We had the pleasure of working with Robyn and Katie as our day-of coordinators, and they were fantastic! They were organized, attentive, and professional, all while being friendly, calm, and easy to work with - the perfect combination for one of the most stressful days of your life! Even before the wedding, Robyn & Katie helped out immensely with a solid kick off call to get the ground running, hair dresser recommendations, and handling any last minute items that popped up week-of with the vendors. Our venue was historic and required specific insurance requirements that R&R Collective was proactive in making sure they met. On our wedding day, they handled set-up and take-down flawlessly, and kept our vendors and timeline on track while still allowing us the space and flexibility to adjust for any last-minute desires. I contacted Terri, at TMF, to discuss my daughter’s upcoming bridal shower and she was amazing!  I had a few ideas of what I was looking for and she understood what I was imagining and really refined what I was thinking and converted my few thoughts into a cohesive theme and a beautiful event for my daughter! The bridal shower was beautiful!  The decor, theme, drinks, food, tables and chairs, decorations, umbrellas… and so many details… all came together so beautifully. It was quite impressive to see the event space transformed into my daughter’s dream shower! Because Terri is so creative, organized, resourceful and is a great communicator, I was able to host my daughter’s bridal shower and actually participate and enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime moment stress free.  I highly recommend contacting Terri/TMF to anybody who wants a true professional to create an amazing event guests will really love and you can be proud to host.

When we first connected with Clemence, we were feeling overwhelmed and anxious. With our wedding less than six months away and having recently parted ways with our original planner, we were in urgent need of someone who could bring our dream wedding to life. Clemence stepped in with infectious enthusiasm, and from the outset, it was clear she genuinely cared about realizing the vision we held for our special day. An early experience that solidified our confidence in Clemence, and one we will always cherish, was our engagement photoshoot. Just a week after our initial meeting, Clemence learned of our upcoming anniversary trip to the Loire Valley, where we planned to stay at a Chateau and have our engagement photos taken. The photographer we had initially found was unresponsive, creating a stressful situation. Clemence immediately took charge, connecting us with an amazing Parisian photographer she had collaborated with previously, Lea Everin. Within a couple of days, she had arranged a two-hour photoshoot for us at the Chateau. This swift action and dedication left us speechless and demonstrated a level of commitment that truly made the entire experience unforgettable. Clemence excelled in understanding and aligning with our expectations, particularly regarding organization. She effectively utilized a shared spreadsheet to keep us synchronized on tasks and, crucially, the budget. Her proficiency with Canva was also a great asset, allowing her to create clear visual representations for elements like table settings and decor, which was immensely helpful. During our meetings, Clemence had a remarkable ability to make us feel as though our wedding was her sole focus. She also introduced us to an outstanding team of vendors, including the talented photographer Renata Amazonas and Katlyn Jernigan from Toast Catering, all of whom contributed significantly to our day. What truly set Clemence apart was her receptiveness to feedback and her proactive approach. We had several productive meetings at the venue, which fostered a sense of calm and shared understanding, ensuring our wedding would be everything we envisioned. She also skillfully managed the planning process itself, making it feel like a unique and enjoyable experience in its own right. We'll never forget how she coordinated with cake vendors; after we expressed our desire for a fun and memorable tasting, she arranged a delightful experience at the venue with Connor’s Cakes, complete with delicious samples and champagne. Given the exceptional service leading up to the wedding, it's hard to imagine Clemence could have surpassed our expectations on the actual day – yet she did. Our wedding day proceeded flawlessly. Despite concerns about potential rain leading into the weekend, Clemence had worked diligently with us to prepare for all scenarios. Thankfully, the weather was beautiful, and we had the most perfect wedding we could have ever asked for. Throughout the entire day, we were completely free of worry, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in and savor every precious moment. Hiring Stephanie Wooding and Best Day Ever was the reason we were able to actually enjoy our wedding day. We met with other planners, but Stephanie stood out right away — she’s warm, grounded, and incredibly organized. From the start, she made the process feel less overwhelming and helped us make smart decisions without pressure. Leading up to the wedding, Stephanie helped us stay focused, keep all the details moving, and feel confident that nothing would fall through the cracks. Then, about a month out, we transitioned to her associate Jenn Anderson as our day-of coordinator. We