Expert, Empathetic, Exceptional
Janelle did such an amazing job coordinating and helping us bring our vision to life. If you’re someone on the fence about getting a planner, Janelle is the person who will make you feel like you made the right choice in getting one. She is very receptive and empathetic: she had picked up that we were dealing with some decision fatigue and took special care to help us manage the vendor selection process and any other decisions. I really appreciated seeing a draft of our venue setup, it really helped us make some final tweaks and decisions.I always left our meetings feeling excited and reassured. Also it’s really important to mention that Janelle is an well rounded expert in her craft who continually invests in it. I really liked that she’s actively going to wedding shows, and is a travel agent who helped plan a fun theme park excursion after the wedding for our guests, and is well connected in the area, so we had a selection of amazing vendors that helped make the day great.

Best coordinator️
Janelle was such a pleasure to work with for our wedding. She was our month of coordinator but Janelle was there since day 1 helping me out along the way no matter what it was. I questioned for a while if we needed a coordinator and now being on the other side of it I can say for certain I would not have been able to do it without Janelle!! She made wedding planning a breeze. Our wedding turned out even better than I could have imagined. Thank you for all your hard work and making our wedding day beautiful ️

Above and beyond
Janelle was our month of coordinator. She was responsive, accommodating, detailed, and thorough. Day of, she was an absolute hero. She served as the point person for all of our vendors, the solver of all our problems, and went by going above and beyond by delighting us with welcome surprises along the way.

Wedding Planner
Janelle is the best!! We hired Janelle for "month of" coordination but she truly went above and beyond. She met with us periodically since the time we booked her to ensure we were making good progress on wedding planning. She gave helpful tips along the way. One of my favorite things throughout the wedding planning process was the aisle planner access - this tool was a life saver for staying on track with milestones, budget, seating chart, etc. etc. Janelle also does decor and works with a couple florists depending on where the wedding is. This was huge as it was less vendors we had to find/hire and we knew in the end knew exactly what the whole vision was going to look like. She uses canva to lay out the decor and florals in your exact wedding space. She gave us templates for signage, check lists for packing, etc. Day of she brings a team and everyone was so attentive and great to work with. Janelle truly made the wedding spectacular. She is very organized, great communicator, flexible with changes, and very calming and personable. We got so many compliments on her and her team from guests at the wedding. I would recommend her to anyone in south florida!
