From the very beginning she had lots of helpful planning documents, answered every question I had, gave us ideas when we couldn't figure out how or when we wanted something to happen for our special day, stayed over time on our planning / check in calls to make sure we felt that we covered everything, and did all of this with a smile and supportive, kind attitude. You're going to spend a lot of time with your wedding planner / coordinator, so it's important that they're a good person and you like them! Well Diane is a gem of a human being, and I really do feel like I made a forever friend in her. Throughout the planning process and on the day, there were times when I just needed emotional support, and she was there for me. Her communication is prompt, consistent, and thorough. She got back to me on every email in a timely manner with all the answers I needed. Additionally, in the lead up to my wedding day and on the day itself, Diane was on top of EVERY detail. From helping me iron my wedding dress while my bridesmaids and I were getting our makeup done to overseeing every vendor arrival and setup to making sure transitions from each part of the day were smooth - she did it all. No detail was too small for her, and because she's a total professional, she thought of everything! We couldn’t be happier with our floral arrangements from Very Bespoke Events! The custom floral arch and arrangements were beyond beautiful, and the best part was knowing they would last the entire day. The quality was outstanding, and it made our wedding feel so unique and elegant. We received so many compliments on how stunning everything looked and people kept asking if they were real haha. From the moment my fiancé and I first spoke with Eva Mishra, I knew we had found someone special. She welcomed us into her world as if we were old friends, asking about our dreams, our families, and the unique details that mattered most. When she learned we were planning a blend of Maharashtrian and Telugu traditions, she didn’t blink—instead, she leaned in, eager to make every custom shine. In the months that followed, Eva became our constant companion. She coordinated meetings with both of our parents, patiently listening to each family’s hopes and concerns. Over a family video call, she gently guided our parents through the décor mockups she’d created—featuring vibrant drapes, floral arches, lighting, and a structured mandap design—everything perfectly aligned with our vision. When my parents saw the designs, their eyes welled up with joy. It was as if Eva had taken the essence of our families’ stories and woven them into the décor itself. Eva was always just a message away. Late-night brainstorming sessions, quick text updates when vendors confirmed, thoughtful emails detailing our next steps—Eva made us feel supported at every turn. She secured the perfect venues for our sangeet, baraat, wedding ceremony, and reception, adapting effortlessly when our guest list grew. Vendor management felt effortless under Eva’s guidance. She reserved our henna artists, hair and makeup artists, ensuring not only me but my friends and family looked their best for each event. She customized all our outfits, from bridesmaids to family members, and her design team was always willing to work on our needs. Eva handpicked a DJ and Dholi whose beats carried the heart of our cultures, and she even brought in live singers who turned our sangeet into a night of pure enchantment. When it came to scripting for us and our families, Eva’s words captured our personalities so perfectly that my husband and I found ourselves moved to tears during the speeches. Not to forget, we engaged her as our emcee for every ceremony, and her ability to manage guests and engage the crowd was truly impressive. Together with her team, she introduced creative, entertaining games that were an absolute hit. As the wedding day arrived, Eva and her team were hands-on, quietly coordinating vendor arrivals, checking equipment setup, and smoothing every logistical detail. I remember standing behind the curtains before my entrance, heart racing, while Eva gave me a gentle smile and whispered, “Everything is perfect. Just breathe and enjoy.” And she was right. Because of her unwavering dedication, I stepped onto that mandap feeling calm and utterly mesmerized in each moment. When my husband and I said our vows, it felt as though Eva had given us more than a wedding. She had given us a living, breathing story that we would carry with us forever. Watching our families dance beneath the stars, seeing their eyes sparkle with happiness—I knew words could never fully capture how deeply grateful we were. Eva made our dream her own. Dariya and Andrea were extremely, thoughtful and detailed to approaching our wedding and reception planning. They ensured the day illustrated our vision but still provided insight and guidance that helped to bring everything together. Due to weather, we had to make some pretty significant changes. The Imagine It! team walked us through a very detailed Plan B that we ended up leveraging. Thank God we listened!
