Serenity was such an important part of our special day! I am so so so grateful that we found her. We interviewed many day of coordinators but ended up moving forward with Serenity because we loved her gentle/kind personality. She exuded warmth from the first second we jumped on a call with her. Our check ins prior to the week of the wedding were also super helpful and organized. The day before the wedding during the rehearsal, she went above and beyond with helping us problem solve some logistics that were outside of me and my husbands wheelhouse (spatial flow, timing, etc). On the day of, she made sure our vision came to life by making executive decisions on placement of items (the memorial table was so perfect!) and quick thinking when things went awry (the sound at our venue had glitches and she adjusted the time table seamlessly). I have waited 2.5 years to write this review and could not be more thrilled with our decision to work with Vine and Branch! Tatiana was the best investment we made into our big day, not only was she our planner but our planning bff! When we switched our wedding from California to Italy she didn’t even hesitate and jumped right into helping us pick our venue, research vendors and manage the most insane logistics I’ve ever seen! Whenever I was stressed or overwhelmed with a situation she was already working on figuring out a solution with the vendor and was ready with plan B, C and D just in case. Whenever we faced a design dilemma I would text her with the preface of “okay this might sound crazy..,” and crazy enough she was always on the same page. She was also honest with me about changing direction with certain plans if she knew something else would work better. When you live in Pinterest like I do, it was important that I had someone who gave me honest opinions and made sure the design worked together seamlessly! I have heard so many horror stories from friends about their planners not taking their budget seriously but throughout our entire time working with Tatiana she never pushed us to pick a more expensive option or made us feel bad if we had to drop something off of an invoice. She was also upfront with us from day 1 about what it would cost to create our vision. Day of the wedding she was an absolute rock star! I’ve worked in the industry and have been in charge of running events so letting go of control is hard for me but she managed everything without a hitch and I was able to be so present knowing she had everything handled! Seeing the design we have been working on for 2 years was absolutely surreal! Everything was stunning and all of our guests absolutely raved about everything! Hiring her is the best thing we did for our wedding. Not only did we have the wedding of our dreams, but we walked away with a lifelong friend. There are a great many things I can say about how absolutely amazing Koral is, and I will. But first and foremost I need to say this: hire this woman! We booked Koral & Ko for a “month of,” coordination package. We already had most of our things booked (venue, vendors, etc.) but we wanted someone to help us make it over the finish line. Most of our anxiety stemmed from small details, little decisions and doubt in our ability to corral all of our friends and family. Koral, made all of that anxiety evaporate. She knew all the right questions to ask to ensure we were all aligned when it came to the details. Prior to when Koral’s contract actually began, she would still checked in and even provided us with check lists to ensure we were on track with all of our planning. When something we wanted to figure out was too complicated for us to do on our own, we were able to utilize our Planning Calls that were part of our package. It was incredibly helpful to use her as a sounding board when it came to ideas and timelines! We didn’t realize how many little details and questions come up or how many people reach out once you approach the actual wedding date. Koral took on all of our vendor communication and timeline coordination to iron out any wrinkles. All of our vendors told us how much they loved how organized and prompt she was! When it came to our wedding day, my husband and I can honestly say we felt like guests. Koral and her team handled absolutely everything. There was a moment where a dark shade of lipstick was smeared across my dress and she pulled out a tide to go pen and cleaned it up before my grand entrance! She also procured a sewing kit when a groomsman lost a button on his tuxedo! And when we needed to find a family member or friend for a picture, she was able to track them down with the efficiency of a bloodhound. We did not feel at all rushed at any point on the day. Our vendors were genuinely shocked at the fact we were consistently ahead of schedule because everything was so seamless. The timeline Koral created was intuitive and well thought out. The day was orchestrated so beautifully that my husband and I forgot we helped planned this day too! Seeing our vision executed by Koral’s team was simply beautiful. Our wedding was kid friendly and we wanted to add a kid’s specific area for our wedding. We were able to add a design package with Koral because we had no idea what to do! Koral and her team create a mocked up design of a children’s play area and executed it perfectly! All of our guests with kids loved the idea! My husband and I even forgot there were kids at our wedding! Overall, Koral’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine passion for what she does created a magical day for my husband and I. We wholeheartedly recommend Koral & Ko to anyone in need of exceptional wedding coordination services. Thank you, Koral, for making our special day absolutely perfect!

