“I honestly never thought I was going to get married and I definitely was not going to have a wedding of note. However, as my partner and I started talking more and more, we scoped out what it would take to have a smooth, aesthetically pleasing and gay as he** wedding in the PNW. We like supporting small businesses and folks just getting started, and we got recommended Finn by a mutual friend. We kept it small and had them coordinate our actual Big Day. As someone who has done a LOT of managing other people's problems, I mean events, having a competent lesbian around who had taken extensive notes on what we wanted and who to talk to and handled every single thing that came up from directing caterers to the too many people who really Just Want to Be Helpful was just fantastic. Finn was incredibly responsive, asked pointed questions that got at potential problems we had not considered, and was incredibly patient with us when we got a little all over the place. They also took the animal bones, cold outdoors, and eccentricities of our privacy preferences in great stride. and they're funny as all get out. 10/10.”

“Hiring Ashley at Rose Event Co as our Day of Wedding Coordinator was definitely one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. I thought I was going to be able to manage planning our entire wedding myself, but as the day crept closer and closer, I realized that I was definitely going to need a hand. We spoke with a dozen different coordinators, and Ashley just stood out SO strongly amongst the rest. To put it as simply as possible, she saw our vision, she understood it, she stood in and shared in it with us. She knew exactly how to support us in making it happen, and she was easily able to make us feel that. We initially had concerns about her being located so far away from us (we're in Oakland, CA), but she put those concerns to rest so quickly! Throughout my months of planning after hiring Ashley, she was always there to answer my questions, and provide support and reassurance in all of the little things that I just wasn't sure how to handle myself, and she did so with such grace, patience, and an air of calm that was so extremely helpful and reassuring. When the month of our wedding arrived, Ashley quickly got to work on communicating with and organizing all of our vendors and laying out the structure for the day. She traveled to Monte Rio to be with us the day before our big day, walked us through the ceremony, went over all of the details, and left us so confident and comfortable in her extremely capable hands. The day of the wedding, Ashley handled EVERYTHING and EVERYONE with such care and tranquility. All of our wedding vendors absolutely loved her, and we never stopped hearing about how great she was to work with! Ashley is an absolute BOSS in all of the best ways that you can imagine! She is supportive, encouraging, communicative, active, helpful, caring, the list just goes on and on. She wants you to succeed, and you can FEEL it. She remembered and double checked on all of the little details, before, during, and after our wedding, and words simply cannot express our gratitude. She did so many things automatically, that I hadn't even thought to discuss with her, but was so grateful that we had her there to do. Thank you Ashley!! She did so many little things that I didn't even realize until I started looking through all of our photos, and noticed that they had all been done. On top of all of that, she basically packed up the entirety of our decor with the assistance of her extremely helpful husband, which was such a huge relief for us and for our wedding party who had put so much into the day. We were all able to completely disconnect and just enjoy the evening, which was so unbelievably priceless. There are so many things that make Ashley stand out from other coordinators. So many coordinators that we had talked to before Ashley had a big list of things that they would NOT do, but not Ashley. She was willing to do whatever needed to be done to ensure that our wedding day went perfectly, and it did, thanks to her!! HUGE bonus, she brought along her Super 8 camera, and we CANNOT WAIT to see the footage!! “Kaila is really great! We hired her as our day-of coordinator for our recent micro wedding and it was absolutely one of the best decisions we made. She was able to advise us on the event timeline, toast procedure, etc. in the months leading up to the big day, which was incredibly helpful since we'd never done this before. She also attended our rehearsal and helped make sure everything ran smoothly and everyone knew the plan. She was great at collaborating with our officiant during this process as well. But it was the day of the event when she really shined. As the bride, I didn't want to have to think about any logistics at the venue while I was getting ready and with Kaila, I didn't have to! She sent me one quick question via text that morning that I was glad to weigh in and otherwise, she totally took care of the rest. The venue looked amazing, everything ran like clockwork, and she made sure to keep us in the loop when (and only when) it was necessary. She even brought us some appetizers to snack on while we were waiting on a vendor to arrive to bustle my dress so that we didn't miss out on our own food! “I had the pleasure of working with Natasha Cougoule of Parker & Paloma Events as the pianist for Aydin and Rachel’s intimate wedding on January 24, 2026, at their family home in Hillsborough. I’ve done many weddings, and hands