Meet Sarah-Rae, your friendly neighborhood wedding planner with a flair for making dreams come true! She started her journey in Kansas City in 2016 and by 2018, expanded her magic to Colorado. Her love for weddings sprouted early, helping her Chef dad cater events. In 2011, she became a Bridal Consultant at David's Bridal, and her passion has blossomed ever since. Catch her on HGTV's House Hunters, Season 240, Episode 1, showcasing her May 2023 move to sunny Orlando. With a perfect mix of organization and creativity, Sarah-Rae is here to craft a wedding day as unique as your love story. **Licensed & Insured**

Your DREAM Wedding Planner!
I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside Sarah Clabo of Clabo Events, and I can confidently say she is phenomenal at what she does. As a makeup artist, I work closely with planners on wedding mornings, and Sarah is the kind of coordinator every vendor hopes for. She is incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and always several steps ahead. Timelines are clear, communication is seamless, and she has a calm, steady presence that sets the tone for the entire day. Even when things shift (as they sometimes do on weddings), Sarah handles it with grace, problem-solving quickly and quietly so the couple and vendors can stay focused on their roles. What truly stands out is her dedication. She goes above and beyond to make sure nothing is overlooked and that everyone involved has what they need to do their job well. From a vendor standpoint, working with Sarah makes the entire experience smoother, more efficient, and genuinely enjoyable — which ultimately leads to a better experience for the couple. Any couple who chooses Sarah as their planner or coordinator is in excellent hands. I would happily work with her again and highly recommend Clabo Events to anyone looking for a professional, thoughtful, and truly reliable wedding planner.

I found Clabo Event Services on Zola at the beginning of 2025. My wedding was 10/11/25 and Sarah was an absolute joy to work with! I hired her as a day-of coordinator and she went above and beyond. She was available for questions at any point from the time I booked with her, to the wedding day, to even after the wedding. I had multiple calls and meetings with Sarah in the months leading up to the wedding to make sure our day looked perfect. On my wedding day, Sarah and her husband were there literally all day setting everything up the way that I had envisioned. There were a couple small hiccups with vendors that I didn't even hear about! They handled anything and everything without having to bring me into it which I appreciated so much! My wedding day was everything I could have ever dreamed of and I owe so much of that to Sarah and Josh. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family in the future!

Sarah-Rae was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very start, her communication style was patient, clear, and concise, which put us at ease during the often stressful wedding planning process. The quality of her work and value they provided was truly outstanding - she was adaptable, thoughtful, creative, hardworking, and highly skilled. Our wedding day was made so much easier thanks to Sarah-Rae. The planner thought of every detail ahead of time so we could simply enjoy our special day. When we were faced with two feet of unexpected snow the day of the wedding, Sarah-Rae quickly adjusted and made sure everything went smoothly.