Choosing Ryann as our wedding coordinator was the BEST decision my husband and I made in our planning decisions. We knew we needed someone creative, reliable, communicative, strong-willed, detail-driven, and understanding - and Ryann her RKE team was not only that BUT MORE. From the very first phone call to our last meeting before the wedding, Ryann made sure to ask good questions and cover every base (ones we didn’t even know about)! Ryann and her assistant, Nicole, helped facilitate our Rehearsal Dinner with our Bridal Party - and also went out of the way to lend a helping hand in our set up. We were told during the wedding process that things would go wrong, which did end up happening - as we dropped the ball and forgot all of our mixers and garnishes for our full. Nicole was able to make a run out during our ceremony and have everything back before we knew it - having an assistant there on the day of is a MUST! Overall, Ryann Kristena Events made sure we had the best and most memorable wedding day with a smile and professionalism that I simply cannot recommend more. Kristina is an absolute magician and angel! Prior to my wedding day, she was incredibly helpful by asking all the right questions about things I never would have thought of. The week of, the weather was all over the place and we had to totally redo our layout to account for the possibility of rain. She was so patient and calming while I rattled through several terrible ideas before we landed on the best one together. She coordinated with all my vendors prior to the event and even made sure my venue allowed one of the vendors they tried to deny. For all my decor and visions, I was so disorganized and didn’t communicate anything very well, and she still was able to pull it all together and made sure everything was perfect and just as I had dreamed. Her assistant Kelly was like a whisp who floated here and there making everything happen without anyone noticing. They worked seamlessly with all my vendors and bridesmaids. Her pricing also seems so reasonable considering how much time and energy she put into me and my wedding. I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy my wedding day without her!

I truly can’t say enough amazing things about Carissa and her team at Positively Charming Weddings. She was the very first vendor I hired for my wedding, a year and a half in advance. Within the first 2 minutes of chatting with Carissa the first time, I knew we were the perfect match. She is incredibly organized, compassionate, an amazing listener, and isn’t afraid to take the lead and make decisions when necessary. She is thoughtful, calm, has a wealth of wedding industry knowledge and was able to provide personalized suggestions based on my preferences at every turn. To be honest, I was originally super nervous and anxious to hire a wedding planner, as I am a very type A person because of my job as a programs and event planner. But Carissa exceeded all expectations and truly was able to allow me to relax and enjoy my wedding weekend without a worry in the world. She was a problem solver every step of the way. For example, she offered to manually fixed my seating chart the day before the wedding and found a print shop willingly to print very specific last minute signage (both things that were my fault that they were delayed/wrong). She kept not only me, but my husband and both families on track leading up to the wedding, provided monthly checklists, was available via phone and email for my questions, and even provided bridal party itineraries the weekend of. Her and her team were incredibly easy to work with, and our other vendors and bridal party members said the exact same thing. Carolyn has such a kind, warm personality that can make anyone feel at ease. Working with Yu and Us (founder Jane Yu) was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. We hired her as a month of coordinator. She was wonderful and on top of it all. Even though she was based in LA and we were in NYC, it wasn’t an issue. She was communicative and easy to get in touch with. Also, even though we hired her months before our wedding, she kept in touch throughout- checking in, giving pointers, acting as a voice of reason. As we neared our wedding (3 months), Jane reached out with useful checklists and timeline templates for us to fill out / be familiar with. She also helped provide last minute wedding contacts when we needed it (e.g. HMU, transportation). She provided much needed advice and suggestions along the way, which we welcomed given her years of experience planning events in NY. On our wedding day, Jane was a beacon of calm as we went from a noon tea ceremony, to first look, then catholic church wedding and finally our rooftop reception, with two full outfit changes along the way. Even during the reception, we had a lion dance, full band, and table to table ganbei’s, and Jane was with us every step of the way. Only thing I wished I did differently was to have her for more hours during our wedding! She was wonderful and I would recommend her to other brides, whether for the month of services or even day of.

