Sabrina and Chelsea were a pleasure to work with since our very first call! After our intro call where we described our dream wedding, they gave us a list of recommended venues that was an immense help in our venue search. This was before we signed with them which I thought was very kind for them to do! They were very positive, friendly and patient with our many questions. We ended up doing the wedding management and tabletop design package. We worked closely with Sabrina throughout the planning and she is amazing! Always calm and reassuring that we were on track with planning. The team is super organized and also gave us planning tools like a checklist and budget tracker. Communication was always easy and I asked for monthly calls which helped a lot. The design process was fun and Sabrina was able to create our design plan based on our Pinterest board, as well as recommend vendors that fit our aesthetic. She even helped make our table signage! The day of went perfectly as planned and was absolutely beautiful! We were able to just show up without a worry! Our bridal party was also able to just enjoy the day since Lucky Day was handling everything. Sabrina and her assistant checked in with us throughout the wedding day and helped with my dress, shoes, and even had to go on the beach with us for photos. They set up all our extra decor and neatly packed everything at the end of the night so we didn’t forget anything. We had last minute changes to our schedule the week of and Sabrina was able to manage all our requests. We had our dream wedding come true and would highly recommend Lucky Day!

It all started back in 2018 when the pastor’s wife, who was known for coordinating the church weddings, wasn't available.  With a few weddings being a bridesmaid under my belt, I said yes to running a small 50 person backyard wedding, & it went smooth! That’s when I fell in love with weddings & became the new director for the church weddings. That led to planning my own wedding and a few years later it was my husband, who helped encourage the dream of making it into the business and got us where we are! Jesse help lead her in faith to found and start Kalos Coordinating, LLC, knowing that the Lord would lead them in the right direction.

Where do we start. Our venue for our Friday, Saturday and Sunday events cancelled on us six weeks out, our bartenders sent our cake crashing to the ground and our florist really didn’t get it right. However, Morgan and company helped us manage all of it with grace and made the process as easy as possible on us. We felt incredibly grateful to have them be part of our day! They made the process much less stressful and the day of we could relax and know things were being taken care of. Exactly what we needed!! From literally chasing down our florist, her team having to come in hot with day of decor where the vendor messed up, to having to move our outdoor reception indoors due to unexpectedly cold weather, they never missed a beat. Looking back, it was a wonderful weekend with family and friends, and we could not recommend them more.

Michelle recently served as our wedding event coordinator for our June wedding in the Texas Hill Country. Words can't express how amazing Bre was to work with!
