Megan made my day perfect. Reasonably priced services, professional, and a genuinely kind and friendly person, Megan is THE wedding coordinator. From providing emotional support to standing up to rude event managers, Megan will fight for you and help you have the best wedding day possible. She was very flexible when it came rehearsal times and navigating the stress of pre-wedding meetings. She responds very quickly to texts or emails. During the month leading up to our wedding, Megan juggled family and health emergencies and our wedding coordinating needs. I was beyond impressed (somewhat concerned), but she never made us feel like we were second fiddle. Our venue tried to cheat us out of our rehearsal space and Megan provided support when we had to point them to the contract. The day before our wedding, we were also contracted to set up our reception space. The space was not prepared as it should be, and Megan was on top of it—emailing and calling the event manager. She calmly and kindly explained the situation, and even when the event manager was extremely rude and heated, Megan kept her cool and got everything under control. She made it so my now-husband and I didn’t have to worry about anything. Additionally, she took my mom’s and my centerpiece and decoration vision and brought it to the next level!!!!! We had designed a simple candle and fake floral centerpiece, but Megan took that vision and ran with it. She added little details with the flowers and candles that we hadn’t even considered. I wish she and her assistant did one last double check on the placecards, as our guests weren’t seated in the correct seats or order. I’d also recommend reminding her if you sent her an email with any additional details (ceremony order, photo list, etc.) close to your date. Even with these little things, her overall service as a wedding coordinator went above and beyond what I expected. Throughout the process, she also contacted and managed our other vendors, providing extra support. She has great suggestions for send-offs (I’m wary of sparklers and so she recommended these no-mess streamers that were a big hit!). Most importantly, she took care of us on our wedding day. From bringing us waters throughout the reception to checking in on our emotional states pre-ceremony to keeping us on timeline—she is incredible. If you are going to invest in one thing for your wedding, invest in a wedding coordinator, specifically Megan! She will make your day (and the month leading up to it) so much more than you can imagine! Megan, thank you! You made our day magical.

It took me a while to find a planner/coordinator. I needed someone who could execute the big day, tell people what to do! After filling out a ton of questionnaires and trying to find someone who did exactly what I was looking for I finally came found Twin Flames Events and Abby N! Abby was quick to call us over the phone, talk to us, answer all of the questions and just chat! It felt like talking to one of my close friends! Abby came in on the wedding day and took over and it was amazing. As soon as I saw her I felt so much better because she was fixing the things that I couldn't see. She helped execute the big day perfectly, if something went wrong she fixed it immediately and helped calm me down. I couldn't imagine having my wedding without Abby. She was great, an amazing help, it was like just having another amazing close friend at the wedding. If you're looking at these reviews, just stop fill out the questionnaire and prepare to work with Abby because she just does it all and does it right.

Brides/grooms look no further Jennifer is extraordinary! Where do I begin. I had contacted many day of coordinators and it wasn’t working from the very limited service they offered at the price point. I was convinced I would have to coordinate my own wedding. But I that’s when I found Jennifer’s company. From the start she was very responsive her package was exactly what I needed, which felt very much like all inclusive at the price point that I could afford comfortably. Her personality is upbeat and professional. She was there coordinating the rehearsal. She decorated the day of manager the bridal party, working along with vendors… everything you would expect. I had drink in my hand all night long. I didn’t have to worry about the timeline because she was talking care of it all. Every little issue that came up she took care it asap for example my husband pants was falling down and she popped out of nowhere with a belt!! My family and friends compliments her work ethic and how smoothly and organized the wedding was. Please don’t hesitate Jennifer is the best out there hire her ASAP!!

Krysta and her team are WONDERFUL. They did such an OUTSTANDING and AMAZING job and it was everything I hoped for, even better than I could have imagined. Everything was PEFECT. All of the staff were so polite and made sure me (the bride) and my groom were taken care of. It was truly a stress free day for me and I got to enjoy every minute of it. Jesse finds a solution to quite literally any issue that arises. She feels like a bff, makes it so fun and is truly amazing to have as part of your day. There were a couple of last minute changes on my end. Jesse always made everything a non issue she is definitely a miracle worker. I genuinely feel as though I could not have picked a better coordinator. I also had the privilege of having Amanda day of. She did our getting ready pics and was also so beyond sweet and felt like another friend. On top of it Amanda also took cute videos and pics on her phone and texted them to me so I had instant moments of the day of. 12/10 sad it’s over and I don’t have them for life.

I don’t even know where to start, Megan was the absolute best from start to finish hands down! The month before the big day, having the weekly meetings kept the stress away.
