Structured guidance through the planning process and day of coordination including; Unlimited phone calls, texts, emails. Venue and vendor recommendations. Four meetings with your coordinator handling; Budget + Vendors, Timeline, Rentals + Design, Final Planning, and Event Space Walkthrough. Fully customized wedding day timeline. Rehearsal assistance. Two coordinators onsite the entire day of your wedding.

For the couple who’s planned it all and wants to hand it off with confidence. We step in about 4 weeks before your wedding to finalize timelines, confirm vendors, and ensure everything runs smoothly. On the day, we’re the first to arrive and the last to leave — managing logistics, troubleshooting, and making sure you can be fully present.     DTLA Artsy Wedding is a Success

    From the very beginning, Marian at Falcon and Rose was so organized & thorough… add a sprinkle of her heart in there & it was a beautiful combination. We hired her as a Day-of-Coordinator for our wedding. For all the chaos that naturally ensues in the months prior to the big day, she brought this calmness and professionalism to the big discussions and venue walkthrough. And then on the actual day, she executed the wedding with finesse and precision. We had 95 people, live music performances, a grand bar with a million options and set up, and a venue in which one room houses ceremony, cocktail hour, photos, cake cutting and dancing…The transitions were seamless because of her direction, whether it be overseeing the vendors or a last minute artistic decision. She executively produced the best day of our lives, and we are forever grateful… Wish we could do it again!

    Beautifully-orchestrated event planning

    Marian’s choices for the setting and décor of my 70th were natural and elegant with a touch of whimsy. Weeks afterward, I am still hearing from my friends about what a special evening it was.     Incredible event planner and coordinator

    I worked with Marian from Falcon Rose to plan my bridal shower, and I could not have imagined a more beautiful event. Every detail was thoughtfully curated — from the florals and tablescape to the flow of the day. She took the time to get to know me, my style, and what would make the event feel special.     Amazing Wedding Planner!

    We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding coordinator! From our first meeting, it was clear she had an incredible eye for detail and design, every element of our day felt so thoughtful and cohesive. She brought our vision to life in a way that was even better than we imagined, all while helping us stay within our budget.
