“If you’re debating whether to hire a wedding coordinator, stop searching and book Candice and her team. It was, without a doubt, the best investment we made for our wedding, and I cannot recommend her and her services highly enough.
We were looking for a day-of wedding coordinator, but after our very first conversation with Candice, we knew she was the perfect fit. She is incredibly organized, personable, calming, and realistic. Although she was technically our day-of coordinator, she went so far beyond that role. We met monthly in the months leading up to the wedding, then weekly during the final month (and even twice a week when needed). She was always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and make sure every detail was covered.
One of the things that impressed us most was how organized she is. Candice has an incredible collection of planning tools, checklists, timelines, and spreadsheets that keep every detail on track. She also takes the initiative to communicate not only with your vendors, but with your wedding party, immediate family, and anyone else you would like involved. Knowing everyone was informed and on the same page made the planning process and wedding day feel seamless.
As a Type A person, one of my biggest challenges was trusting someone else to take control of a day I had dreamed about for years. Candice earned that trust completely. By the time the wedding arrived, I had absolute confidence in her. My response to everyone, from my bridal party to our families and vendors, was simply, “Go ask Candice.” I knew she had everything under control.
Like any wedding day, there were a few unexpected moments and parts of the timeline that ran longer than planned. Candice handled every situation effortlessly and with such professionalism that I wasn’t even aware of many of them until after the wedding. When emotions or stress began to rise, she calmly brought everyone back down, including family members, and kept the day moving seamlessly.
We truly could not have had the wedding of our dreams without Candice and Clarice (pictured because we asked our photog to take this). They took every worry off our shoulders and allowed my husband and me to be fully present, soak in every moment, and simply enjoy our wedding day with our family, friends, and wedding party instead of focusing on logistics. That is an incredible gift.
What surprised us most was that Candice became so much more than our wedding coordinator, she became someone who genuinely felt like family. We looked forward to every meeting and every phone call, and now that the wedding is over, we truly miss our chats with her. That speaks volumes about the kind of person she is and the relationships she builds with her couples.
