Janelle is the best!! We hired Janelle for "month of" coordination but she truly went above and beyond. She met with us periodically since the time we booked her to ensure we were making good progress on wedding planning. She gave helpful tips along the way. One of my favorite things throughout the wedding planning process was the aisle planner access - this tool was a life saver for staying on track with milestones, budget, seating chart, etc. etc. Janelle also does decor and works with a couple florists depending on where the wedding is. This was huge as it was less vendors we had to find/hire and we knew in the end knew exactly what the whole vision was going to look like. She uses canva to lay out the decor and florals in your exact wedding space. She gave us templates for signage, check lists for packing, etc. Day of she brings a team and everyone was so attentive and great to work with. Janelle truly made the wedding spectacular. She is very organized, great communicator, flexible with changes, and very calming and personable. We got so many compliments on her and her team from guests at the wedding. I would recommend her to anyone in south florida!

Weddings By Janelle of Heartz Unfold Events was an absolute pleasure to work with for my daughter's wedding. Janelle was AMAZING. Her and her team were so kind and easy to work with. From changing the plan because of weather issues to being my side through all the nerves and feelings, she was nothing short of outstanding. Everything went perfect. While there were some last minute changes to the schedule due to me not feeling the best, she made it happen and was seamless when she did it. She was always checking in and making sure we were on the same page from start to finish and brought my ideas to life -cannot recommend her enough!

If you are reading this then you are thinking about using a wedding professional to make your day special and magical. Janelle is THAT person. My advice? Stop reading and hurry to book her to ensure she is available! Our wedding was a very small affair with only 21 guests most of whom were in the wedding party, and so there were very few " moving parts". So I used Janelle as a " Day of "Coordinator. However even with that size there were apparently a few hiccups. I say apparently because Janelle dealt with everything seamlessly, which allowed me to be the bride, to be pampered, to enjoy my special day, and for myself and my new husband to spend time with our guests. Our guests were also impressed with the organization of the events, keeping to a timeline without feeling regimented. Her attention to the smallest detail, ability to see where the pitfalls may be and knack at correcting issues ( that the bride never sees!) makes her a true gift to any bride. I am retired, so not in the first flush of youth, but Janelle mothered me on that day. She went above and beyond in every way possible. Just engage her services and relax!
