About this venue
The Maryland Zoo offers both indoor and outdoor spaces for a wild and magical wedding. From the rehearsal dinner to the ceremony to the reception, we offer everything you need to start planning your wedding. Plus, the chance to have some special animal guests RSVP! We proudly welcome members of the LGBTQ+ community and aim to make all of our clients' dreams come true.

Mansion House Porch
A Stately Historic Location
The Mansion House at The Maryland Zoo in Baltimore (circa 1801) is a truly stylish setting for special occasions. Large windows on all sides of the elegant, wrap-around porch overlook Druid Hill Park & the older treed areas of the Zoo. While the historic nature of the building adds a charm to the space, the individually controlled chandeliers allow for smooth transitions to set any mood, and the building also has full air-conditioning and heating for a distinguished setting with modern comfort.

Have a special guest RSVP for your event! Our animal ambassador program has a variety of mammals, reptiles, birds, invertebrates and amphibians to choose from.
- You may choose to up two animals for one event.
- Each animal will appear consecutively for 30 mins