were a little nervous about switching that close to the wedding, but it ended up being seamless. Stephanie clearly set Jenn up for success, and Jenn was phenomenal — calm, proactive, and completely unflappable. If I could give Zoe 100 stars, I would. We didn’t book the full-service package, and somehow she still showed up like she was planning a celebrity wedding. From day one, she was organized, creative, and unbelievably responsive. I could text, call, or email her at any time and she would respond quickly with thoughtful, thorough answers. During a season that can feel overwhelming, that kind of communication is everything. We planned a destination wedding in Hawaii on a tight budget, and Zoe made it feel effortless. She gave us vendor recommendations we never would have found on our own, was completely transparent about costs, and constantly helped us make smart decisions that elevated the experience without blowing our budget. She has a rare ability to design weddings that feel deeply personal and atmospheric, not “cookie-cutter” or Pinterest-copy, but actually reflective of you as a couple. What meant the most to me, though, was how she showed up emotionally. Wedding planning can bring up family dynamics, stress, and big feelings. Zoe was such a steady, calming presence. She always reassured me that we weren’t behind, that everything was on track, and that we were doing great. She made me feel comfortable being vulnerable during a really high-emotion season of life, and that is something I will never forget. On the wedding day itself, everything ran seamlessly. If anything went wrong, I truly have no idea - because she handled it before it ever reached me. She took the time to build a relationship with our wedding party and vendors to be able to pivot without me knowing and that meant the world to me. Guests, vendors, and our wedding party all commented on how calm, kind, and on top of everything she was. She created a beautiful atmosphere while somehow making it look effortless. Our guests haven’t stopped talking about our wedding - which is every brides dream - and no doubt the experience wouldn’t have been possible without Zoe. If you are planning a destination wedding (especially in Hawaii) or really any wedding anywhere and working within a budget but still want something elevated and meaningful, hire her. If you want a planner that feels like a friend you’ve known your whole life, hire her. She is creative, strategic, detail-oriented, incredibly communicative, and genuinely cares about her couples. Planning a wedding from across the country felt overwhelming at times, but working with Olivia Johnson at Amor Atelier made the entire process so much easier. We booked her 90-day coordination package for our wedding at Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego, and it ended up being one of the best decisions we made. From our very first consultation, Olivia stood out. She didn’t treat the call like a sales pitch — she took the time to genuinely get to know us, understand our vision, and learn what mattered most to us. We immediately felt like she cared about making our wedding special, even though we were only booking the 90-day package. She also has a fantastic eye for design and quickly understood the overall look and feel I wanted for the wedding. Throughout the planning process, Olivia was incredibly organized, proactive, and responsive. She helped guide us through decisions when we were feeling indecisive or getting close to deadlines. Even though vendor sourcing technically wasn’t part of our package, she still went out of her way to help us find both our florist and my makeup artist. Her recommendations were spot on — especially our florist, who was able to execute our vision beautifully while staying within our budget. On the wedding day, Olivia and her team handled everything seamlessly. She managed the timeline, coordinated vendors, oversaw setup and breakdown, and shielded us from any stress so we could fully enjoy the day. When plans had to change on the spot, she stayed calm, flexible, and kept everything moving smoothly. At one point during the wedding I wasn’t feeling well, and Olivia immediately stepped in to support me and help come up with solutions so the day could continue comfortably. She also helped us make thoughtful decisions in real time — for example, when our photographer and videographer started going over their scheduled time, she clearly explained our options and helped us extend just long enough to capture dancing footage without adding unnecessary costs. By the day of the wedding, I trusted Olivia completely. She and her assistants were always available for whatever we needed, and everything ran incredibly smoothly because of them. She even made sure all of our personal items were carefully packed and brought back to our room after the event. Our venue required us to hire a planner, and initially we planned to choose the least expensive option because we felt confident handling most things ourselves. I’m so glad we didn’t. Olivia filled in so many gaps we didn’t even realize existed and brought creativity, problem-solving, and a calm professionalism that made a huge difference. If you’re considering working with Olivia, I cannot recommend her enough. She was thoughtful, organized, calming, and truly invested in making our wedding day the best it could possibly be. We genuinely could not have done it without her.

