Jason Rhee Photography is a wedding photography company based in Northvale, New Jersey. Jason’s 20 years of experience combined with his attentiveness toward his clients results in photos that reflect the true essence of each couple. He believes that encouraging a lighthearted atmosphere during your photoshoot is the best way to capture all of those natural and romantic moments. This photographer covers the New Jersey and New York tri-state areas.

I graduated from the School of Visual Arts in the late 90s. While pursuing my dream in commercial photography for decades, I built up my own style in wedding photography. My passion in wedding photography led me to engage with couples and create my authentic and beautiful photos that they treasure for life and doing it for over 20 years and I still love it. I love to engage with couples and provide the highest quality in photography with fun, candid and natural beauty of the bride and groom that tells the story. Thank you, Jason Rhee

    Definitely Book!

    Jason Rhee- Best Wedding Photographer!

    We genuinely cannot say enough good things about Jason Rhee. Looking back on our wedding day, we are so grateful that Jason was the person behind the camera capturing all of the moments we’ll get to look back on for the rest of our lives. From the very beginning, Jason was incredibly communicative, responsive, and easy to work with. He made us feel like we were in such good hands throughout the entire process, which took a lot of the stress out of wedding planning. He was also extremely reasonably priced, which made choosing him an even easier decision. My husband and I are definitely not naturals in front of the camera, and we were honestly a little nervous about having so many photos taken. Jason completely changed that for us. He made us feel comfortable, gave us direction when we needed it, and somehow made taking photos feel fun and natural rather than awkward or forced. We were able to just be ourselves, and that really meant so much to us. What also stood out to us was how wonderful Jason was with everyone around us. Both of our families and our bridal party absolutely loved working with him. He was patient, kind, and made everyone feel comfortable, even during what can be a hectic and chaotic wedding day! We are so thankful we found Jason and trusted him to capture such an important day in our lives. These photos will always mean so much to us, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. If you’re looking for a photographer who is talented, personable, professional, affordable, and genuinely cares about making your experience special, we cannot recommend Jason enough!

Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening for an additional charge.
Yes, I have a few great videographers I can recommend and able to work together to meet your goal and budget.
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can also expect to receive a USB drive with high-resolution image files, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints.
You can expect about 1000 to 1500 photos. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
In my 20 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant.
