“We came to Grace right after we decided to go with a venue that nothing more than tables and chairs. Our heads were spinning with all the decisions we had to make, and Grace made sure to organize our ideas, as well as have a running list of things we needed to decide on and execute. “Carin saved my sanity during my wedding with 150 guests of all ages at Connecticut College in summer 2023. I was a DIY bride with a ton of vendors to wrangle the weekend of at a relatively hands-off venue that was quite spread out, and Carin was on top of all of it. Even my comical amount of DIY'd florals that had to be placed right before the reception! She handled all the deliveries, set-up, break-down, and details so that I could focus on just celebrating the day! My vendors loved her too and everyone commented on her professionalism and 'can do' manner which allowed her to tackle obstacles with ease. Our venue's elevator was broken day-of without warning, and Carin dealt with it without involving us at all! “My husband and I hired Madison as our day of coordinator. We did not hire a florist and ended up doing a lot of DIY projects for our wedding decor. We really wanted a professional to help us with setup and take-down of decor on the wedding day, so as not to burden our family/friends and take them away from the event to help. Madison was so friendly in the months leading up to the wedding and offered us lots of helpful advice on things we didn't even think to prepare for, like arranging seating charts and timing of processional songs. Our original venue coordinator ended up having to move away just a couple weeks before our wedding day, and Madison took the lead in syncing with the new venue coordinator on all the things we'd talked about. This really helped us out and took a load off our plate in those last few weeks before the wedding! The day of, she came early to the venue and, like a fairy godmother, had incorporated all of our decorations beautifully before we even arrived, so we were able to take lots of photos beforehand! Throughout the event, she cleverly found ways to repurpose some of our decor items to give them a second life, like setting reception flower arrangements along the room's bookshelves to dress them up for the ceremony, making a beautiful display with our ceremony roses and boutonnieres on our memory table, and using me and my bridesmaids' bouquets to create a beautiful sweetheart table arrangement! We were so incredibly thrilled with how well Madison and her team were able to follow our vision and exceed our expectations. A final sweet memory I have from near the end of the night - my hair was getting very tangled with my dress buttons on my back from dancing, and I was overheating and sweaty. Madison and her team arranged my hair into a beautiful low bun style so I could go back and have fun dancing again without worrying about it tangling further or looking bad. :) I'm so thankful we hired Madison as our day of coordinator, and we can't recommend her enough!!”

I had help from my family in the wedding planning process but for day of coordination she helped in creating the timeline, ensuring it went smoothly, decor set up and breakdown, and much more. She’s involved heavily about a month before the wedding but she was very proactive in her duties even before then. On the wedding day when we strayed away from the timeline she was there coordinate with vendors and guests to make the transition so seamless our guests didn’t even notice. She had set up all of the decor and even went above and beyond to create a romantic setting. Her creative touch truly added a little magic. As a perfectionist sometimes she exceeded my expectations! She made everyone feel welcomed and relaxed on the day. She even picked up our florals the morning of to alleviate some of my stress, I’m so glad I went with Zoe and know anyone who works with her will leave with an amazing experience.”
