“Hiring Katie was THE BEST wedding planning decision we made! When we started planning our wedding, I really thought I was going to do everything myself (LOL). We found our venue first and they told us that they require at least a day of coordinator. After communicating with the venue for a bit we soon realized why, and after trying to do everything myself and realizing that was insane, I am SO grateful that we hired a coordinator and even more grateful that it was Katie. I found Katie on Zola and from our first virtual meeting with her we knew that she was the perfect person to help with our wedding! Katie was incredibly warm & friendly, super detail oriented, and I could immediately tell that she is very experienced in her craft. Katie starts working with you 12 weeks before the wedding & allows unlimited communication which I think is quite rare for coordinators but enables you to build a connection with her. Anything we needed help with, Katie was there to advise us along the way! At our venue walk-through Katie spotted some more red flags from our venue and quietly noted them, reassuring us that she would prepare and make sure everything went smoothly the day of. She made us feel so at ease knowing our wedding day was in her hands. During the planning process she helped with everything from reading our venue contract, ensuring they had the correct numbers for tables/chairs/linens, helping us with design details like linen colors and chair styles, answering all of our questions about how many songs we need for the ceremony, how long songs/speeches should be, etc. She gave us some really special & personal design ideas like having custom Mr & Mrs mugs made for our coffee at the reception since my husband and I don’t drink. She even introduced us to our photographer/videographer who was also incredible and so our style. Throughout the whole process she really got to know us and you can just tell she really cares about her couples and absolutely loves what she does. A few weeks before the wedding, Katie has you fill out a decor document where you put photos and describe each item you are bringing and where/how you would like it set up. Our document ended up being 26 pages long LOL. I had a very specific vision for my wedding day & Katie and her team executed it PERFECTLY!!! They were so sweet and even noticed that it was a bit windy of a day so they waited until the last moment to put out a special vase from my grandparents wedding to ensure that nothing happened to it. Just the thought and care and attention to detail from Katie and her team is unmatched. In addition to the setup, Katie coordinated the entire day, wrangling our families for the photos, ensuring everything with the venue ran smoothly, and even dealing with one of our other vendors who was incredibly difficult to work with (who we regretfully hired on our own - NOT a vendor recommend by Katie) and she handled it like a professional and a mom! At the end of the night, Katie and her team broke down and packed up all of our decor for us, again taking so much care to make sure that any of our delicate, special pieces were well taken care of. Our wedding day was genuinely the best day of our lives, much thanks to Katie and her team! At the end of the night I actually started feeling post wedding depression because I knew that our time with Katie as our wedding coordinator was coming to a close LOL. HIRE KATIE! You will absolutely not regret it. She is THE BEST.”

So we started our wedding planning journey by spending TWO, just TWO days trying to save money and do it ourselves, and by the second day our heads were hurting and we were exhausted. We gave in and decided to search for a wedding planner. We tried over a few days, and she was the third and final interview. We booked her that night! She was SO professional and worth the investment! Before we had even paid her, the night we booked her, she even messaged a venue for us that we had already booked but changed our minds about! Brittney was so efficient, we booked her at the end of January of 2022, by mid February she already found and helped us book our ideal venue, by the beginning of March she booked our photographer! By mid-April, she helped me find and design my dream wedding dress all in one visit! In-between, we had all the big and small details done, and our wedding wasn’t going to be until November! She even helped us find an all-inclusive venue to have our secret ceremony before the big wedding, and kept it a secret the whole time! She was even so gracious and patient with us during difficult seasons in our personal lives, and help take on difficult dealings with the venue, as well as when we ended up pushing our wedding out to the following year instead of the year we originally wanted. She listens to your vision, executes it without fail, and leaves no stone unturned when it comes to making sure your event is exactly what you want, even down to ensuring you’re getting your money’s worth with vendors and overseeing if you’re being overcharged. She truly builds her business in caring about the level of service she provides, making everything leading up to and including your special day as stress-free as possible. Even on the wedding day when I as the bride was feeling down, she sat with me as a friend and helped encourage me throughout the moments leading up to me walking down the aisle. We already told her to get ready to plan our vow renewal in a few years, as well as any other events we wanna do! Brittney was not only the BEST professionally and worth the investment, but in the process, she has become a true personal friend that we still talk to, who we value and care for. “I was referred by Jay from the DJay company when I asked him if I should get a day of coordinator for my wedding and he said if I could afford it, absolutely. Megan has been an absolute life saver during our wedding process. We had multiple meetings over the phone discussing the day of timeline process, any questions I had, any suggestions or ideas she had, etc. We met the week before the wedding to do a final walk through and go over the day of timeline which helped ease a lot of our anxiety about where things would go and how things would flow together. Megan was there the day before our wedding for our rehearsal dinner & she picked up all of our wedding decor to take to our venue the next day. The day of the wedding, she was there literally from beginning to end. She was so kind and helpful, assisted in areas we couldn’t, set up our decor beautifully, helped our vendors set up and show them where they’re supposed to go, she helped set up our tables beautifully! When it was time for our cocktail hour pictures she met us outside with food and drinks knowing the bride and groom do not eat much during the wedding day. When we sat down at our sweetheart table, we had our dinner plates stacked with food sitting there waiting for us with water and drinks. She went above and beyond for us and we are forever grateful we could save the money and afford to hire her for our wedding. It made all of the difference. At the end of the night she packed everything up for us and signed off on the venue paperwork that we were down and cleaned up. Aside from Megan being super helpful, she has such a great personality and flowed well with our crazy family. Thank you Megan for all of your help and hard work, our day could not have been as beautiful and PERFECT (not one thing went wrong) without you!! You’re the best!”

