“Hiring Ashley at Rose Event Co as our Day of Wedding Coordinator was definitely one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. I thought I was going to be able to manage planning our entire wedding myself, but as the day crept closer and closer, I realized that I was definitely going to need a hand. We spoke with a dozen different coordinators, and Ashley just stood out SO strongly amongst the rest. To put it as simply as possible, she saw our vision, she understood it, she stood in and shared in it with us. She knew exactly how to support us in making it happen, and she was easily able to make us feel that. We initially had concerns about her being located so far away from us (we're in Oakland, CA), but she put those concerns to rest so quickly! Throughout my months of planning after hiring Ashley, she was always there to answer my questions, and provide support and reassurance in all of the little things that I just wasn't sure how to handle myself, and she did so with such grace, patience, and an air of calm that was so extremely helpful and reassuring. When the month of our wedding arrived, Ashley quickly got to work on communicating with and organizing all of our vendors and laying out the structure for the day. She traveled to Monte Rio to be with us the day before our big day, walked us through the ceremony, went over all of the details, and left us so confident and comfortable in her extremely capable hands. The day of the wedding, Ashley handled EVERYTHING and EVERYONE with such care and tranquility. All of our wedding vendors absolutely loved her, and we never stopped hearing about how great she was to work with! Ashley is an absolute BOSS in all of the best ways that you can imagine! She is supportive, encouraging, communicative, active, helpful, caring, the list just goes on and on. She wants you to succeed, and you can FEEL it. She remembered and double checked on all of the little details, before, during, and after our wedding, and words simply cannot express our gratitude. She did so many things automatically, that I hadn't even thought to discuss with her, but was so grateful that we had her there to do. Thank you Ashley!! She did so many little things that I didn't even realize until I started looking through all of our photos, and noticed that they had all been done. On top of all of that, she basically packed up the entirety of our decor with the assistance of her extremely helpful husband, which was such a huge relief for us and for our wedding party who had put so much into the day. We were all able to completely disconnect and just enjoy the evening, which was so unbelievably priceless. There are so many things that make Ashley stand out from other coordinators. So many coordinators that we had talked to before Ashley had a big list of things that they would NOT do, but not Ashley. She was willing to do whatever needed to be done to ensure that our wedding day went perfectly, and it did, thanks to her!! HUGE bonus, she brought along her Super 8 camera, and we CANNOT WAIT to see the footage!! “Victoria, Lacy and her team were professional, competent, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We hired Victoria as our day-of coordinator, and she really smoothed out any edges during our big day. During the lead up to the event, we had 3 or so meetings spaced out appropriately (a few months before, 60 days before, 2 weeks before), where we checked in on progress, and Victoria sprinkled great advice (e.g. we changed our after-party late-night snack idea to be hand-held, to keep people dancing). Victoria shared a very comprehensive joint to-do list, organized by how soon each item should be completed. This timeline helped as a roadmap, and made sure we didn’t overlook anything. Victoria was also responsive in emails, and effective at communicating with our vendors when needed. She ran out rehearsal with a calm and encouraging demeanor, that only made us more excited for the big day :) The day-of is really when Victoria and her team shine. First and foremost, Victoria’s presence was warm and calming, and I didn’t fully appreciate how important that would be until the event. Something unexpected always happens at weddings, and Victoria was “a rock” amid the whirlwind. For us, my partner and I both realized during our ceremony that one of our guests brought a surprise 1. Stressed, we mentioned it to Victoria, she calmly said “I’ll let my team know, we’ve got it covered” with a smile, and that was it: they fixed the issue and we didn’t have to worry about it any further. Victoria and her staff were super diligent and supportive with our DIY set-up and with helping delegate to staff, friends and vendors in such a kind and clear manner. Victoria also recommended the appropriate number of extra staff for our venue and event. Set-up and teardown went smoothly, and they made aesthetic on-the-fly decisions for us. Communication with Victoria during the event was also fun, and a welcome reprieve from interacting with family and guests at times. Victoria also had the foresight to check in about the Blue Angel jets which were scheduled to fly over our venue. She reached out to their manager and assured us about the timing and gave us sage advice on communicating with our guests. This detail is something we might have overlooked if it had not been for Victoria, we are so grateful. Overall, we were super happy with Victoria and her team, and her work really helped make our big day go better than we would have hoped for. Our families also had nothing but great things to say about her. If we got married again we would hire her in an instant!”

“Aisle Daisy is the perfect hire for your wedding planning/floral needs! From the very beginning, Kayla's communication style was super communicative, professional, responsive, and she was super easy to get along with. She always made me feel really comfortable throughout my planning process and never made me feel like I was crazy throughout the whole thing (even though I felt like it lol). She was incredible to work with, always available when I needed her and making me feel supported and confident leading up to the big day. The quality of Kayla and work and attention to detail was nothing short of amazing - Kayla and her team, Ryleigh, executed our vision with perfection, creating a beautiful and carefully curated event. The florals were absolutely stunning, straight out of a magazine, and the table execution was better than I could have ever imagined. Genuinely felt like I was living a fairytale and I never wanted the day to end! “We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. “We got married August 2025 and Marie delivered the best service! Before the wedding she helped me with so many things including timeline and communicate with all my vendors! Day of we were on cloud 9! Even if something went wrong we had no idea and everything was taken care of and dealt with. “My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Haley in two different capacities for our wedding – both as our day of coordinator and our florist – and she knocked it out of the park on both counts. She was so easy to work with, kept us on track with the planning process without making us feel stressed, and was incredibly organized with checklists, regularly scheduled calls, and detailed notes every step of the way. She asked our other vendors all of the questions that we never would have thought to ask and handled communication and coordination with all of them effortlessly. On the day of our wedding, she was so calm, collected, supportive, and on top of every little detail – the name of her business fits her work perfectly! And then the flowers! Initially I had only a vague idea of what I wanted: mostly neutral-colored, with some greenery and a pop of color. Haley asked all the right questions to narrow down exactly what I was looking for and sent along lots of example photos to help me make some decisions. She took all of those inputs and put together the most beautiful bouquets (and boutonnieres and corsages!) that I have ever seen. She truly has a talent for floral arrangements. If you have any question about whether you need a day of coordinator: you do. And you would be lucky to have Haley as your guide!!!”
