Brandi's team busted their butts all day long to make sure no detail was left out, it was nice not having to worry about a thing on my special day. 8 weeks out from the wedding, Brandi helped me get organized and contact vendors for me. Meghan from Lucid Ladybug was such a great addition to our romantic winter wedding day as an Event Stylist!! She was willing to meet with us on facetime often, helped us brainstorm/decide certain design decisions for the details of our day, and was a great listener. Her taste is very sophisticated and she has a ton of experience with tablescapes/vintage styling so we trusted her to match/uphold our vision for our centerpieces, memory table, escort card table, matchbooks favors, etc. and also to come up with vignettes for the space on her own, as well. Our original venue day-of-coordinator actually ended up being out sick the day of our wedding, and Meghan quickly stepped in to help with my veil, getting us water, & making sure our things were in the right place at the right time, and even capturing a little BTS content which was fun to watch the next morning, etc. You will not regret booking/working with her!!

She always gave me her honest opinion about what would and wouldn’t work, which saved me from so many headaches, not to mention time and money. She even came up with the most brilliant idea to give me the floral arch I wanted at just a fraction of the usual cost. My wedding was multicultural, and she did a beautiful job incorporating traditions from both sides seamlessly. Victoria also created signature cocktail drinks for our wedding, and they were such a fun touch. They tasted amazing and our guests loved them. When we had a last minute venue change, she handled it with so much calm and professionalism. She helped me secure a new venue right away and coordinated with all of our vendors, making what could have been a very stressful situation feel completely manageable. We hired Mostest for Day of Coordination and Something Borrowed Blooms Management. We chose our coordinator a month before our wedding and started working with her about 3 weeks ahead of the big day. We had an 87-person restaurant wedding at American Brass in LIC. Our DoC, Tea Shepherd, was incredible and picked up seamlessly all the things we planned for the wedding. I had put together most of the plans ahead of time, but she came in with suggestions and perfected all the details. I trusted her completely to run the day and also do all the decor setup. She made the venue looks so beautiful without much input from us as we trusted her vision. She coordinated with all the vendors before the wedding and during and they all had very positive things to say about her. She was so thoughtful with the preparations for the wedding and attentive to our needs. She checked in with us throughout the night to make sure we had a drink and anything else while also making sure ran smoothly. Our coordinator for SBB, Fiona, received and dropped off all of the packages and communicated quickly and we’re very happy how all of that was handled.

Around January before our April wedding, we realized we needed help bringing details together and to have more confidence and support on the day of the wedding. Kat helped us organize our details and helped us bring our vision to life- all while taking the stress out of planning. She coordinated all our vendors and helped with aspects that we didn't know how to approach. She involved our families in very meaningful ways, both in the planning and up through the day of the wedding. The rehearsal and day of flowed so beautifully because of Kat's lead, and despite the inevitable stress, Kat helped us feel confident in ways we will continually be grateful for. Courtney was the wedding planner of a wedding I attended. It was clear that every detail was well thought out and the event was a reflection of the couple and everything that was important to them. The venue was in a small town in upstate NY, quaint and charming, by the river. From the welcome bags at our hotel, and the newspaper with all the event details we knew we were in for a treat. The wedding venue was absolutely gorgeous, and beautifully decorated. There were thoughtful touches like the telephone to leave a message for the couple, the personalized watercolors of the attendees as momentous, and the sunglasses for the guests as we hung in the garden at the venue, this was one of the best events I have attended. And the band was outstanding, we danced all night. Courtney did a phenomenal job of thinking about the big and the small things. She is a true professional, who is thoughtful, creative, and detail oriented.