down, Natasha made this one of the easiest and most enjoyable vendor experiences I’ve had. She first sent me a lead through GigSalad, then followed up warmly through email after the couple loved my repertoire, CC’d them right away, and asked what I needed to do my best— that’s already a great sign. From there, her communication was clear, kind, and consistent. She set up one main thread for all vendors, introduced herself as the single point of contact to protect the couple’s time, and added everyone to AislePlanner for easy access to timelines, layouts, and updates. She handled logistics thoughtfully: shared detailed PDFs with floor plans and piano placement early, flagged the switch to fully indoor (and the ceremony-to-reception flip), gave advance notice about playing gently since the piano was in the ceremony room, promised to cue music changes, and noted the wheelchair guest so we could all be prepared (family ramps were already in place- nice touch!). On the booking side, when the schedule ended up longer than the original GigSalad quote, she quickly checked with the couple, confirmed they were happy with an adjusted rate, and smoothly moved us off the platform to skip fees. She confirmed the deposit promptly, tested a small Venmo transfer first, and kept everything transparent and fair. Throughout, her emails stayed positive and collaborative—“I’m so excited,” “can’t wait to see your incredible work,” “hope you’re having a lovely day.” She asked for vendor preferences (meals, contact info, hours), sent final timelines with specific processional requests well in advance, and always invited feedback or questions. The day flowed beautifully because of her planning. Cues were perfect, the couple was relaxed, and everything felt effortless from my side. If you want a planner who’s organized, genuinely kind, proactive, and excellent at keeping vendors and clients happy, Natasha is outstanding. “Would give higher than 5 stars if we could! We worked with McKenzie at TIB and we could not have had a more seamless and wonderful experience. McKenzie took over all of the small details leading up to and including the big day, and most importantly, allowed us to actually live in the moment during our wedding. During the wedding itself, McKenzie was somehow simultaneously out of sight and everywhere we needed her to be. It was the most magical and stress-free day and it was all because of her and her team. “I was the Mother of the Bride. We had the wedding at our house, and Jenny was absolutely fantastic. She took care of everything before the wedding with a couple of visits to the house and via calls and email. On the day of, Jenny took care of everything- it wasn't the smoothest day because we had rain (Oregon), but Jenny was flawless in handling it. She also recommended a wonderful waitstaff that I will definitely hire again. I highly recommend Jenny with Daisy May Events”

“As a designer by profession, I was looking to really take ownership of the look and feel of my wedding. I wanted to make sure I could pick my own vendors, determine my own aesthetic and really drive the overall theme of my wedding. Jodie's services are so great for anything from full on wedding planning to 3 months out coordination. As a girl who wanted the farthest thing from a plug and play wedding, I cannot emphasize how important Jodie's services were 3 months out. Jodie stepped in after I had chosen all my vendors, décor and details and handled it like she had designed it herself. She is a logistical queen when it comes to scheduling the day. My vendors were totally blown away with the generous time frames she had allowed them for setup and breakdown. The bridal parties hair and make up was ready to go an hour ahead of schedule, and it was so nice just take the time to be in the moment and soak it all in before everything became a blur of happy moments and pure joy. Additionally, not only did Jodie help with all the logistics of scheduling she helped everyone (no matter how small a part they were playing in the day) make sure that they knew what they were doing, when they would be doing it, and how to do it in a way that looks best in photos! The run through of the ceremony was great! It not only helped us make some granular timing decision, but also gave our officiant and readers a chance to practice. The day of documentation was extremely thorough; listing what goes where, when it get moves, and who will be moving it. This helped to make sure that no detail when forgotten, and as a bride that didn't do a first look seeing the reception area for the first time was like a fairytale. That being said, Jodie also took any logistical detail that I threw at her, and executed it even better than I could have envisioned! Lastly, Jodie was amazing flexing the ceremony, schedule, and overall day after we found out that my dad would have a limited amount of time he could be out of the hospital! This change in plans would have been so difficult to to adjust to without her. She even planned in sometime for me to say goodbye to him when he had to leave early with his hospital transport. I cannot give enough praise to Jodie's overall awareness of us as a couple. She was our best advocate on the day. Jodie was very polite to only bring up questions that really needed to have a decision made by the bride or groom, but that only happened once through the entire day. She had put in extensive work prior to the day to make sure that she had an understanding of what we would want in almost all unforeseen issues.”
