would show up in rushed pictures or not getting their dream shots due to poor planning. So she called Fab and we need to dust off our clipboards & help! That’s how Extra Confetti Events was born!

Everyone deserves a great wedding day and to be fully in the moment to enjoy it. That’s why we have started Extra Confetti Events! :) The stressful task of management is handled with care by our team, we support you in everything so all you have to do is relish in your love!

    Excellent experience

    Working with Extra Confetti Events was a game-changer for our proposal day. From our first conversation, the team kept us in the loop every step of the way and made sure they understood exactly what we wanted. They didn't just listen to our ideas—they brought them to life in ways we didn't even know were possible. The decor was honestly the best we've ever seen at our proposal, with every detail perfectly thought out and executed. They handled all of our needs without us having to ask twice, which took so much stress off our shoulders during planning.     Perfection exists

    I cannot recommend her enough! She brought my birthday vision to life and somehow made it even better than I imagined. Her attention to detail is incredible, and you can truly tell how much care and thought she puts into every element. Not only is she talented, but she’s also so friendly and easy to work with.     Party planners extraordinaire!

    Very professional and creative

All things event management. We can go as far back as planning or as close as the day of for setup, coordination and clean up crew!
We meet couples where they are at! We recommend filling out our inquiry form before a meeting so we know where to jump in and help!
Both Krystal and Fabiola have been working professionally in the event industry since 2016.
Event Management, Decoration Planning/Timeline Creation Advisory, Setup, Breakdown Vendor Inquiries, & Content Creation
We did as little or as much as you'd like! For small/micro weddings Under 65 guests we work at $75 an hour. For Mid-sided weddings with 65-150 guests we work at $100 an hour. For Large Weddings 150-200 guests we work at $150 an hour For Extra Large Weddings 200-300 guests we work at $200 an hour. For anything larger than 300 we will give you a custom quote for the amount of team members we need stationed.
