I really appreciated working with Gather as we got closer to our wedding day. Stephanie, our coordinator, took over calling and speaking with vendors, which was super helpful (and among the highest stress for me leading up), and made the day run smoothly in such a way that I really didn't have to worry about those things. Stephanie was kind and easy to work with, and really helped take care of little details throughout the lead-up and the day-of, including managing breakdown. While the day-of coordinator package still means you do a lot of work yourself, the tasks for the day-of stressed me out the most, and so I was really happy to have the help and support of Stephanie.

Joyfully Co. has been amazing through the entire process, and delivering of services discussed the day of. I initially had meetings with Blaire to discuss expectations and overall needs/wants and timing of deadlines. I worked with Hannah to get the details kickstarted - decorations, vendors info, general timeline, contracts, etc. Our senior coordinator was Sharon who helped us with literally everything else - decoration layout and suggestions, communicating with the vendors/bridal party, quotes with rentals, idea recommendations, and much much more. Day of, Sharon set up of the decorations, directed our bridal party to respective locations, checked in with the bride & groom throughout the reception, helped with the wedding dress, brought more food to our sweetheart table, cleaned up at the end of the event, etc (emphasis on etc because she did so much more). She helped run the wedding rehearsal the day before with the entire bridal party & family. Even after the venue staff left she stayed after to do another run through with our party. We felt comfortable having Sharon there and lead how the agenda will run/responsibilities to ask questions and receive feedback (ie - smile when walking down the aisle and standing beside B&G at the altar). Sharon even took alot of behind the scenes footage via pics and videos which were so special to see the entire day from a different perspective. Overall vibes of the team was so friendly and welcoming, becoming friends who celebrate a new stage of life together. This has to be one of the top decisions we made to work with Joyfully Co because (1) it was nice to have a reliable team to talk to throughout the planning process, (2) the EXECUTION was so beyond what was spoken about - the entire day was truly beautiful, even the guests complimented! I can go on and on about our positive experience working with Joyfully Co. They are more than just an event planning team, they are friends celebrating together with us/their clients. They truly take time to get to know each couple/client and make the entire journey super personable. Lowkey wishing to host more large events to work with them again! :)

In the recent weeks following my wedding, friends and family have been inquiring about the big day, notably interested to hear about any events gone awry/disaster stories that took place. To their dismay, I have been able to confidentially respond, “Actually, everything went exactly according to plan and it felt like a pretty chill day!” This is because of Lynette Palacios. My mom and I planned my wedding together for 9 months and brought on Lynette at the 6-weeks-out-mark to be our coordinator. From the moment she joined the team, Lynette was prompt, organized, enthusiastic, and detail oriented. She graciously offloaded our work in the weeks leading up to the wedding so that my family and I could truly enjoy the celebrations without worrying about any logistics. On wedding day, Lynette handled it all: vendor arrival and setup, timeline management, table settings, chair arrangement, guest greeting— all while constantly ensuring that the groom and I had a cocktail in our hands and all other needs met. She knew our grandparents’ names and even held our grand entrance 5 minutes when she noticed that the groom’s grandmother was in the restroom. She had eyes on it all. Due to my love of organization I majored in Recreation and Leisure Studies, which included event planning at California State University. After graduation, I worked full-time in municipal recreation for the City of Cypress planning and day-of coordinating city-wide special events, as well as managing venues to host banquets, parties, and beautiful wedding receptions.

Kristina is an absolute magician and angel! Prior to my wedding day, she was incredibly helpful by asking all the right questions about things I never would have thought of. The week of, the weather was all over the place and we had to totally redo our layout to account for the possibility of rain. She was so patient and calming while I rattled through several terrible ideas before we landed on the best one together. She coordinated with all my vendors prior to the event and even made sure my venue allowed one of the vendors they tried to deny. For all my decor and visions, I was so disorganized and didn’t communicate anything very well, and she still was able to pull it all together and made sure everything was perfect and just as I had dreamed. Her assistant Kelly was like a whisp who floated here and there making everything happen without anyone noticing. They worked seamlessly with all my vendors and bridesmaids. Her pricing also seems so reasonable considering how much time and energy she put into me and my wedding. I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy my wedding day without her!

On our wedding day and rehearsal as well she kept the whole crew on top of everything, and everything ran on time and seamlessly. I remember she came over to us during dinner reception and reminded us to take a moment to take it all in with each other – I now realized how important that was as I am still dreaming of that day and reliving all the moments in my mind. At the end of the evening – everything got packed neatly away into our cars so all we had to do was drive back. It was so amazing to work with her we cannot thank her and her team enough for their efforts to make our special day the best ever.

Our wedding involved multiple locations, multiple vendors, and some specific timing and Tavi made the event so special and seamless. My vendos, parents, and even friends went out of their way during the wedding to tell us how much they loved Tavi - a testament to her talent and lovely attitude because everyone could see it! Even before the event, Tavi went above and beyond, asking us questions we hadn't thought about and suggesting things that really added to the event. Even though we didn't want to spend money on flowers, Tavi went and grabbed some beautiful local flowers and made some pretty arrangements HERSELF to make the tables pretty. This is just one example of Tavi paying close attention to small details and doing everything she can to make things special. I off-handedly asked her how much I should tip a vendor, and she sent me an entire tipping guide! This is just an example of her extreme organization. I have had friends complain about their terrible wedding planners who added stress to their wedding, just do yourself a favor and hire Tavi. You won't regret it.

