Hi y'all I'm Niki, and I am the owner and founder of Events of NV. Events of NV was created to be there for you every step of the way. When you choose Events of NV you get more than a wedding professional. You get an advocate and friend on your side. Creating with you a beautiful, effortless event for you, your loved ones and guests.

What sets us apart is that you will always have us as advocates on your side. From the time you say "yes to the planner" to "I do"! Our goal is to make sure that no detail, no aspect is overlooked or forgotten.     I truly cannot sing Niki Vanhowten’s praises enough. From the moment we hired her at Events of NV, she was a steady, calming force throughout our wedding planning journey. Originally brought on as our day-of coordinator, she graciously stepped into a month-of role—and even though we were more than a month out, she supported us as if we were in the final stretch. Niki attended every vendor meeting with me, took detailed notes, and helped me stay grounded when things felt overwhelming. Her communication was clear, her presence reassuring, and her dedication unmatched. She worked within our limited budget without ever making us feel like we were compromising on care or quality. On the wedding day, Niki and her assistant were absolutely incredible. Not only did they handle setup and breakdown—which allowed my family to enjoy the day as guests—but they managed everything behind the scenes. The day ran seamlessly, and any hiccups were handled so smoothly that our guests never noticed a thing. While we were outside taking photos, her assistant even brought us cold water to keep us comfortable and cared for. That kind of thoughtfulness meant the world. Niki is one of the biggest reasons our wedding felt effortless and joyful. She’s not just a coordinator—she’s an advocate, a problem-solver, and someone who genuinely cares. I would recommend Events of NV to anyone looking for a team that goes above and beyond. I’d hire her again in a heartbeat.
