We are Jake and Savannah Stutzman, owners of J & S Weddings, LLC. We are a husband and wife team ready to make your wedding dream a reality! Savannah is our Certified Wedding Planner that will help assist you in creating an incredible wedding experience. Jake will thoroughly manage all your contracts and payments, easing you of all stress regarding deadlines and details. As a Certified Wedding Planner, Savannah comes with experience, resources, and a community of vendors to help make your dream day run smoothly. This team is all about making sure YOU are happy with what will take place on your special day.
What makes us different is that our Wedding Planner Savannah is Certified in Wedding Planning and Wedding Design. She is Certified through the Certified Wedding Planner Society. Savannah and her time were a delight to work with as a DJ vendor for a wedding last weekend! I was well informed and communicated in advance on where to unload, connect and set up on each detail of the venue - cocktail hour, ceremony and reception. She is very thorough and supportive in spite of having to pivot throughout the event, she still made everything flow flawlessly! Highly recommend her to any bride looking for a coordinator!

Musician Experience Working for J & S Weddings
It was a pleasure working with Savannah this past weekend. As a musician who has worked hundreds of weddings, finer details can sometimes be hard to come by with all the various circles of communication involved. Savannah was on top of it early, reaching out to all of us in advance and providing all of the details we needed to make the wedding a success. This certainly makes things much easier when you are working an event at a venue you haven't been to before and is appreciated. While performing my cocktail hour, I saw her hands-on with all aspects - talking with the catering and bar staff, assisting in the table decor for dinner, communicating with the DJ and more. She was always on the move helping make everyone's job easier! I hope to work with her again soon!

Always A Pleasure!!
It is always a pleasure to work with Savannah and her team at J & S Weddings. They do such a great job with staying in communication with their vendors. If there are any changes or adjustments that need to be made, they always make sure to inform the vendors ahead of time. They are extremely accommodating & make sure their vendors are all comfortable, setup in their areas & offer assistance where needed. The J & S team not only makes the clients day less stressful, but the vendor's day less stressful as well. I really enjoy working alongside them!
