I come from a musical background playing the trumpet & drums growing up. My passion for music grew into a love for the art form that is deejaying during college. I am the perfect blend of turntablist, party rocker, eclectic music enthusiast & MC who has been fortunate to take my talents around the county. After my tenure at Bucknell University, I landed in my new city of Washington D.C. and have taken crowds on a musical journey at the most popular clubs, bars, & events around DC, Philly, Dallas, Atlanta, & New York to name a few. Some notable clients include MGM, Kennedy Center, Amazon, Netflix, LInkedIn & U.S. Black Chambers of Commerce.

I have a real passion for the art of DJing and I have found a purpose in my craft. Music has the ability to connect people from different walks of life and transcends language barriers. It has the ability to control and change our mood. I aim to make every set that I play be a beacon of light for those in attendance. I sit down with my couples to not only get an understanding of their musical needs but to ensure their big day goes exactly how they envisioned. I have a proven business process that provides couples with the level of comfort they need going into their big day and the information that I need to add to their big day!

    From our first meeting with DJ NiteCrawler, we were impressed by his prompt, confident, and detailed communication style. He was extremely welcoming and made us feel at ease throughout the entire planning process. On the day of our wedding, DJ NiteCrawler's work was truly deliberate, inclusive, and engaging. He seamlessly combined cultural moments to represent both the bride and groom's families, and was incredibly flexible with last-minute changes and technical requests. The meetings leading up to the wedding were also enjoyable, as he asked all the right questions to help us be intentional about the storytelling through music for our special day. We are so grateful for DJ NiteCrawler's vast expertise and the incredible way he contributed to making our wedding day unforgettable.

I am more than willing to dress accordingly to the desired dress of the couple. My closest consists of tuxedos, formal suits, causal blazers, & trendy/fashion forward attire.
Yes! It is my goal to ensure I bring your vision to life on your big day. This includes learning any songs that are special to a couple and their family/friends. As a DJ who loves music, learning new songs is something that I look forward to!
I am an open format DJ with a very eclectic ear. My music selection spans era, cultures, geographical locations, & genres. I have been fortunate to grow up & continue to be in diverse settings. I believe my music knowledge sets me a part from other musicians. I am able to service a wide variety of events due my ability to blend so many styles of music together.
I take music requests at the discretion of the couple. During my music consultation with couples, we set a plan for the big day. Any requests that don’t fit the couples vision will not be played. You will have the ability to provide a list of songs/genres/artist that you don’t want played. I am open to any requests that fit these guidelines.
Music for wedding ceremonies is included in my general pricing. Couples have the option to utilize my services for the ceremony at no additional cost. I also provided music for the cocktail hour at an additional cost of $125. This includes the music & speaker needed for the cocktail hour.
My style is the style desired by the couple! Naturally, I am a high energy DJ who is no afraid to talk on the microphone & get the party lively! I recognize every couple/event may not call for that and am able to let the music speak for me by including turntables techniques. I can tailor my style to fit anything from background music with no talking to high energy sets tailored to get you moving!
I like to arrive 2 hours before I am scheduled to provide any service whether this is the ceremony or the reception portion. Depending on the load in instructions of the venue, I can be flexible with my arrival time. I believe 2 hours gives me the ability to get set up & leave room for any surprises.
Yes! I am the co-owner of a event productions company that specializes in providing custom sound & lighting solutions for live events. We are expanding and constantly adding new services.
