She’s thorough, organized, and communicates clearly, which made every step leading up to the wedding feel dialed‑in instead of stressful. As a DJ myself, I really appreciated that she’s also a DJ and built a timeline that was genuinely DJ‑friendly – easy to read, easy to follow, and clearly structured around what the music and audio would need to do throughout the day. She understood the flow of the event from a DJ’s perspective, so when the wedding day came, I always knew what was happening next and what she needed from me. The weather did not cooperate and the wedding was heavily rained out, but Rhiannon took special care to keep everything moving and to protect the couple’s vision. Together they helped troubleshoot the situation and shared suggestions that have genuinely made my future weddings better because of the live‑sound knowledge they brought to the table. I have been planning events for the last 20 years, on the side. I have always loved hosting people, and I've done a few bridal and baby showers. At my previous job, I helped plan several employee luncheons and holiday parties, with about 100-150 employees attending. I even led the planning a few times. In the summers of 2021 and 2022, I became an on-site wedding coordinator for a local venue, with 5 weddings each summer. In 2023, I coordinated 11 weddings, and in 2024, I coordinated and planned 17 weddings. I'm halfway booked up for 2025!

“Paige was an incredible (or dare I say, perfect) wedding coordinator for our August 2026 wedding at Rocky Hill Events in White Salmon. From our very first call, we connected with Paige due to her warmth, confidence, experience, and passion for working with couples to execute their dream wedding days. Throughout our year and a half engagement, Paige was kind, caring, organized, and supportive. In the month leading up to our wedding, she was punctual and on top of every call and was always quick to respond to any questions or requests. We had a few small hiccups at our wedding that Paige was able to help remedy. She was compassionate when my mom received an unexpected breast cancer diagnosis, offering ideas of ways to support her on the big day. She also helped workshop solutions to small family and friend dynamic problems we encountered along the way, always centering us as the couple in her work. She also brought along a wedding day assistant, Jillian, who was wonderful as well! Paige is more than just a coordinator, she truly becomes your friend in the process, which is exactly what we were hoping for. While we unfortunately will only have one wedding day, we’d hire Paige and Silver and Sunlight Events a hundred times again if we could. We highly recommend other Oregon or Southwest Washington couples do the same. ️”

Starting as a young teen, he would let me tag along to weddings to help haul equipment. I fell in love with the hustle and I ended up working 15+ weddings as his assistant videographer before I left for college. “When I was a teenager, I spent hours talking about and planning my dream wedding. Unfortunately, I didn’t keep that energy rolling into my 20s. When my fiancé and I finally got engaged, I checked my old Pinterest board and found nothing but tacky, out of date, “a teenager definitely planned this in 2010” ideas. I realized I would have to plan an entire wedding from scratch in just 4 months, and panic set in. Finn got me back into Newly Engaged Bliss mode, where I belonged. I communicated a general vibe that my fiancé and I were looking for, and they helped us build that vibe into a vision and nail down specifics. They were also more than accommodating when I had to change the wedding venue not once, but TWICE. We were a little nervous about getting married in Hood River, OR while living across the country in New York City, but Ashley made the whole thing possible. She provided more help and support in the year leading up to the wedding than we ever would have expected from a coordinator. Ashley's vendor recommendations, planning timeline, monthly questionnaires, and monthly check ins helped us stay on top of planning and made us feel calm and comfortable throughout the whole process. A month before the wedding, Ashley took over all communication with our vendors to make sure all the little details were taken care of. On the day of the wedding, Ashley handled all of the set up and take down, and made sure the whole day ran smoothly. Our friends and family were also so complimentary of her. “Hiring Ashley at Rose Event Co as our Day of Wedding Coordinator was definitely one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. I thought I was going to be able to manage planning our entire wedding myself, but as the day crept closer and closer, I realized that I was definitely going to need a hand. We spoke with a dozen different coordinators, and Ashley just stood out SO strongly amongst the rest. To put it as simply as possible, she saw our vision, she understood it, she stood in and shared in it with us. She knew exactly how to support us in making it happen, and she was easily able to make us feel that. We initially had concerns about her being located so far away from us (we're in Oakland, CA), but she put those concerns to rest so quickly! Throughout my months of planning after hiring Ashley, she was always there to answer my questions, and provide support and reassurance in all of the little things that I just wasn't sure how to handle myself, and she did so with such grace, patience, and an air of calm that was so extremely helpful and reassuring. When the month of our wedding arrived, Ashley quickly got to work on communicating with and organizing all of our vendors and laying out the structure for the day. She traveled to Monte Rio to be with us the day before our big day, walked us through the ceremony, went over all of the details, and left us so confident and comfortable in her extremely capable hands. The day of the wedding, Ashley handled EVERYTHING and EVERYONE with such care and tranquility. All of our wedding vendors absolutely loved her, and we never stopped hearing about how great she was to work with! Ashley is an absolute BOSS in all of the best ways that you can imagine! She is supportive, encouraging, communicative, active, helpful, caring, the list just goes on and on. She wants you to succeed, and you can FEEL it. She remembered and double checked on all of the little details, before, during, and after our wedding, and words simply cannot express our gratitude. She did so many little things that I didn't even realize until I started looking through all of our photos, and noticed that they had all been done. “I attended a wedding at the beautiful Redland Family Farms in Oregon City, Oregon in Sept 2024. The property was amazing (and quite large) and Monteleone Wedding Coordinating was the right choice for the venue. Brit and Michael (owners of MWC) worked the whole day to coordinate with the venue, and multiple vendors, as well as the families and guests, while staying cool and professional the whole time. (I arrived early and snapped a pic of Brit and Michael during during setup) I've been a guest at several weddings in the last few years in Oregon and I have to say that none went as smoothly from the minute we parked to the time we left the venue. Hats off to Redland Family Farms and Monteleone Wedding Coordinating.”

