    My Wedding was a dream!

    From the moment we first spoke with Amazing Wedding Productions, we were impressed by their warm and welcoming communication style and incredible knowledge and depth of questions to create our wedding style as uniquely outs. Hillary's knowledge of not only my venue, but also how to style it with the best utilization of budget for maximum wow factor - nailed it! She is highly responsive, took the time to understand our vision and special details about us and our story and incorporated everything into the most perfectly designed dream of our wedding day! throughout the process, if I couldn't envision it, she even showed us visual examples of what our florals would look like and continued to create while talking with us and making the most amazing sample for me to see. On our wedding day, which was a beautiful and finally warm and sunny after months of cold, but it was windy one, their attention to detail and exceptional service truly shone. They had secured all the rental elements we needed, including some that we had not even ordered from them, and ensured everything was perfectly arranged and secured despite the blustery wind. The flowers they created were simply spectacular - fresh, vibrant, and even more beautiful than we could have imagined. We are so grateful to the Amazing Wedding Productions team for going above and beyond to make our special day perfect.

    Beautiful

    AWP is hands down the best! From our initial meeting, their quick response, the details and vision boards, the surprises they kept for my family to surprise us with attention to what we love to do together - read and explore old bookstores, our love of first editions, they found antique books and wow, what they did with the flowers! The Flowers from the bouquets, pocket boutonnieres, our ceremony ground arch (omg!) to our reception was all just perfect. They stayed inside our budget and I do not honestly know how as it looks like we spent triple but we didn't! Their honest and kind approach and knowledge sold us. Their expertise won us an in the end it was beyond perfect! We had met with 2 other florists in St Augustine prior to meeting AWP and the experience we had at AWP was 100 times more professional, knowledgeable, and all around better. Awp had coolers filled with flowers for me to see, the hands on approach to showing us everything to their warehouse filled with everything needed for weddings, they really know what they are doing and it showed at our wedding. AWP you rocked it!

    Best Florist!

    From the start of planning to my wedding day, this florist has been superb! Professional, quick response, upfront and honest when items were inside or outside my budget providing alternatives and options and they respected where we needed to be pricewise. The flowers were fresh and beautiful created in a beautiful way, truly more than I could have imagined. They are the best!

    They saved my wedding My flowers were everything!

    Amazing Wedding Productions saved my wedding. Literally! I hired a different florist that does not have a brick and mortar shop. After I paid her, she ghosted me. The week of my wedding I still heard nothing. amazing Wedding Productions was recommend to me so I walked into their store the week of my wedding. They were so kind and helped me with everything. You guys!! Everything I wanted and more they were able to make and have ready for my day. The flowers were perfect and I kept getting compliments from so many of my guests. In less than 1 week they pulled off my wedding perfectly. I could not be happier or more thankful!

    Superb!!

    I hired AWP and so happy that I did. They are knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and calming with my panic on all things wedding related. Their service is amazing. They helped me see what I was trying to explain and designed exactly what I wanted and more, and everything was so beautiful. So much better than I could have imagined.

We have a $3,500 minimum for custom floral pieces. We also offer a complete wedding packages for destination weddings as well. We have zero minimum for clients who wish to pick up their florals from our offices.
Consultations last approximately 1 hour but can take up to 1.5 hours for larger weddings. Please come prepared with details about your wedding like your budget and style, as well as any inspiration you have for your wedding flowers (Pinterest is great! or some favorite photos saved). This can include images of your venue, photos of your wedding attire, fabric swatches, your color palette, photos from social media, and more. The more information and ideas you provide, the better we can see your ideas and start to create the vision. After your consultation, we will draw up a proposal with prices to go over with you.
During your consultation, we will go over all the gorgeous in-season floral offerings available for your wedding date. We work with growers all over the world and have a dedicated buyer who follows your seasonal favorites from country to country whereas they are available almost year-round!
Yes, we offer Strike/breakdown services along with delivery, set up, and flower transfer from the ceremony to the reception, we will stay to light candles for example and ensure perfection. Our (LNP) Late Night Strike teams are also well versed with all venues and will take down/clean up the decor rentals and florals and pick up all rentals we have provided along the venue guidelines and rules!
Yes! We offer a variety of rentals for an additional cost from structures such as Two post and Four Post Arches, Chuppahs, Mandaps, Rounded Arches, Ground Arches, Geometric Structures, Separated Arch, A symmetric Arches, Custom Build available for any structure, Free standing Panels, Living Plants, Palms and Container Gardens, Carpet aisle runners to candelabras, Taper candles/holders/crystal shades, Floating Candles and Vase ware, mirrors, Urns, Ceiling Chandeliers and Floral Chandeliers and so much more. With over 10,000 sq ft in our events warehouse, we have anything you can imagine! Get in touch to see our full list.

Yes! After the contract is signed, we provide mockups, there is a small cost imvolved and we go over this in detail with you. We prefer to create this between 60 or more days before the wedding to take into account flowers and time to make adjustments before the final proposal and vendor commitments are due. Additionally, if we have a wedding coming up with similar flowers, we will also invite you in to see them and talk through ideas together!
We offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services within a 100 mile radius of Jacksonville Florida to include the Beaches, Ponte Vedra, Vilano, St Augustine, Fernandina, Amelia Island, St Simon's, Jekyll Island and everywhere in between! We have a $3,500 minimum for floral delivery, no minimum for a Mon-Friday Pick up (and $1,000 minimum for pickup over the weekend). Since many weddings require a professional set up, we also charge a separate fee for event installation & strike. We offer Destination services as well throughout Florida, US and Caribbean. It’s never too early to get in touch about your wedding, but we recommend having a few details figured out before you do. For example: Have you selected the location for your ceremony and/or reception? What’s your wedding style? Budget for decor/florals? Typically, our couples reach out around 11 to 18 months before their big day. Please do not be nervous if your wedding is around the corner, we are absolutely ready to jump into gear for you quickly should your wedding be a month away for example! We are here for you!
