“Gavin has my absolute highest recommendation. He was easy to work with (and SO incredibly fun to work with) during the planning process and kept us on all the important timelines. When we started to feel the stress, he was amazing at reassuring us and calming the nerves. As a September nor’easter bride, almost every event of the weekend had to pivot to alternate locations or backup plans. As the bride, I felt none of the logistical stress. The morning of our wedding, we all woke up with no power in our cabins and no power at the ceremony site due to the storm. I opened my phone and saw there was already a plan in place for hair and makeup for the bridal party. There was a plan in place for the ceremony even if the power did not come back on. What could’ve been a disaster was entirely mitigated by Gavin and his working/coordinating with all the vendor teams. I never had any fear that things wouldn’t work out knowing Gavin was working to ensure we’d still have the party of our dreams. I cannot thank you enough Gavin. If you are looking for a planner, look no further as you have found the one!”

“We made the 10000% best choice to hire Evviva Studio for our wedding and worth every cent. Around January before our April wedding, we realized we needed help bringing details together and to have more confidence and support on the day of the wedding. Kat helped us organize our details and helped us bring our vision to life- all while taking the stress out of planning. She coordinated all our vendors and helped with aspects that we didn't know how to approach. She involved our families in very meaningful ways, both in the planning and up through the day of the wedding. The rehearsal and day of flowed so beautifully because of Kat's lead, and despite the inevitable stress, Kat helped us feel confident in ways we will continually be grateful for. “1000/10!! Evelyn is nothing less than a wedding rock star! We hired Evelyn for partial planning, design services and day-of coordination for our wedding that was (literally) across the country. She helped as find and book a majority of our vendors, all of which deserve their own 5-star reviews. She was extremely responsive and organized throughout the entire process. She did multiple site visits to ensure that our design could be accomplished. We had issues with a venue coordinator making promises that could not be kept that resulted in design changes, not once, but FOUR times, even as close to the date as 2 weeks and despite those set backs Evelyn handled it with the utmost professionalism and was still able to deliver on our (less than traditional) vision! We've had multiple guests say it was the best wedding they have ever attended and we couldn't agree more! If there were fires that needed put out, we (the bride and groom) never heard about them. The day was scheduled down to the minute and there was flawless execution across the board. It was truly the best day of our lives and we were able to enjoy every moment of it knowing full well everything was handled that needed handling. OH and did I mention that by the time we hired Evelyn, we had less than 6 months to accomplish EVERYTHING?! Yup - she's THAT good. If you need a wedding planner, look no further. They helped create and edit the whole wedding timeline, took over communication with vendors starting 7 days BEFORE the wedding, put together my very complicated favor table without a hitch, offered to create signage, ran the music for our ceremony and cocktail hours, and they even did a last minute transport of my wedding bouquets and boutonierres because they were delivered to the wrong building. Any thought, question, idea, concern, crash out, or micromanaging moment I had (and trust me… there were MANY), I could text or call her at literally any time, and she was always there. Not once did she ever make me feel annoying, dramatic, or “too much.” Instead, she made me feel heard, understood, supported, and excited every single step of the way. What makes Noelle so special is that she doesn’t just “plan weddings.” She genuinely takes your vision and transforms it into something bigger and more beautiful than you could have even imagined for yourself. She knows everything you need to make your day perfect, and she has it on hand through her inventory so you don’t have to do all the extra work! When things went a little crazy on my wedding day (I’m talking outdoor flooding, pop up tents blowing away, and a last minute ceremony location change), she handled everything with ease and grace! “Annie from Before You Say I Do was an exceptional day-of-coordinator for our special day. Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. The quality of her work and the value she provided was excellent-- she is hard-working and was incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. “Elizabeth at E&A Events was the PERFECT solution! I engaged her right away and used her Day of Coordination package which was honestly SO affordable and SO MUCH help to me and to the bride. She worked with us in preparing for the wedding, solved all of our concerns and unknowns as she is so familiar with weddings and how things “should go” and what pitfalls to be aware of. She was very flexible and all about working with my daughter’s vision for the wedding day, including helping with updates to timelines etc. On the day of, even though the venue provided a “coordinator”, it was so necessary to have someone there who was all about me as the mother of the bride and all about the bride and her day. Elizabeth was all over the venue throughout the ceremony and reception, making sure things were being handled and staying on track with our wishes; if there was any issue, she was on it and this allowed me to relax and enjoy the day! Hands down - the best part of the entire support that Elizabeth provided was offered AFTER the event ended; she stayed long after and made sure that all the centerpieces were broken down and all of the decor was stashed away in one place so we could easily go pick it up the following day. And this was packing up centerpieces with 28 floating candles on two separate floors — I was having nightmares of having to empty all those vases, but Elizabeth made it so easy! She is friendly, organized and persistent — there is no reason whatsoever to not invest in her support for your wedding or any event — but especially a wedding … this one day can be so expensive - she ensures that nothing goes wrong and you can just enjoy your special day. HIGHLY recommend her!”

“Kayla Lyon was the wedding planner for my daughter's wedding near Endicott NY in July 2026, and she did a great job, ensuring the day was calm and organized, exactly how my daughter wanted it. Kayla is a good listener, she wanted to understand exactly what was most important to the bride and groom. She also was very familiar with the venue, Howland Farm, and was so helpful with set-up and breakdown. She also recommended several vendors, which was really helpful since we do not live locally. “We used Kris as our coordinator for our spring 2026 wedding and would highly recommend her! Kris was super organized, setting up a google drive for us to share documents like all of the contracts, table plans, and timeline. We met with Kris multiple times before the month of the wedding and then every week the month of to make sure everything was on track. Kris attended all of our final vendor calls, which was super helpful for making the final decisions about everything. She was very easy to talk to about our vision for the day and an excellent person to bounce ideas off of. The day of, Kris was amazing! It felt like she was everywhere at once. She set up our ceremony décor, which was beautiful, and made sure that all of the other décor was set out. We got married in an aquarium and Kris had found these shell advice cards in her supplies that she brought. A lot of people ended up filling them out, which was lovely. During dinner, we had two flower girls who were starting to get hungry before their table was served and Kris made sure they got fed! Kris also stayed behind at the venue to make sure that everything was packed up and that all of the vendors got their tips. I genuinely think that I would not have had as good of a time without Kris’s coordination, so we strongly recommend her to anybody planning their wedding!”
