With our model, you no longer need to search through endless options, coordinate multiple vendors, and navigate decisions on your own. Our model also eliminates repetitive costs. The owner, Krista, combines her technical expertise in project management, with her passion for creativity, to bring to life events that are as unique and beautiful as each of her clients. Each package is customized just for you!

Our clients are most relaxed when they select a package that includes planning, day of coordination, and custom decor. Description	The Regal wedding planning and styling package begins about 8-12 months prior. This comprehensive, hands-on, & customizable package allows you to be stress free while the details of your wedding are handled with great care. This package can include a mix of planning services, day of coordination, & styled rentals. This package was designed to produce a cohesive aesthetic, fully managed & brought to life beautifully by our talented team.	You took care of the early stage planning, now let us bring your vision to life so you can enjoy your day! This package can be customized to include coordination, styled rentals, or a combination of both! Key elements of this package often include vendor management, timeline creation, layout design/ seating charts, rehearsal and day of coordination, along with custom decor we provide, plus set up and take down of meaningful personal items.	If you have something specific in mind and don't need a full package, we offer custom a la carte services. We invite you to view our portfolio or rentals on our website, that we style exclusviely for your vision! This may include a backdrop, centerpieces, custom signage, dessert table styling, and sweetheart table decor. If you decide that you would benefit from assistance with planning and coordination, we can add that on as your needs evolve.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Krista and her team. Thanks to Krista’s expertise and organization, a weight was lifted from our shoulders, and we had a truly wonderful wedding day. From the start, Krista stayed in consist communication with us. Whether it was to communicate about our checklist, timeline, decorations, vendors, Krista always responded in a timely manner. Krista’s coordination kept the rehearsal and wedding day running smoothly. It was so nice to have her running the show so we could relax and enjoy the day. Krista and her team also created our breathtaking wisteria/draped ceremony arch and the matching sweetheart table backdrop. She truly brought our vision to life! If you are searching for an exceptional team to work with, we highly recommend Stelladora!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Krista at Stelladora as my wedding planner and day of coordinator. Krista was amazing from start to finish! From the monthly pre-wedding meetings and venue walk-through to the actual wedding day, she showed up x100 and made our day a success. I felt very comfortable during our meetings and Krista was organized and created a very helpful day of timeline amongst many other details. Hiring Krista was one of the best decisions I made in the wedding planning process. You will NOT find anyone more trustworthy, proactive, and detail-oriented. She was kind, professional, detail oriented, flexible and prompt. On my wedding day it was especially helpful to have someone there to keep things moving smoothly. It really allowed all of us to enjoy the day. My parents and bridal party have ALL mentioned how impressed they were by her on the big day. Even our other vendors mentioned how seamless the whole day was thanks to Krista. Krista asked all of the questions I didn't know needed to be answered. She constantly responded to all of my chaotic texts and emails SO quickly and was always so helpful. I genuinely do not know what I would have done without Krista on my wedding day. Anytime I needed anything throughout the day, Krista was always there to assist, ready and willing with a positive attitude!
