Hi Danny and Stanley, Thank you for choosing our services for your wedding! I’m sorry to hear that you weren’t completely satisfied with your experience, and I appreciate your feedback. I want to address your concerns directly. Most couples hire a wedding coordinator to manage on-the-spot adjustments, which can be challenging without one. Regarding your first dance, the app noted that the full song was to be played, but there were no questions submitted for the shoe game, which limited my preparation. I ensured that all "Do Not Play" songs were avoided and was responsive to your requests during the event. The cold spark effects had to be adjusted due to unexpected weather changes. Just as your ceremony was about to start, it began to rain heavily, and your wedding party had to move everything from outside to inside the venue. I had to relocate the cold spark effects, which I had already set up. After your ceremony concluded, I had to reset the cold spark effects, a process that takes about 45 minutes to an hour. I communicated this to the venue manager to relay to you guys. I always follow the submitted program, but in this case, I was limited by the information provided.
