I do not use Airbrush. I used to but I find I like traditional foundation better! It provides an airbrushed finish and has the longevity.

    Best MUA ever!!

Jordan was amazing on my wedding day! She was extremely professional and efficient. I never wear makeup so I thought it would feel “not me” when I got it done, however she made me look and feel like the most beautiful I’ve ever felt! Plus, she did all of my bridesmaids and my mom (with time to spare btw) and they all looked AMAZING! Everyone was raving about how they looked after, a couple of them swear to have her as their MUA when they get married. She’s truly an artist!

    Review

I had an incredible experience working with Jordan Naylor for our wedding day makeup. From the start, Jordan was quick to respond to all of my questions and kept me in the loop throughout the planning process. Her professionalism and attention to detail really showed when she was getting us ready on the big day. She worked efficiently and made sure everything looked perfect without making us feel rushed. Jordan is reliable and knows her craft well. We would absolutely recommend her to any couple looking for a makeup artist who cares about getting it right.

    Unprofessional, Poor business management

I would not recommend this makeup artist. She canceled my booking due to personal reasons, and when I asked for my deposit back she agreed but told me that due to the fact that "money has been extremely tight" she would get the deposit back to me within a few weeks. It has been several months and she has not responded or returned my deposit. Business management and professionalism is very poor. I don't want other women to have the same negative experience.

    Do not book

I concur with the one star review below. The exact same thing happened to me, except I received zero communication at all after paying the deposit and signing the contract. Be cautious booking this MUA. Last summer, when I booked her for my wedding this May 2025, I read reviews and did a lot of research and everything looked really promising up front. She advertised herself as an Ohio MUA and seemed really nice and reasonable. I signed the contract and paid the deposit. Fast forward several months later, I had to update a few things (like timelines) for the wedding day and wanted to keep her in the loop, and I sent her an email. I sent her several more emails and messages after not hearing a peep, and she never responded. As we all know, it can be stressful planning a wedding and the last thing we want is poor (or no) communication from vendors. I tried giving Jordan a chance, but since we are so close to our wedding date, and I read reviews below about her flakiness and poor communication (and her moving to Florida—I’m an Ohio bride), I went through with canceling so that we’re not dealing with unnecessary stress.

Be Cautious Booking This Makeup Artist

I booked this makeup artist in October for my wedding, and everything seemed great at first, good reviews, contract signed, and deposit paid. But a couple of months later, I saw her post on Instagram that she had moved to Florida, which was completely shocking since I never heard from her directly. I reached out to confirm she’d still be here for my trial and wedding day, considering we had a contract and I had paid a deposit. I never expected her to say she wouldn’t be able to do my wedding. When I asked for my deposit back, she said, “I’ll get that to you in the next few weeks,” which was shocking and completely unprofessional. She clearly used my deposit (and probably others) to fund her move. It took two weeks to finally get my deposit back, after several follow-ups. I can’t speak to her makeup skills since I never got to use her, but I wanted to warn other brides. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, this is not something you should have to deal with. Be careful if you decide to book her!