They delivered beyond my expectation on every single detail. When I was looking for planners/coordinators, Mandy and Doris explained to all my lengthy questions patiently and timely. I also had questions if it really worth to hire wedding planner or should I just DIY since I have time. YES, it worth every ! During our planning process to the end of the wedding. I realize Mandy can quickly get what we want for our wedding, and communicate with vendors more efficiently more accurately using their wedding professional languages. :) this will avoid a lot of unnecessary back and forth discussion, and most importantly, to avoid any miscommunication. We didn’t choose the usual wedding venues. I didn’t realize this later add a lot of extra work for them to plan for the logistics, to coordinate and to execute the plan. But they made it! Every single detail… I cannot love more I was joking this with my friends— while my husband was tied up on his job, I felt I was marrying Mandy and Doris , I felt they were holding my hands, gave me more support and made me relaxed when we need to make 1000 decisions on the wedding details within 2 months. The wedding day has been unbelievably smooth!!! I have been to many weddings and I told myself, if anything happens, it is okay! If we run late for something, it is okay! But my concern was unnecessary, my day has been so smooth so relaxed!!! This cannot be achieved without Doris and her coordination team. Even my other vendors who worked with Doris first time, told me “your coordination is the best I have worked with. They are very detail oriented, very accurate, very easy to work with.” I am so happy I chose Amormagic for my big day and you completely beat our expectations!! We cannot thank you enough!!.”

From the very beginning, Melissa was organized, attentive, and supportive. Over the five months leading up to the wedding, we had regular meetings to go over every detail, which made me feel confident and prepared. About a month before the big day, she stepped in to handle all vendor communications—a huge relief. “My husband and I got married at Disney's Grand Californian this year and we are beyond grateful that Kimberly was a big part of our wedding. We found out during the planning stages that Disney does not handle personal items and décor and we would have to reach out to an outside vendor. I heard about Kimberly's Ever After Planning in the Disneyland Wedding Community and I reached out to her when I realized that we would have quite a few personal items. She responded swiftly and we were able to discuss Outside Coordination services. She is absolutely so kind, very responsive, and is on top of it. As a former Disney bride herself, she knows how Disney Weddings work and understands how stressful the wedding planning process is. After we received our BEO, Kimberly was able to arrange a meeting promptly and we went over great detail on the BEO, including which items do we DIY and items we pay Disney to provide. My husband was unsure at first if we needed an outside coordinator, but after our first meeting, he was 100% on board that we needed an outside coordinator. I wish we did this earlier, but we realized the planning stress was a little too much, so we hired Kimberly as a partial planner on top of outside coordination. She made a personalized custom planning package and was able to help take a good chunk of wedding planning stress off of us. We were in constant contact until the big day and had bi-weekly or monthly meetings on various topics in wedding, including signage, floral, and personal item décor. On the day of, Kimberly and Travis were just absolutely amazing and we didn't have to worry about a thing! We had our personal items in boxes and we gave them creative freedom to arrange our personal items. They were able to set up all of our personal items so beautifully and were able to move everything to reception on time. They were so attentive and helped us throughout the night. One of my aunts lost her earrings in the Dressing Room, and Kimberly was able to hold onto and return it to her after it was found. Additionally, Travis noticed my husband's boutonniere was starting to fall off during the reception, and he stepped in and reattached his boutonniere. Kimberly and Travis offered and were able to get me our signature drinks while I was getting touch-ups. I'm so glad they did because I did not have a chance to try our signature drinks. They were able to get all of the items in both the reception room and the dressing room and returned everything back to us before the night ended! :) If it was not for them, our wedding would have been 30x more stressful. We absolutely cannot recommend Kimberly's Ever After Planning enough for planning and coordination services!”

