    You think you don’t need a coordinator?

    We booked Cook Event Planning LLC as our coordinator and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Iman was absolutely perfect from start to finish. She communicated with us every step of the way and made sure all the details were handled—tables, chairs, the arbor, and coordinating with our caterer, venue, and DJ. On the day of our wedding, she took care of everything so we could just show up and enjoy the party with our family and friends. She even went above and beyond by sneaking out to grab more alcohol when she noticed we were running low. I didn't think we'd need a coordinator for our simple, casual wedding, but having Iman there meant all the setup, takedown, and cleanup happened without us lifting a finger. She was absolutely worth it.

    Best day of our lives!

    We honestly don’t have enough words to thank the incredible Iman. From the very beginning, she made us feel completely at ease. What could have been a stressful experience became something so special, calm and genuinely enjoyable because of her. Her knowledge, guidance, and kindness shone through in every single step. We were planning our wedding from Ireland, which could have made things so much more difficult but Iman made it feel effortless. With regular Zoom calls, constant communication and her incredible organisation, she kept everything running smoothly and always made us feel connected and in control. Iman went above and beyond for us in ways we will never forget. She was always there, always reassuring and always making sure everything was perfect- not just for the day itself but for us as a couple. She truly cared, and that meant everything. Because of her, we were able to fully relax and soak in every moment, knowing we were in the best hands. That is such a rare and special gift. We will forever be grateful to you, Iman.     You can't go wrong hiring Iman!

    Amazing experience with Iman, over delivered and made the experience a breeze. I felt in such good hands with her, I was so much less stressed bc she was handling all the details. Hardly any bridezilla moments bc of her! I would definitely recommend, she offers so much value, I couldn't have imagined handling our wedding without her help! Thanks Iman!

    Great person to work with

    Iman did a wonderful job, she was extremely helpful throughout the wedding. Iman did a really good job learning about the customs and practices in my Indian wedding.

Month of Coordination provides timeline creation and Rehearsal Coordination. This make sure you have a stress-free wedding.
Yes! We add a small fee of $100 to the Day of Coordination package to include Rehearsal Coordination.
After you pick a package, you will receive a contract to sign. A 50% deposit is due at signing for Partial and Full Service Planning. Payment is due 100% at signing for Day Of Coordination and Month of Coordination.
Communication starts on Day 1! No matter your package, questions are always welcomed. Planned Calls and Zooms are depicted by the package you choose.
