Amazing Planner
From our first conversation with On.Hae Productions, we felt at ease knowing we had a planner who genuinely cared about our day. They brought a calm and direct approach to every decision, which made the planning process feel less stressful and more enjoyable. What really stood out was how organized and responsive they were—they stayed on top of every detail and helped us navigate some tricky vendor situations that could have derailed our timeline. They even took the extra time to steam a memorial sign for us, which showed they were thinking about the little touches that made our wedding personal. The team's neat execution on the day itself proved that all their behind-the-scenes work paid off. We couldn't have asked for better support, and we'd recommend them to any couple looking for a planner who actually listens and delivers.

The Behind-the-Scenes Hero of Our Wedding Day
My husband and I had an amazing experience working with Angie as our wedding coordinator. From the very beginning, it was clear that she is genuinely passionate about weddings and deeply invested in helping couples bring their vision to life. One of the things I appreciated most was how comfortable she made us feel throughout the planning process. I never felt judged for our personal style, budget, or for incorporating elements that may not fit the mold of a traditional American wedding. Instead, Angie was supportive, encouraging, and focused on helping us create a celebration that felt authentic to us. Angie also offers rental services for a variety of wedding items, including arches, lawn games, and décor pieces, which can be incredibly helpful for couples looking to simplify their planning process. We also loved using Timeline Genius, the planning platform she utilizes. It made collaboration easy and allowed us to review timelines, comment on details, and stay organized throughout the planning process. Another area where Angie truly excelled was vendor coordination. She communicated professionally and effectively with our photographer, caterer, venue, DJ, and other vendors, ensuring that everyone was aligned and informed. This gave us tremendous peace of mind leading up to the wedding. On the wedding day, Angie and her two assistants were absolutely phenomenal. Their organization and teamwork were evident from the start, and they remained in constant communication through their walkie-talkie system throughout the day. Thanks to their coordination, the timing of the entire event ran even more smoothly than our original timeline anticipated. The transformation they helped create at our venue was incredible. They assisted with setting up numerous DIY elements, including our floating candle centerpieces with Orbeez and floating pearls, and helped bring together our florals, including centerpieces, bouquets, and boutonnieres. So much of the beauty of our wedding day came together because of their hard work, attention to detail, and willingness to jump in wherever needed. Their support at the end of the evening was equally impressive. Our venue had two levels, with the wedding party getting ready upstairs. Without being asked, Angie and her team helped gather and bring downstairs countless personal items as the night was winding down. This was an enormous help, especially since everyone was either exhausted or enjoying their final moments celebrating together. Most importantly, Angie and her team ensured that the entire day ran seamlessly. They worked closely with the caterers, DJ, photographer, venue staff, and wedding party to keep everything on track while allowing us to remain fully present and enjoy the day. Their professionalism, kindness, organization, and dedication were invaluable, and we truly cannot imagine our wedding day without them. We are incredibly grateful to Angie and her team for helping turn our vision into reality and making our wedding day feel effortless from start to finish.

Could NOT have done it without her!!
Angie and Danny were simply the BEST. From day one Angie was an essential part of our wedding. From small suggestions to huge ones, she was there for us during the entire planning process to help us stay on track even though we only hired her as more of month of planning. She even included some honeymoon prep with us as well so we knew where we were going (even though I forgot my passport renewal so it wasn’t usable.. sorry Angie). Day-of itself, Angie showed that she really truly is an absolute rock star. She was bouncing around from place to place keeping us groomsmen on track to finish our last minute tasks while keeping my eternally late bride still somehow on time. She was so helpful with making and keeping to the timeline, and also just helping us stay calm and remember to breathe! Truly our wedding wouldn’t have been HALF the wonderful event it was without Angie and her assistant, Danny. We couldn’t possibly recommend them enough!! If you want to feel like you can enjoy your wedding day without being a ball of stress, HIRE ONHAE PRODUCTIONS!!

The Gift of Peace of Mind (Bride)
The single greatest decision we made for planning our wedding was hiring Angelita (about five months in advance) to manage it for us. Not only did she go above and beyond repeatedly - in going to bat to get vendors to lower prices for us, in being just a text away every day the month proceeding the wedding, in putting up with three hour calls where we also discussed family dramas -- she was always friendly, professional, and a genuine delight, helping manage stress and ensure everything went smoothly, even when the best man was doing things like forget he needed a suit, or jeweler wasn't responding to bride's texts and I couldn't get a quote back for rings weeks before the wedding....it was Angelita to the rescue! She took over all communications with the vendors beforehand, organized and ensured everyone had their marching orders (literally when it came to her air-traffic controller maneuvers down the aisle). That the day-of was drama free, an absolute blast, and so much fun, we hoped for -- but that the months before were, was an unexpected joy, and that was because of Angelita. Payment was easy, and options were extremely flexible. AND she helped provide resources for our honeymoon planning, just cause! Saved Our Day
Our venue included a day-of coordinator, which we were skeptical of, but they pretty much insisted. As the months went along, and our planning progressed, our point of contact at the venue changed 3 times. I still had no idea who my day of person would be, but they assured me, someone would be there. With the amount of turnover in the venue's staff, we just didn't feel comfortable trusting that this would be the case. I reached out to a friend who recommended On.Hae.Productions and we spoke with Angie and I just immediately felt better. Angie assured me she would be there for me every step of the way and thank goodness she was. I am not even going to go into the number of things that were missed by the venue, mainly due to the staff changes and notes not passing hands etc, and thankfully, Angie knew our entire vision and was able to swoop in and make sure that the right people were where they needed to be and when. She had to correct the placement of the DJ and the layout of our tent because of course it threatened to rain etc. She just made what could have been problem after problem, turn into a smooth event. We cannot stress how thankful we are to have had Angie and On.Hae.Productions. She really is that insurance package to make sure your day goes right. And, I have to say, she's extremely easy to work with. She listened to what we wanted and made great suggestions based on our ideas, instead of telling us what we wanted and we really appreciated that. We highly recommend a planner and highly recommend On.Hae.Productions.
