    Look no further

    When I first started planning our wedding, I thought I could handle everything on my own, but working with Felicia Ramirez Events changed that perspective quickly. Her thoughtful advice and deep understanding of the planning process showed me I needed more support than I realized, and she was there every step of the way to guide us. Felicia went above and beyond in so many ways—she helped us figure out seating arrangements we hadn't even considered, brought in decor to fill gaps we didn't know we had, and made sure every detail was intentional and kind. What stood out most was how dedicated she was to protecting our experience while also making sure our guests felt cared for and welcomed. She gave us more than we ever expected and treated our day like it was her own. We couldn't have asked for a better partner in bringing our vision to life.

    Stress-Free Wedding Thanks to Felicia

    Felicia was hands down the best wedding decision we made. We planned a small, intimate wedding (10 people) and initially thought we could keep it simple and DIY—but quickly realized our venue only handled food. Everything else (ceremony setup, rentals, tablescapes, logistics, and day-of execution) was on us, and it became overwhelming fast. Felicia stepped in and handled full-service planning, design, coordination, and officiating—and made the entire process feel effortless. I gave her a general vision, and she elevated it into something far beyond what I could have created on my own. What truly sets her apart is how she handles challenges. In the final week, our venue created multiple issues (including scheduling a band in our reception space and restricting items we had planned). Felicia managed everything behind the scenes—coordinating with the band to incorporate our music (including our first and last dances) and advocating for us with the venue—so we didn’t have to deal with any of it. Despite the complications, our day felt completely relaxed and joyful. She also connected us with incredible vendors at a great value and created a clear, organized timeline and planning packet that made everything easy to follow. She was incredibly transparent on pricing, and the value she delivered—both in her services and vendor recommendations—was exceptional. On the wedding day, she ran the timeline seamlessly—adjusting on the fly when we were delayed—so we could fully enjoy the moment without stress.     You need Felicia

    Felicia made our wedding the event we dreamed it would be. From coordinating with the Jupiter Lighthouse to converting Tiki 52 into a beautiful private party. She worked with the band through last minute power issues, that I caused. Felicia also worked to make sure both sides of the family had everything needed/requested

    The Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding

    We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Felicia Ramirez as our wedding planner and coordinator. Being from out of state, we were honestly nervous about trusting someone to bring our vision to life—but from the very beginning, Felicia made us feel completely at ease. She was incredibly organized, responsive, and attentive throughout the entire planning process. No question ever went unanswered, and she always made us feel like a priority. She also put us in touch with so many amazing vendors who were absolutely perfect for our day, which made such a difference and took so much stress off of us. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared—not just about the details of the wedding, but about us as a couple. Felicia truly brought my vision to life in every way. She knew how important it was to me to get married on the beach—it was always my dream—and she made sure that dream became a reality. That meant everything to me. On the day of the wedding, everything ran so smoothly, and that is 100% because of Felicia. She handled every detail behind the scenes, allowing us to be fully present and actually enjoy our day without any stress. Even during a very emotional time for our family, Felicia showed such professionalism, kindness, and sincerity. That meant more to us than we can even put into words. Honestly, writing this review is bittersweet. We spent nearly a year planning this together, and now that it’s over, I feel so emotional knowing this chapter has come to an end. I will truly miss our time together and our calls, but she has become more than just a wedding planner—she feels like a friend, even a sister at this point.     Hire Felicia Ramirez!

    Felicia was amazing and helped us throughout the entire process. She communicated well, was extremely patient with me and my changing decisions, and had visions I couldn't have even dreamed of. She built us a beautiful, intimate, micro-wedding ceremony on the beach that was better then I could have ever imagined. She helped me think of things I never would have, and the small details made our wedding unforgettable. I truly couldn't have done this without her.
