My services are tailored to fit different levels of support, and I offer clear, upfront pricing: Full Planning: Starts at $8,500 and includes everything from vendor management and design planning to on-site coordination. Day-of Coordination: Starts at $1,200 and includes timeline creation, final vendor confirmations, rehearsal coordination, and full wedding day management. Every couple is unique, so I’m happy to create a custom package if you need something in between. I also offer optional add-ons like RSVP tracking, setup/tear-down support, or bridal concierge services. I’ll always be transparent about costs no hidden fees or surprises

Handling the unexpected is a huge part of my job, and I pride myself on staying calm, solutions-focused, and discreet. Whether it’s a vendor running late, sudden weather changes, or a misplaced bouquet—I’ve seen it all and can adapt quickly without bringing stress to you or your guests. Before your wedding day, I create a thorough timeline and communicate clearly with all vendors so that everyone is on the same page. If something does go off plan, I’m the first one to notice and the last person to let it affect your experience. My goal is for you to enjoy every moment, while I quietly handle anything that arises behind the scenes.

I offer the following: Full Planning is for couples who want guidance from start to finish. I’ll help you with budgeting, finding and managing vendors, building a cohesive design vision, timelines, and everything in between. I’ll be with you through every decision and every detail. Day-of Coordination is ideal if you've already done most of the planning but want a professional to step in and ensure everything runs smoothly. I usually start working with you about 4–6 weeks before the wedding to review your plans, confirm vendors, create the timeline, and manage the rehearsal and the full wedding day.
