The best decision we made during our wedding planning process was hiring Alexsis and her team for our wedding! We first heard about Alexsis from a friend whose wedding she had coordinated. When we asked for vendor recommendations, Alexsis was the very first person they mentioned, and now we completely understand why. We booked Alexsis about 14 months before our wedding, and from the very beginning, she was incredibly organized, responsive, and supportive. She consistently checked in with us throughout the planning process, making sure we stayed on track while also checking in on how we were feeling. Wedding planning can be overwhelming, but having her there made it so much less stressful. One thing we especially appreciated was how well she communicated with all of our vendors. She kept everyone organized, helped coordinate logistics, and made sure everything came together seamlessly. She also worked with us to stay within our budget and offered thoughtful suggestions that helped bring our vision to life without making us feel pressured to spend more. On our wedding day, everything ran perfectly. The timeline stayed on schedule, and because Alexsis handled all of the behind-the-scenes details, we were able to truly relax and enjoy every moment with our family and friends. She even went above and beyond in ways we never expected. I was stressed about getting my wedding dress steamed, and on the day of the wedding she personally picked it up and made sure it was steamed and ready to go. That level of care meant so much to us.