I reached out very early in the wedding-planning process to ask if she’d be available to be our day-of-coordinator for our non-traditional wedding, and I am so glad I did. From our very first conversation, Jenny was excited to help us plan and organize a South Asian-fusion wedding, instead of being deterred by the inherent challenges of doing something different from the norm. When i say you NEED Keyta I mean it!!! She went above and beyond to make my wedding day smooth and beautiful. When i was worried my sister (who’s pregnant) wouldn’t be able to bend down to fix my long train and cathedral length veil, Keyta offered to come to one of my dress fitting appts to look at my dress and veil so she’d be prepared to step in if she needed to. She stayed in constant contact with my vendors and ensured we were all on the same page in order to have a smooth successful day. As the day got closer i started to become overwhelmed. she immediately took on anything i needed help with (looked up clerks office and provided address and phone number for our marriage license, last minute recommendations like clear umbrellas, isle runners, extra tents, ect in case it rained). Her bride and groom checklist helped keep us on track and ensured we got everything done that we needed to. On the day of, she let me use her mirror that she used on her wedding day for my flat lay detail pictures. She came prepared with a curling iron for touch ups!! I expressed my vision of having a flower wall that I didn’t have time to coordinate and Keyta made it happen! Having her by my side made me feel so at ease and i couldn’t imagine my day without her!! From start to finish Sarah was an incredible resource when it came to planning. We hired Sarah for full planning and it made the whole wedding planning process a breeze. While we knew a few key vendors we wanted to book, she was able to provide us with options for additional vendors categories. She handled the communication with our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. Additionally, she was able to help us design vision boards to ensure we knew what we were looking for. The day of our wedding her team was incredible at setting up our decor and working with our vendors to ensure everything was on track. Andree Collective did day-of-coordination for our wedding in October 2024. I’ll admit we felt like we had a pretty simple wedding already and were worried DOC would be excessive, but we took everyone’s advice and hired the day-of-coordinator anyway. Frankly, it was an easy decision to hire them given they’re a social enterprise (the opportunity to deploy a budget for a bigger purpose? I’m sold). Ultimately, we could not imagine our day without their help. We did a lot of DIY on our wedding and had our friends & family step up in some big ways so not only did Andree Collective help ease our stress on our wedding day, they went above and beyond making sure that our friends and families who had roles to play in our day were also comfortable and ready for the day. In addition, besides being incredibly helpful and thoughtful to us (B&G), even our families commented on how much easier and stress-free the day was, because we had Andree Collective around to help make sure everything went smoothly. Just to call out a few of the invaluable tasks they helped with: pre-planning to make sure we were on track in the month leading up to the day by creating the Day-Of-Timeline and doing all the legwork of finalizing details with vendors, showing up early on the Day-Of to make sure everything was situated and set up properly, helping corral family and friends to where they need to be for photos and just generally answering questions so that we didn't have too, helping to herd the cats to their dinner tables, and keeping tabs on what was going on throughout the event and reporting back so that we knew what was going on, but already working on a solution (like when we couldn't find the spare trash bags at the venue!). I could go on, but honestly, consider hiring a DOC and especially consider hiring a DOC who is giving back to the community. Andree Collective was truly are worth every single penny. It is your big day, you deserve to feel like a guest of honor at your party, not a host.

My partner and I were shopping around for wedding coordinators ready to meet some pretty challenging constraints: a very tight budget, a pretty large guest count, a 3 day celebration, and a huge number of room flips to meet the different components of our ceremonies. Woodzi not only rose to the occasion, with excitement and aplomb, but delivered on all fronts beyond what we could have imagined. She took our floor plans (which were, perhaps, unreasonable) and rather than contort our vision to something more pragmatic, found creative ways to execute on the ideas we had, building out a space that could be flipped upwards of 3 times in a single day, hosting the maximum number of people our venue could allow, and still having space for a sizable dance floor. Working with our many friends who were keen to volunteer, she was able to delegate tasks with true expediency, finding ways to string hundreds of feet of lights and chiffon from the ceiling, building out a makeshift stage, and making the dinner settings so unique the space felt new every time people walked in. Working with a the large number of vendors we had, she took on all the coordination of our meals and service staff, so much so the point person that I'm not sure a single logistical ask was made of myself or my partner the whole weekend. Beyond all of this, Woodzi answered these magnificent asks with a kindness and generosity that never left us feeling stressed or frenzied. We really couldn't have asked for more; an indubitably competent individual who made our weekend a remarkable success.
