She was willing to meet with us on facetime often, helped us brainstorm/decide certain design decisions for the details of our day, and was a great listener. Her taste is very sophisticated and she has a ton of experience with tablescapes/vintage styling so we trusted her to match/uphold our vision for our centerpieces, memory table, escort card table, matchbooks favors, etc. and also to come up with vignettes for the space on her own, as well. Our original venue day-of-coordinator actually ended up being out sick the day of our wedding, and Meghan quickly stepped in to help with my veil, getting us water, & making sure our things were in the right place at the right time, and even capturing a little BTS content which was fun to watch the next morning, etc. You will not regret booking/working with her!!

We hired Mostest for Day of Coordination and Something Borrowed Blooms Management. We chose our coordinator a month before our wedding and started working with her about 3 weeks ahead of the big day. We had an 87-person restaurant wedding at American Brass in LIC. Our DoC, Tea Shepherd, was incredible and picked up seamlessly all the things we planned for the wedding. I had put together most of the plans ahead of time, but she came in with suggestions and perfected all the details. I trusted her completely to run the day and also do all the decor setup. She made the venue looks so beautiful without much input from us as we trusted her vision. She coordinated with all the vendors before the wedding and during and they all had very positive things to say about her. She was so thoughtful with the preparations for the wedding and attentive to our needs. She checked in with us throughout the night to make sure we had a drink and anything else while also making sure ran smoothly. Our coordinator for SBB, Fiona, received and dropped off all of the packages and communicated quickly and we’re very happy how all of that was handled.

Annie from Before You Say I Do was an exceptional day-of-coordinator for our special day. Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. The quality of her work and the value she provided was excellent-- she is hard-working and was incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. From start to finish Sarah was an incredible resource when it came to planning. We hired Sarah for full planning and it made the whole wedding planning process a breeze. While we knew a few key vendors we wanted to book, she was able to provide us with options for additional vendors categories. She handled the communication with our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. Additionally, she was able to help us design vision boards to ensure we knew what we were looking for. The day of our wedding her team was incredible at setting up our decor and working with our vendors to ensure everything was on track. Throughout our ceremony and reception her team made sure we were on time and had everything we needed from fresh drinks to extra cake slices on our sweetheart table.

I was referred to Keyta, and her team about 6 months before my wedding. From our very first conversation, I immediately trusted her with helping my husband and I make sure the day flowed seamlessly. She was there from the very beginning, to the very end. She even made sure my husband and I had a dinner plate at our table!! That was special. The flower wall she provided was absolutely beautiful for my event, and matched my theme perfectly.. She took valuable time to call me during non business hours which I appreciated so much! She was calm, cool and collective. It really helped my stress level to have her coordinate our wedding. She answered all and every question I had during the process . When I walked in the room initially I was in tears for how well they put everything together considering it was a total DIY wedding. Keyta was also very flexible as well. The most important part was the kindness she showed throughout the entire process. I greatly appreciate her and her team for helping to create one of the best days of my life. It was such a magical day thanks to Keyta and her team. I would highly recommend her services for any event!

You would never know that I only knew Woodzi for a few brief weeks before we met to start throwing all of my wedding plans into action, she acts like an old friend. She knew every question we had before we asked it, she was quick on her feet with problem solving, she was truly an all star on our wedding day. She created our wedding timeline on a massive chalkboard and even incorporated the designs we had on our wedding sign. My husband and I are so thankful to have had Woodzi there for us on such an important day in our lives, she took care of everything and we didn't need to stress about a thing. I wish we could have another wedding just so we could hire her again. (She is also very funny and had us giggling)