That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. On the day of, McKenna and her team were so efficient and handled everything so that my husband and I could relax and focus on ourselves. We got to our venue and everything was already done and ready to start the day! McKenna was amazing at time management throughout the day, and she was so helpful to not only us, but our families, wedding party and guests as well. Everything went perfectly on schedule and all the crazy ideas that we had came to life with no issues! It was truly the best day of our lives and it wouldn’t have been possible without McKenna’s help! “Hiring Ashley at Rose Event Co as our Day of Wedding Coordinator was definitely one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. I thought I was going to be able to manage planning our entire wedding myself, but as the day crept closer and closer, I realized that I was definitely going to need a hand. We spoke with a dozen different coordinators, and Ashley just stood out SO strongly amongst the rest. To put it as simply as possible, she saw our vision, she understood it, she stood in and shared in it with us. She knew exactly how to support us in making it happen, and she was easily able to make us feel that. We initially had concerns about her being located so far away from us (we're in Oakland, CA), but she put those concerns to rest so quickly! Throughout my months of planning after hiring Ashley, she was always there to answer my questions, and provide support and reassurance in all of the little things that I just wasn't sure how to handle myself, and she did so with such grace, patience, and an air of calm that was so extremely helpful and reassuring. When the month of our wedding arrived, Ashley quickly got to work on communicating with and organizing all of our vendors and laying out the structure for the day. She traveled to Monte Rio to be with us the day before our big day, walked us through the ceremony, went over all of the details, and left us so confident and comfortable in her extremely capable hands. The day of the wedding, Ashley handled EVERYTHING and EVERYONE with such care and tranquility. All of our wedding vendors absolutely loved her, and we never stopped hearing about how great she was to work with! Ashley is an absolute BOSS in all of the best ways that you can imagine! She is supportive, encouraging, communicative, active, helpful, caring, the list just goes on and on. She wants you to succeed, and you can FEEL it. She remembered and double checked on all of the little details, before, during, and after our wedding, and words simply cannot express our gratitude. She did so many things automatically, that I hadn't even thought to discuss with her, but was so grateful that we had her there to do. Thank you Ashley!! She did so many little things that I didn't even realize until I started looking through all of our photos, and noticed that they had all been done. On top of all of that, she basically packed up the entirety of our decor with the assistance of her extremely helpful husband, which was such a huge relief for us and for our wedding party who had put so much into the day. We were all able to completely disconnect and just enjoy the evening, which was so unbelievably priceless. There are so many things that make Ashley stand out from other coordinators. So many coordinators that we had talked to before Ashley had a big list of things that they would NOT do, but not Ashley. She was willing to do whatever needed to be done to ensure that our wedding day went perfectly, and it did, thanks to her!! HUGE bonus, she brought along her Super 8 camera, and we CANNOT WAIT to see the footage!! If you're looking for someone who has your back, and can handle ALL of the things with a level of calm that oozes into everyone around her, HIRE ASHLEY! You absolutely will not regret it. All I knew was that we wanted something intimate in San Clemente with about 20 guests and a small budget. What I didn’t realize was that I didn’t just need a planner - I needed a true event designer. Enter Stacy. She was the first and only person I met with, and I was sold immediately. She took the time to understand my vibe and created beautiful design presentations with everything from color palettes to candles, greenery, and table details. She made decisions feel easy instead of overwhelming and somehow translated my scattered thoughts into a cohesive vision that felt deeply personal to me and my husband. Because we don’t live in San Clemente, I was especially stressed about vendors and venues. Stacy handled ALL of it - photography, videography, catering, rentals, transportation, and a gorgeous ceremony space overlooking the beach. “I first contacted Jenny from JenEvents as a preferred vendor of my wedding venue at Coyote Hills Golf Course about 8 or 9 months before our date. She brought this warm energy and excitement to wedding planning that drew us to her. I was planning a western church wedding that still preserved elements of traditional Vietnamese culture so I really wanted a wedding planner who could anticipate those needs and felt that Jenny was our perfect fit! Our venue already provided catering and bar services so we elected to do the day-of-wedding planning package. We were planning from NorCal which made it challenging in many ways. Jen had several check in’s with us over the months and was extremely responsive via e-mail when we requested assistance, such as needed recommendations for late night snacks. She knew all the best vendors in the area so we felt reassured with our vendor line up with her green light. We were also grateful that she was flexible with our tight schedules when we drove down to SoCal. I was a cricut bride and I had A LOT of DIY decor and activity ideas. Jenny was always encouraging yet realistic. She knew or would figure out how to best execute my vision and always had a back up plan which made me feel so secure about trusting her with creating our vision for our big day. For example, I really wanted to create a warm, rustic look over the dance floor with a ceiling of rattan pendant lights with greenery, which the venue had never done before. She really delivered on working with our venue and thinking thoroughly of all the details for execution! It turned out SO AMAZING, just perfect. We received SO many compliments on the decor from our guests! We couldn’t be more grateful to Jenny and her team for carefully making every detail look perfect. Jenny was very thoughtful about details of the wedding that we would have never personally considered and asked clarifying questions to intently understand what we wanted. Her communication was responsive and clear, and it was just an absolute joy working with her. We HIGHLY recommend her for your wedding planning needs!”
