Natalia was our month-of coordinator and she did SUCH a great job! A couple weeks before our 1-month mark, she took over all of the coordination, which took a lot of stress off of our plate. She was super communicative and reassuring while we were panicking about potential inclement weather. She also did an amazing job setting up our tables and decor, and was so on top of things the whole time.

It all started back in 2018 when the pastor’s wife, who was known for coordinating the church weddings, wasn't available.  With a few weddings being a bridesmaid under my belt, I said yes to running a small 50 person backyard wedding, & it went smooth! Where do we start. Our venue for our Friday, Saturday and Sunday events cancelled on us six weeks out, our bartenders sent our cake crashing to the ground and our florist really didn’t get it right. However, Morgan and company helped us manage all of it with grace and made the process as easy as possible on us. We felt incredibly grateful to have them be part of our day! They made the process much less stressful and the day of we could relax and know things were being taken care of. Exactly what we needed!! From literally chasing down our florist, her team having to come in hot with day of decor where the vendor messed up, to having to move our outdoor reception indoors due to unexpectedly cold weather, they never missed a beat. Looking back, it was a wonderful weekend with family and friends, and we could not recommend them more.

Working with Bre was easily one of the best vendor choices we made while wedding planning. Our wedding ceremony became a kind of “pop-up” style event and Bre rolled with every decision and last minute detail we threw at her. With her day-of coordination package, we were able to have 2 pre wedding meetings and a rehearsal the day before. I went into the rehearsal feeling nervous about how things would go and left feeling so reassured and excited! The day of the wedding Bre checked in with me and made sure things were running smoothly. I felt so calm and confident walking up to the venue knowing Bre was in charge and bringing our vision to life! The whole day went beautifully and I know it’s because Bre was working her magic behind the scenes. She stayed until the last moment of clean up and made sure all our personal items and gifts made it home with us. My husband and I got married at The Farm at Old Edwards in Highlands, North Carolina, in 2024, and Debora was there for our rehearsal the day before and coordinated everything the day of the wedding. We started working with Debora 8 months before the wedding when I had picked out some vendors, but a lot of the vendors we worked with were recommended by Debora, which was great. She made the whole rehearsal and wedding day run seamlessly!! My husband and I were really able to enjoy the day because she took care of everything. She let the groomsmen, bridesmaids, and our families know where to be and when, and we didn’t have to worry about any of it. I would recommend her to anyone who wants someone with tons of experience in the wedding industry and who wants to have a relaxing and fun wedding day, which is exactly what we had!!
