The Dream Team Every Destination Bride Needs
Hailey and her team were truly exceptional, and hiring them was one of the best decisions we made for our February wedding. Planning from Ohio while hosting our celebration in Miami could have been overwhelming, but they stepped in with such calm confidence that the entire process felt easy. They took over communication with our vendor team, reviewed contracts to ensure we met every requirement, and were always our eyes and ears on the ground when we couldn’t be there in person. One of the biggest gifts was their incredible rental collection — being able to source all of our décor directly through them made planning from afar so much simpler, and everything they set up on the day was absolutely gorgeous. They handled every detail with so much care: setting up all the décor so our families didn’t have to do a thing, picking up our desserts and bridal‑party lunch, and keeping the entire day running smoothly from start to finish. They also went above and beyond in ways that truly showed their heart. When one of our guests’ shoes broke, Hailey quietly fixed it so they could get back to enjoying the night. And when it came time to bustle my dress, she was endlessly patient while gently instructing my very enthusiastic (and very tipsy) bustle crew — turning what could have been chaos into a moment we still laugh about. At the end of the night, they even handed us a “go bag” of food, which was the sweetest, most thoughtful touch after a whirlwind day. We absolutely loved working with Hailey and her team and would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They made our day beautiful, seamless, and full of joy.

Hailey Beard Events
Hailey and her team will actually make you feel like a bestie. She will calm your storm when you get overwhelmed, feel like you're in over your head or just don't know what else you're missing. She absolutely has your back, takes the time to get to know you and what's important to you so she can be not only your planner but your advocate and safe space. Even when unforeseen circumstances arise, she did not bat an eye or skip a beat. She handled issues before I knew they existed and ensured my worries were minimal on the big day as promised. Her and her team are friendly, approachable and in your corner every step of the way but they also get things done and make everyone know what they should be doing and where they should be. By the end of your day, you'll want them to just be your friends and guests at your wedding instead of having to work. I'm mourning the loss of my planner bestie now that the big day is behind us and would work with Hailey over and over if I could.

The Best!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Hailey and her team. From the very beginning she was so responsive, detailed and kind! Her ability to bring the clients vision to life, and work well with the vendor team to create a beautiful and truly seamless event is unmatched. I've worked with Hailey in a professional capacity (I'm a wedding photographer) and from my own experience I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend her services to my own clients and personal friends/family. Hailey is a pro!
I had the great pleasure of working with Hailey recently for my March 9 wedding. From our initial phone call through to the day of the event, Hailey was professional, proactive and very responsive. She went above and beyond to ensure we were on schedule with the event planning and offered great suggestions along the way. We worried about nothing on our wedding day, as Hailey and her colleague Heather had everything covered. I highly recommend Hailey and her team!
