Royal Event Planning LLC is Full-Service Event & Wedding Planning, owned by Brittney and operating since 2016, is servicing most of Southern California & Las Vegas, NV. REP strives to make your dream wedding a reality. Owner Brittney is Experienced and passionate about events, and will work closely with you to make sure the process is as enjoyable as possible and your celebration is memorable. Owner Brittney works with you directly and ensures her team takes care of all your event details, so you don’t have to worry. Brittney can be with you at every step of your journey and will be your point of contact for all vendors and venue.

I do my best to work within your budget, provide your vision at the best price I can find. I am with you to help relieve your stress as much as possible and ensure you can enjoy your wedding day without worrying about the set up and managing all your vendors. I will ensure any problems that arise are being resolved in the best way possible.

Search/visit/book/ point of contact for venues and vendors, Assistance with dress shopping, Planning of decor, colors and themes, Set up of decorations, including creating decor (if needed/extra cost), help/create invitations, Assistance with mailing of invitations, Budget sheet creation, Timeline for ceremony and reception, Wedding rehearsal /coordination, Coordinator for the entire ceremony/ reception , Making sure everything is done correctly

Services include: planning month before the wedding up to the wedding day to collaborate on wedding plans, create/execute timeline of wedding day, confirm set up is correct, Set up of your décor/items brought into the venue, have all personal items stored away in designated vehicle before leaving the venue, Point of contact/coordination for vendors, Conduct Wedding rehearsal, Provide guests with instructions during wedding

Day of coordination service begins at $1000, Full Wedding planning for microwedding $1500.

    Brittney is amazing!!

    Our coordinator Brittney was amazing! She was fast with responses whenever I had a question, always had a great attitude, and she gets the job done! Her professionalism was amazing along with her assistant as well. They were both great. She went above and beyond for us and made sure my husband and I were comfortable with everything and always reassured us. She even made decisions when I couldn’t, which I truly appreciated. With everything she did for us, she’s more than worth it!! We love Brittney!! My family and I will definitely be hiring Royal Event Planning again for future events!

    Best day of our lives!

    Booking with Royal Event Planning was the best thing I could have done for my wedding. Brittney was amazing from start to finish! As our day of coordinator she took all the stress out and just allowed us to enjoy our day. From the moment my bridal party met her at our wedding rehearsal they told me she was exactly what we needed. She does not play and we loved it! You need someone who cares about your wedding going perfectly just as much or more than you do and that’s what we got with Brittney. My husband and I danced all night long and Brittney took care of the logistics, set up our decor perfectly and even packed up our car at the end of the night; all we had to do was go! Loved every moment. Thank you Brittney!

    Wedding

    I was referred to Royal Event Planning by a friend a year prior to my wedding. We hit it off from the start! I had a vision and she helped me with finding my vendors and kept track of everything. She went with me to find my dress and we found it on the first visit! She made herself available day and night and there was nothing too big or too small. She thought of all the small things that never even crossed my mind. She was punctual and I truly had no problem entrusting my special day to her. The day of my wedding was stress free and it was everything that I wanted. I highly recommend Royal Event Planning for your next event.

    March Field Air Museum Wedding

    Brittney, thank you for seeing our vision which was “different” but still a wedding and you NAILING IT! We hosted our wedding at the March Field Air Museum. My now husband LOVE Military Airplanes! We had our Ceremony on the patio where the aircraft’s are stationed and the Reception in the Hangar; with that being said, we needed a Pro who’s optimistic, fun, visionary, realist, and professional Brittney you withstood this list and more! How do you decorate a museum? ask Brittney! Lbvs from the decor, signs, 360, text & phone calls from both Bride and Groom at any time of day or night, schedules, timelines, and even keeping me focused during my bridezilla moment. We’re so Happy we chose you! We can’t thank you enough for making our day… a day to remember!

I have 1-2 assistants that work with me the day of if needed. As for planning experience it will be just me, the owner Brittney personally helping with every detail until then.

As your planner I take pride and joy in being your wedding bestie! I am available to talk through text or on the phone whenever you need or to send or discuss ideas! we have full meetings every few months to discuss every detail and what is completed and what is left to do. I always tell my brides to text me whenever an idea crosses their mind no matter what time it is so it is not forgotten! We are in this together!