I was able to easily communicate my priorities on the special day and even share my wedding pet peeves to avoid. I sent her so many timeline revisions (as timing means EVERYTHING and it definitely matters), but Christina took them and made it look seamless. On the wedding day, Christina and her team (thank you Heather and Leanna!) made sure we were happy and stress-free. Our morning started with Heather running the errands of the busy morning and was the go-to person for myself and the wedding entourage. Heather was also able to help us create a floral bouquet we used for our ceremony offering. It turned out so beautiful! She did a terrific job. I was always reminded to take a bite of food and to stay hydrated while we were getting ready. Christina helped us execute the ribbon wand exit after our church ceremony. It turned out to be one of the highlights of the day. Everyone had so much fun doing it. As for the reception, Ingobo was able to help set the table decorations- centerpieces, candles, name cards, order of guests, etc. Leanna was at our side making sure we were well-fed and no one pulled us away from the sweetheart table. She was able to give us reminders of the timeline and was very sweet. Overall, Christina and her team orchestrated our wedding day perfectly. We received many compliments from our guests stating they noticed how smooth the day went. Ingobo's Day of Coordination services made a huge impact on how we were able to enjoy our special day. Karla and her team were the best! I cannot recommend them enough. From the moment we started our wedding planning journey to the day we said "I do," Karla has been there to help us prepare. Her expertise when it comes to coordinating weddings was excellent as she was very knowledgable about the ends and out of the day. Her team were on point, and she wrangled all of our vendors, so we didn't have to worry about those details and organization. I think what I loved most about the time, my now wife and I had with Karla, was that she helped us breathe on the wedding day and realize that it was all going to go according to plan. I personally underestimated how chaotic a wedding day could be, but Karla was there to help center me. Something important for our wedding was being able to converse in both English and Spanish. Karla and her team were great in this aspect too, allowing for both families to be seen and feel heard. As when it comes to weddings, taking care of the family helps the people getting married become more at ease, well at least it did in my case. Again, I am not sure I could say enough about Karla, she is a true professional, and I felt like I made a friend in the process. I would Highly, and I stress highly recommend her for you wedding. My wedding day was easily the best day of my life, and Lucky Day played such an important role in making that happen! One of our goals for the day was to ensure we had all of the help we needed so that my husband and I could enjoy the whole day and not stress about vendors and venue set-up/tear-down. Leading up to the event, we had regular monthly email check-ins and there was plenty of documentation for checklists, decor, recommended vendors, and even a tipping guide. Chelsea is also very responsive and she is willing to tag up if there are any questions or if there is anything you want her to review. Any issues that came up on our wedding day, I knew little about just because Chelsea is such a great problem solver and understood how important it was for my husband and I to savor the day! Chelsea went above and beyond to bring our vision to fruition. She is honest, genuine, and caring towards both clients and vendors. I set up my consultation with Abbe and I booked her for her wedding coordination services immediately. I just knew Abbe and her team would execute. From when I booked Abibi Bridal at the beginning of October 2023, up until the day of the wedding, April 25, 2024, Abbe has been a blessing when it came to planning my wedding. Even though she was booked for wedding coordination, Abbe was so helpful, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and just overall amazing throughout the entire process. She knew exactly what vendors would work great with the vision I had. Abbe knows all the best vendors and has great relationships with so many amazing vendors, that you know the vendors will execute not only because they are dedicated to their craft, because of their relationship with Abbe and Abibi Bridal. Now let’s fast forward to the day before the wedding, Abbe and her team came down from Boston, and from the moment Abbe and her team arrived until the end of the wedding the following day, Abbe and her team were all hands on deck! When I say the level of professionalism Abbe and her team had is unmatched compared to other wedding planning teams I heard about. She was a shield from all the stress, questions, unsolicited advice, and energy that was heading my way. Words honestly cannot describe what Abbe and her team did for my wedding. She made everything so seamless and special. My advice to every upcoming bride is to book a wedding planner or wedding coordination because it will make the wedding planning process go so smoothly. I have worked in event planning for a few years now. For weddings in particular, I have always worked on the vendor management side of things. When my vendors constantly asked why I wasn't a coordinator myself, I realized that I hadn't even considered it.

To say that B is a miracle worker and a blessing is an understatement. A little background: Like many brides, I thought I could do this all on my own. However, 3 months until our wedding, I finally came to understand that I need help, and I am so lucky to have found B (or more like so lucky she never gave up in reaching out to me). My one regret is that I did not go to her sooner. If you want a wedding planner who is hard working, zero-nonsense, extremely organized, and will make you feel like their #1, B is for you. I told her when getting started that I need someone who will hand my hand as if I am a 12 yo during this whole process, and she did it. She relieved so much of my stress, was an amazing soundboard during this whole process, was my #1 advocate. She knew when to give me the "I gotchu" to the "I am going to be real with you..." I did not think I would be able to enjoy my wedding as the bride, but B made it a priority that my husband and I, as well as our entire family and all of our guests, enjoy this special day. I am so happy to say, that she did it. Everyone, including myself, had an amazing, smooth wedding day, and it was all thanks to her. I cannot vouch for B enough. Yes, she really is the best thing ever. Yes, she is really that affordable (despite all of us telling her she is under-charging). And yes, I still wish I could hire her as my life coach. Ladies (and gents): If you are looking for a wedding planner, I cannot emphasize my absolute adoration and love for this woman. She pulled off miracle in my eyes.

Hiring Brittany and Heirloom Design and Co was one of my best decisions. Brittany was my Day of Coordinator and she did a magnificent job! I was worried that my vision might not translate into reality; what if it was a flop? what if it looked too small compared to my vision? Once I met Brittany, I had nothing left to worry about. We cannot recommend Jackie enough! Jackie was essential in our wedding planning and coordination. She was extremely responsive, organized and proactive. If you are planning your first (and hopefully last!) wedding, go with Jackie. She has the experience, knows what she is talking about, has a great vendor list, knows what to expect and most importantly is an excellent problem solver. I felt like we were in good hands the entire time. She guided myself and my partner though logistics for the wedding day and then on the wedding day, she was proactive, did an excellent job wrangling our guests and bridal party. When the weather didn't cooperate, she took charge and helped keep things moving smoothly for us and our guests. Jackie also had excellent vendor recommendations, many of which we ended up going well and we are so happy we did. As a gay couple, it was also really important for us to partner with someone that was excited about planning a gay wedding and Jackie was not only enthusiastic but understood our vision and contributed great ideas. We were thrilled to have decided to choose Stephanie at Best Day Ever Weddings Events as our wedding coordinator for our San Diego wedding last month. With the help of Ashley, our on-site coordinator, the ceremony and reception at Tom Ham's Lighthouse were absolutely flawless. Stephanie seamlessly organized the master timeline in the week leading up to our wedding, complete with all the details, which we were able to distribute to our wedding party and close family.