We had an incredibly difficult venue to work with, and we did a TON of early planning ourselves, but we had to have a wedding coordinator at least for the day-of, and we found Clemence and had her for a month-of coordinator. And boy was she worth every single penny, and then some. She was great in the weeks leading up to our big day, but she was absolutely instrumental on the day-of. She walked and ran with urgency, working to correct any and all venue/vendor items that were out of place, kept everyone on schedule, which, even for our small 25 person wedding, can still be like herding cats, and kept checking in on me and my husband to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. I highly recommend Clemence for any and all weddings, you will NOT be disappointed!

I have been officially working as a professional wedding planner since 2017. My love of all things weddings and events began at an early age. I worked at a country club in the summers before my freshman and sophomore year of college, I worked on the food and beverage staff which included being a banquet server, and can you guess which was my favorite shift to work, you guessed it, the weddings. Once I got to the point in my life where my friends were starting to get engaged and I was a bridesmaid in their weddings, I found myself taking on extra duties and wanting to be more involved that it hit me, I need to pursue being an event planner.

My fiance and I hired Miranda for the 3 months prior to our wedding based on a friend's recommendation and are so happy we did. We felt so taken care of during the planning process. About a month before the wedding, she really kicked into gear and was available night and day for any question and really made us feel at ease. Day of she was a dream to work with. Did everything go according to plan? No, but we really didn’t’ notice because Stephanie’s whole goal was to ensure we had the “best day ever” and we totally did. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy. She even drove our uhaul back to our house at the end of the night. I stress VERY easily about everything. Days leading up to the wedding were chaotic and a complete mess (last minute cancellations, misunderstandings with the venue, the weather, etc.), and as much as I trusted Michelle, I didn’t trust that I wouldn’t be stressed the day of. But Michelle really goes above and beyond to ensure that the bride is stress-free, won’t lift a finger on the day of the wedding, and that the day will be everything you hoped it would be and more. And it was. To my surprise, I wasn’t stressed at all. That’s the kind of magic Michelle has. She even surprised me with the manyyyy pictures she took and sent the day after. They were so carefully and thoughtfully taken. They were beautiful! I was really hesitant about getting a wedding coordinator because I was a nonprofit event coordinator/manager, so I was ready to be my own wedding coordinator. Granted you cannot compare fundraisers to weddings, but I was ready for this. My husband and I ultimately decided that it was impossible for me to do everything on our special day, so we went with Michelle. I wouldn’t have made it through my wedding without her. I don’t have the words to express the gratitude I feel that she was the person who took care of everything. You won’t regret having Michelle by your side on your wedding day.

As a wedding photographer I feel like I can confidently say that it’s rare to find a coordinator as amazing as Emily! The amount of work she puts into weddings is beyond anything I’ve seen from other coordinators, and on top of that she is such a fun and easygoing person to work with. Before we even met I remember emailing back and forth with Emily and just thinking “wow this lady is doing sooo much for this couple” and it showed through on their wedding day. The details, vendors, and the couple’s vision for the day totally came across flawlessly and I know the bride and groom were absolutely thrilled with the way their day ran. One of my favorite things about Emily is that she is so willing to work with other vendors. Coordinators are typically the ones calling ALL the shots for a wedding (other than the bride, of course) so it’s not uncommon for coordinators to ignore requests from other vendors. This is not the case with Emily. Not only did she want to hear from me about what I thought would work for the photo timeline, she also listened to my suggestions over a phone call and implemented them! It’s always such a relief when the coordinator wants to make the day run smoothly for the bride and groom and the vendor team! Emily is not only the greatest help to the couple but also uplifts and supports the vendor team all day. She is wonderful to work with and I can’t wait to work with her again in the future!

Agnes went above and beyond to make our day run smoothly. Her excellent communication skills kept everything clear between the nightmarish amount of vendors we had to organize for our wedding. She was caring and kind throughout. The amount of stress she took off our shoulders was immense. I cannot recommend her enough. She cared about the details and helped with ideas and recommendations whenever we were too burned out from decision making. There were so many logistical issues we wouldn’t have been able to handle without her. We were so glad to have Agnes on our side leading up to the wedding.

Kayla is awesome! She really offered affordable prices and added so much value to my wedding. She gave us a plan that was easy to follow, and checked up with us constantly and always had resources to send over no matter what step I was on. She sent over venue options I had never seen and listened to what we wanted. I went from being overwhelmed to being excited. Value far exceeded the fees (which was 1/10th of the traditional options around us)

My husband and I can confidently say we would not have had our dream wedding if it wasn't for Michelle and Ellamae Productions! My partner and I worked with Michelle as the main coordinator for our wedding for over a year as we planned. Michelle is a hard worker, a creative visionary, and the most organized professional I've ever seen. She is very warm and approachable, great at managing family dynamics and vendors and getting the job done. Our celebration wasn't traditional by any means: we wanted to walk down the aisle to orchestral arrangements of video game music, have our first dance under both tree boughs and chandeliers, and even feature an artisanal tea bar. Michelle made it all happen, and then some. I will never forget being shuttled down to our ceremony location and seeing our reception setup all laid out - everything came together so beautifully, it really felt like our dream came to life. The best thing about working with Michelle is that she deeply and truly loves what she does, and you can feel that joy through every step of the process. Every vendor she recommended to us was the same as her: passionate about their work and in love with weddings as an art form and celebration. She was always available when we had a question or request. We had the privilege of meeting a large part of the Ellamae team on our wedding weekend - everyone was professional, cordial, and on the ball. Anytime we needed anything, Michelle or her team would materialize out of thin air and be there to help us. It was an absolutely spectacular event, truly magical - our friends and family cannot stop talking about it. Weddings are beautiful things, but also horribly stressful at times. In those darker moments, we were both so happy we had Michelle in our corner. Michelle really was the MVP of our celebration and we will always be grateful for the experience of working with her. For the amount of time and effort she puts in, she is also quite affordable! Make your celebration unforgettable and impeccable and work with Ellamae Productions!