“Rattan Events made our special day absolutely perfect. From the beginning, Miranda’s communication was consistently encouraging and honest, putting us at ease throughout the entire planning process. Her dedication and professionalism were evident in every aspect of her work - she truly was our rock and a miracle worker. When a calamity broke out in the kitchen, she and her assistant made sure it didn't ruin our enjoyment of the reception. Throughout the day, they were able to make smaller decisions for us while we enjoyed getting ready with our loved ones. Their prep work communicating with us allowed them to make choices that aligned perfectly with what was important to us. Miranda and Tyler completely transformed our wedding day from a that could have been a terrible stressful affair to the most delightful, perfect, joyful celebration we could have imagined. I was in tears the next day with gratitude. We are so grateful for their incredible service.”

“We seriously cannot say enough good things about Rogue Picnics. We feel so full of love and gratitude that Kelly and Heather were part of our wedding day. They created something straight out of a fairy tale—more beautiful and perfect than we ever could’ve dreamed up ourselves (I mean, just look at the pictures!!) From the very beginning, they made everything so easy and stress-free. They planned every little detail with so much care, picked up our flowers and decorations, grabbed the food, set everything up and took it all down afterward—then even brought extra food back to our vacation home. Can we also have a moment to admire our wedding cake? (shout-out to @the_berrybar_co) Kelly’s cake recommendation was flawless, and all our guests were fighting over the last bite. Kelly also went above and beyond when it came to fixing some issues involving our dinner order. We know that so much work went on behind the scenes, and we’re just so grateful for the love and effort they poured into it all. Kelly and Heather, you are truly some of the kindest, most thoughtful and talented people we’ve ever met. You made our celebratory dinner feel magical, intentional, and completely us. “We are the type of people that didn’t think we needed a wedding planner, but after the wedding, we are sooo thankful for Kelsey and the Indigo Bride crew. The wedding would not have been possible without Kelsey. She was able to delegate tasks, decorate, and wrangle all our friends and family in multiple locations, even at Hoodoo Ski Area where the ceremony took place. The best part is, Kelsey could’ve been part of the wedding party. That’s how wonderful she is at her job. The team was so much fun. We want to give a huge thank you to Kelsey and Indigo Bride. “I was the Mother of the Bride. We had the wedding at our house, and Jenny was absolutely fantastic. She took care of everything before the wedding with a couple of visits to the house and via calls and email. On the day of, Jenny took care of everything- it wasn't the smoothest day because we had rain (Oregon), but Jenny was flawless in handling it. She also recommended a wonderful waitstaff that I will definitely hire again. I highly recommend Jenny with Daisy May Events”

“Working with Jodie at Aisle Ready Events was easily the best decision we made throughout our entire wedding planning process! My now wife was busy in grad school and I know nothing about weddings, so we knew right off the bat having an experienced planner helping us was the way to go. But after the wedding was all said and done, it is incredible looking back at how easy Jodie made the experience. She found us incredible vendors, always asked the right questions that we would never think to ask, and planned the most beautiful wedding I've ever been to (or in this case been the main part of)! After our experience, we have been telling everyone we know that they must get a wedding planner if they want to enjoy the planning process and especially the wedding day. We live down in Southern California so having Jodie available in Oregon was essential and she delivered. We couldn't recommend her enough to anyone planning their wedding up in Oregon!”
