“We hired Chrissy, as our Day of Coordinator, and overall, the experience was positive. She was incredibly nice and helpful, especially when it came to managing last-minute details. Chrissy stepped in seamlessly to take over everything I spent a year planning and handling unexpected changes, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. However, one area of improvement would be the level of attention to some of our must-have moments. We would highly suggest requesting a second announcement for the cake cutting, as there was so much cake left over from a 4-tier cake and guests wanted to take some with them. Additionally, we felt that we didn’t get as much exposure or focus as we had hoped compared to other couples, other than a picture of the blank balcony, but Chrissy was still able to help. Despite these minor issues, Chrissy was professional, attentive, spunky, and genuinely committed to making our day special. Suggestions as well where to save money. I wanted a certain bouquet that I had seen on pinterest And I didn't think that disney could recreate it. She asked me why wouldn't they? Needless to say, they did and it was perfect. There was an issue where I decided that I wanted a content creator this also saves some money, The content creator that I had chose was not able to fulfill Our arrangement so I panicked Michelle calmed me down and found me another one I made a lot of changes and she was very supportive. She was there on every zoom call that I had to do with the disney to help ease my nerves and to also take notes. After the zoom calls we would review it. She was there any time I needed her. On our wedding day, She kept me and my husband Hydrate it as well as anything that we provided that disney did not provide she set it up. As well, she put our favors together.And she also made sure that me and my husband had Sometime alone before the reception started. She also brought a young lady by the name of Jenny that helped as well. Michelle was a gem and also a Fairy godmother.