I have been officially working as a professional wedding planner since 2017. My love of all things weddings and events began at an early age. I worked at a country club in the summers before my freshman and sophomore year of college, I worked on the food and beverage staff which included being a banquet server, and can you guess which was my favorite shift to work, you guessed it, the weddings. Once I got to the point in my life where my friends were starting to get engaged and I was a bridesmaid in their weddings, I found myself taking on extra duties and wanting to be more involved that it hit me, I need to pursue being an event planner.

Miranda was absolutely amazing. We worked with her for a year to plan for our Sonoma wedding. She was recommended from a friend whose wedding she also planned and it was stunning. Even though she was not from the Sonoma area, she did an amazing job finding everything from the venue, to the vendors, photographer, and DJ. She has great attention to detail and really makes you feel at ease in the planning process. We had absolutely no idea what we wanted or what we were doing, but she made both me and my husband way less stressed on every matter. We even had a last minute DJ issue and she found us a new one right away. She helped set up food tastings and made sure we were on track for the big day in terms of seating charts and other small details. The wedding was perfect and she did a fantastic job telling us exactly what to do and where to be. She even helped my brother, the officiant, with what he was suppose to say during the ceremony, as this was his first time officiating. She did the signage, decor, literally everything and alleviated all the stress and jitters on our day. I couldn’t recommend her enough to plan and help on your day. I’d hire her again ten times over! I really enjoyed working with them. They were prompt in their responses and so easy to work with. The flower wall was absolutely beautiful, and you can tell they take pride in their presentation. My husband and I didn’t know when we first started wedding planning that we would end up needing to change venues and find a wedding coordinator last minute, after already booking all our other vendors and planning a majority of the details. Karen was an answered prayer and thankfully was available to help us out with a 2 months Day-of Coordination package. Once she hopped on and worked with us two months out, we instantly felt relief & confidence that our special day was in good hands. Communication was great, her organization, her attention to detail and quick problem solving is unmatched. And she only works with the best - her assistant was just as amazing. Karen has a true eye for talent AND she genuinely cares! She has a special way of connecting with everyone and making you laugh and feel at ease even when the unexpected comes up. The wedding day came and everything went smoothly and beautifully! Karen was the glue between us, the guests, the vendors and our venue. We’re still waiting for our photography and videography to come back but from what friends and family have shared, they did an amazing job putting together the decor and all the details! My husband and I were in complete bliss and don’t think we ever had a worry during the day. It was funny because post-wedding, my husband and I were talking about how we should’ve hired a content creator because we were feeling so impatient with waiting for our photographer and videographer edits. Only to log onto Instagram moments later to see some beautiful stories from Karen and her assistant! AMAZING There is not enough money or reviews to thank Karen and her team enough. Karen is absolutely the best. In the words of my husband, she is the GOAT. He literally told me “You can give her all our money.” and honestly if we could start over, we would have hired and paid her for the Full Planning package for her expertise from beginning to end!

Dan was the first person that I talked to when I inquired about their day-of coordination services. They're also the first vendor I inquired so I needed to research more with other vendors that fits our needs, but eventually I went back to Dan and see if they're still available. And it's like it's meant to be because they still have our date open and after speaking with him the 2nd time, I knew that they fit what we're looking for. It was so easy and straightforward to work with Dan. He is open and honest, always responds to text or email, flexible, and open to give suggestions when you ask, He and Cindy (2nd coord) are prompt and on time. They really care about the couple and making sure they are taken care of, they make sure the timeline go as planned. We got so many compliments on how much the wedding from hotel to church to the reception venue is well organized - maybe we didn't know the hiccups behind the scenes but we didn't feel any major issues at all. They also worked well with the venue coordinators. The only reason for bumping 1 star was because of the hand off to the 2nd coordinator and there was some missed moments by the end and almost lost the gifts we had for the groom and bride box toss. There was also some delay or lack of communication with the DJ or venue coordinator, plus accidentally brought home the venue decor rentals, it was not a big deal though, but good to note to really work together on decors and planning. overall, it was a joy and truly grateful for finding this gem of a wedding planning company. they also have decor rentals so thats a huge bonus too . I hope more couples find them!!
